close to everything we wanted to explore in St. Augustine. We didn't stay at the room much or use amenities. We went exploring and found a place to eat and get coffee right by the ocean called Ragga Surf Cafe, vibe was great and food delicious , highly recommend checking it out.

Sea Place is a wonderful spot in St. Augustine Beach. This spot is convenient to so many places and it’s got beach access and a pool. Perfect for a relaxing weekend or vacation. The owner is a great communicator.

The condo was very nice and clean. Furniture is new. Beds are comfortable. There are 5 beach towels in the condo which was very nice. Large size shampoo, conditioner, body wash in each bathroom. The open concept kitchen made the space easy to socialize while in the unit. There was just one trash bag, so we did have to go buy some but not a big deal. The host, Candy, was quick to reply on the few questions I had. She even called after we got home to discuss our stay. She gets 5 stars! The access to the beach was great.
The only disappointing thing was the amount of seating in living area. There was just a couch and one chair. (Listing had love seat also.) For 4 adults it was tight. We used one of the other chairs from kitchen area. Candy explained that this was a temporary thing and another chair was ordered.
I would recommend this condo.

The property is clean and in a great St. Augustine beach location with easy access to the beach. We had a comfortable and nice stay. It was a pleasure dealing with Candy who was fantastic, friendly and very responsive.

We had a lovely time at the condo. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels and linens. We wish we could have stayed longer, but time wouldn’t allow this trip. We will definitely come back and enjoy another stay and the city.

The location was perfect, enjoyed the ability to see the pool from our balcony. Did a great job providing us with a complimentary early check in, supplies such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc to get us started.
Will say that the cleanliness was not as up to par as I hoped and had trouble “settling in”
Light out in master bathroom, creaky fan in master, bathrooms could use better cleaning as our three daughters didn’t want to shower in it. Our oldest (13) found 2 condoms in the drawer of the dresser, oops awkward. Had to take Clorox wipes and wipe off the dust bunnies in the bedroom window/blinds next to twin bed where kids slept.
Got locked out once and it only took a credit card to pop open the front of the unit.

This Sea Place condo is conveniently located close to the complex boardwalk and is only a 7 minute walk to the beach! However, if you have kids/teens plan for possible rainy day activities, as we didn’t bring any games, coloring books or puzzles to keep the younguns busy. Thankfully we had other family members staying across the courtyard from us who helped entertain them.

Stay was great! Good communication. Unit was clean and came with necessities to get us started such as tissue, paper towels and hand soap. Love that they conveniently included beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella. Very thoughtful host!

The check in was easy and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo, so much bigger than we imagined.
Loved being walking distance to beach, the double balconies and appreciated the unicorn float and beach chairs available.

Nice property with extras included to make the stay seamless. Host provides beach chairs, umbrella and towels for the super soft white sandy beach. Easy to communicate with property manager at any time. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall the condo was really nice. The owners were very thoughtful with supplying most of what we needed during our stay. Check in was easy, it was very clean and nicely decorated. I would however, like to mention all of the beds were VERY uncomfortable, hard and springy and made for a difficult nights sleep for everyone. I would definitely suggest these be updated because after a busy day of exploring St. Augustine eveyone wants to come back to a comfy place to rest their head.

We loved our time at the condo. The patio right off the family room, over looking the pool, was especially nice to have. The kitchen was well stocked for any utensil or dish we needed to use. It felt and smelled clean the moment we walked in. The only thing I’d suggest is either the owner stocking a couple more toiletries or bringing your own. There was not enough for a family of 6 for 5 days. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come again for sure.

Property was perfect for our needs. First day we hung out at the beach mostly. St. Augustine was easy to get to on the other days. The grocery stores were about a mile away.

Family Beach Vacation
Overall we couldn’t be happier with our stay here. The booking/check-in were seamless with easy to follow directions. Great townhouse with plenty of space for our family of 4. Property was in excellent condition and close to everything you need. (And a short easy drive to downtown St. Augustine) We will be back to Butler Beach and would definitely book here again.

Wonderful trip and host!
We enjoyed our stay very much! Being able to get the key by unlocking the box was so much easier than having to get in the car and go down the road to get it! Candy was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had and as always very pleasant! 10/10 would recommend! We’ll be back next year if not before and will definitely use Candy to book our next stay!

Perfect beach townhouse!
We had the best time at the Sea Place condo. It was very clean and comfortable. There were thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel very welcome. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The balcony overlooking the pool was a beautiful place to enjoy conversations and morning coffee. It was literally the perfect weekend getaway with friends. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying here. The sofas, beds and all amenities far exceeded our expectations with the level of comfort and cleanliness. The location was wonderful! Any feedback I would have are purely extras like having some spices, extra toilet paper, smart tvs for the rainy days…other than that we were very pleased!

Amazing stay
I’m starting with the negative just because there isn’t many. The sliding door upstairs is a little difficult to open, dark out curtains or blinds would be great in the master bedroom, and lastly not my preference but my family would have liked smart tvs for watching.
Positives: Easiset check in process we have had and this is our 4th time coming to St Augustine. The condo was very clean and it looks as though they have been doing updates. When you come in the door they had a plastic covering over some work. I loved sitting out on the balcony being able to watch the kids in the pool and the proximity to the beach is close. Not much of a walk at all. The complex is very family friendly. 10 minute drive to anything you to eat and 15 to downtown. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend.
