Questa deliziosa casa con 3 camere da letto include un portico a forma di L (molto grande) e TUTTI i servizi tra cui lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, lavatrice / asciugatrice, via cavo e Internet ad alta velocità. Questa casa di 800 sf 3 BR è GRANDE sul posto. È in un angolo molto aperto. A differenza di altre case dei Laghi dell'Oceano, questa casa non è circondata da altre case torreggianti e in realtà c'è una vista dalla veranda. Seduti sotto il portico o nella veranda, è possibile vedere un lago vicino. Inoltre, se guardi fuori dalla finestra della veranda puoi vedere una vista molto piccola dell'oceano proprio in fondo al vicolo - a 300 metri di distanza! Questo è un giro di golf cart 38 secondi o una breve passeggiata di 2 minuti verso l'oceano!
La casa è completamente arredata con pavimenti in legno massello, piastrelle in cucina e bagno e moquette nelle camere da letto. Due camere da letto includono un letto matrimoniale ciascuna. The communication with the owner was 10 out of 10. Every time I had a question, he responded immediately. The house was perfect for the 2 of us even though it could have accommodated more. We had everything we needed to include beach supplies which was an added plus. The convenience to the ocean, pool and store and golf cart was also things that contributed to a great experience. We will definetely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this house so much. The house has everything you need and is so kid friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. Allowing us to use the golf cart was a huge plus as well as the linens being provided and cleaning included; it was our easiest stay so far at ocean lakes and we’ve been coming for 9 years. Jason is absolutely wonderful and his communication is above and beyond what I expected. He was quick to answer any and all questions and made sure our stay was great. I would stay here time and time again and recommend to others as well.

The house was smaller than what we expected but we needed a house without a lot of steps to climb. It was sufficient for the 5 of us! There was plenty of sleeping room. The porch was enjoyed daily! The Beach Bench was a pleasant surprise. The grands enjoyed having access to the water boards without the expense of having to purchase.

We had a great time - my daughter and her friend had a blast and loved the location and golf cart. As an older, more boring vacationer, the location for me was a little busy but nothing terrible, I just enjoy privacy and quiet but that is me and no slight to the property at all. We had everything we needed, it was clean, easy check in and out. Great info and instructions provided making it all very easy and no complaints!

WOW!!! What can you say about a place and host that were nothing short of ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. The house is very clean and laid out nicely. Hardwood floors throughout that are gorgeous. The covered porch was perfect for hanging out with a drink enjoying the sites and sounds of people walking by and waves crashing on the nearby beach. The house is equipped with everything you can thank of. There was nothing that we had to purchase other than the food that we were going to prepare. Grill works like a champ, and kitchen has everything needed. Golf cart is super nice and fun to ride around campground. Jason, the host was super to deal with. There was a couple things that I would not neccessarily call issues, just questions about a couple things. He responded right away and things got straightened out. I would highly recommend staying here, I know we will again.

The property was fair to average condition compared to other rentals I have rented in Ocean Lakes. The home has a nice layout and plenty of room for 6 to 7 people. It just needs some updating. Pictures make the property appear in better condition.

Communication with Jason is excellent! The house in on the corner which was nice. Property was clean upon check in and we had no issues! Golf cart was a nice plus and made for a very short drive to the beach. Could also walk to the beach as long as you’re not carrying much or have a wagon. But kids love riding the golf cart!! Would recommend this property and would stay there again.

We booked this property to stay at during my son's weeklong baseball tournament at the Ripken complex. The rest of his team also stayed in various properties on the campground and my parents and two younger children (ages 7 and 9) were with us.
Positives- The check-in process was extremely easy. Jason was very responsive. When we contacted him initially about some of our concerns, he attempted to remedy what he could. Additionally, the location of this house is ideal. It's far enough away from the super "busy" part of the campground to not be loud all night but close enough for easy access. The golf cart was wonderful, and the beds, appliances, TVs all appeared new. The deck is a huge seller.
Not as positive- Some of the pictures seem outdated and there is a lot of work that needs done. The flooring in the kitchen was uneven and the carpets in the bedrooms need replaced. The hardwood floor in the living area is nice; however, halfway through the week we found a hole in the corner behind the daybed, that Jason said had supposed to have been fixed but was not and we could see through to the outside. There was a slight musty smell and mold growing in a corner of the living area. Cleanliness was not great- hair on the floor in the bathroom and the kitchen drawers and shelves need cleaned out. Jason did send cleaners back out, but with an lung immuno-compromised family member, the mold was definitely a problem as the week went along.

Pictures doesn’t do this house justice. We thought it might be small when we looked at the square footage but had tons of room for 3 adults and 4 children. It has a nice layout and tv’s in every room. The porch was our absolute favorite place to be with our family in the evenings to sit and talk and watch people at the pond. It’s a busy little corner with golf carts all day long and a ice cream golf cart that comes by every evening. Bathroom is updated and has a spacious shower. Washer and dryer helps so you can pack light. Golf cart is included and boy does that help with your expenses of your trip. And last but not least the home owner Jason was amazing to deal with. He turns all your paperwork in to the front office so all you have to do is take care of your parking passes before you arrive. We drove right in, went to our house and had a code to the house to go right in. It was the easiest check in process I’ve ever had. Anytime we had question he was so quick to respond. Super nice gentleman with a very positive feedback with anything we sent him. He gives you updates on what you will need to have before the trip and during the trip will send another update and at the end of your trip a reminder which is super helpful. I would go beyond a 5 star review for this house and home owner if I could. Most relaxing beach trip ever.

It rained pretty much the entire weekend we were there, but not a bad place to be stuck inside! The beds were comfy, sun room was awesome, and nice porch. Bathroom was modern and updated. Having the golf cart was so nice and being close to the ocean was awesome.

Jason was awesome to deal with in renting this property! The house was very clean and cool when we arrived. Close to the beach and within walking distance but having the golf cart to cruise the property was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the house was very spacious for our group. Any time we had a question he was prompt in responding to us and getting the answers we needed. Hopefully we can stay in this same location again next year because we loved everything about it!
