Family of 4, weekend getaway to the mountains. While the important bits are clean, i.e bathrooms, kitchen, beds, the house could definitely use a deep clean and freshening up of paint, carpets, simple maintenance issues. However, not a deal breaker given the close proximity to town, nice neighborhood, and fairly priced.

Clean, well-stocked, large, good parking. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Dad lives in College Walk and we came to visit. We needed a space for six adults, and this fit the bill! The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to town and the house is as pictured. Loved walking the beautiful area! We suggest that the home get a deep clean (fans and fireplace) and more seating in the upstairs living room. We would come again! Love Brevard!

The property was great, but should have told us that we needed our own accounts to get on the TV. Some one had taken the right remotes, which I don't think was the property managers fault. He did bring us another DVD so we could watch some of the many DVD's they had. Could have used more silverware, but had a lot of dishes and pans and lots of miscellaneous spices and many things we needed. Beds were good and loved the sunroom and family room. It was set up so the guests could stay up late and not bother ones that turned in early. Would rent again.

Great amenities for kids (playroom, trampoline). Very convenient spot for Brevard and Pisgah. Safe neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen.

The house was great! Very spacious, everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Lots of extras like portable fans in bedrooms (didn’t need though because it cooled off) and both traditional coffee maker and Keurig. Would definitely stay again!

I randomly chose this location. The GPS took me a crazy route (don't follow your gps). We were snowed in for a few days and the owners were very flexible with checkin/out times to accommodate for the ice. It was greatly appreciated. The property is great for sledding and we found the neighbors super friendly (2 helped shovel us out).

Great location! The kitchen worked well for extended family in area to come over and have a meal with those sleeping there. The only draw back was for our 83 year old as the steps were hard to manage but there was a hand rail and skid proof steps. Trampoline in yard was fun for kids as was the play room.

12 family members were there for a wedding. The house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed and so much more. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here for mountain biking in nearby Pisgah and DuPont Forests. The property was spacious and had storage for bikes. In addition to enough bedrooms, we had a few distinct gathering areas including a great sunroom.

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and spacious. Grandchildren loved the large trampoline in the back yard.

Only thing we would change is either 2 twins or 1 larger bed in the upstairs bedrooms. Other than that, very happy with our stay in the beautiful home.

Close to everything. Be aware that the maine TV room and king size bed are in the lower flor, if you are with kids not that comfortable Nice kitchen. No spices or such at all (if yes very old). Location was perfect. Be aware that you need to pay extra 60$ for 'incase' you do something (not refounded), even though you also deposit 200$ in case....

We were attending a family reunion in the area and the house was perfect. Very sufficient for those coming from out of town.

The house is perfect for 6 people because everyone gets their own bedroom. The playroom can be an additional bedroom, but the dehumidifier in there is quite noisy. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen / sun room is a very pleasant area to hang out.

This was one of the best stocked rentals we have stayed in. It had a full toy room on the lower level that our young kids loved. Location was very good - close to downtown, breweries, waterfalls, and other activities in Brevard. I would stay here again if we are ever back in Brevard.

This is a house in a neighborhood with a large yard. There were five of us, but it had room for more people. It was very clean and the property manager was very responsive.

We went for just a short trip for a wedding. I was notified on the way there that the ac was acting up but fortunately the downstairs was still getting cool but the upstairs wasn’t too bad. They were able to come by the next day and take care of it. This house has tons of room and was stocked probably better then any other place we’ve been. My kids loved staying there.

Spacious house for our family of four. My two kids loved playroom with a play kitchen, the game cabinet in the sunroom, and the trampoline! Kitchen was very well stocked. Host super responsiveness. Great location, close to downtown and Pisgah.

The listing was good, but we were pleasantly surprised to find the space better than we even expected! It is very spacious, plenty of room for our two families with kids (9 people total) and definitely room we could have invited 2 more families! I was confused beforehand about how it was going to "sleep 12" as the listing states, so I will clarify - there were only enough traditional beds to sleep 6 (1 bedroom had a queen, 1 bedroom I think was a king, and 2 bedrooms had a single twin bed). But read on! - One sleeper couch was also in a closed door "play room". Then there were two additional sleeper couches - one in each of the two living rooms. Each of the 5 bedrooms also had enough space to fit a queen air mattress, if you need that. So the home could easily fit more than 12 people, but only 6 can sleep in beds (if that matters to you) and 5 closed-door rooms to give people privacy. Everything was clean and nice. We loved the sunroom for relaxing and doing puzzles. Kitchen was well equipped. Very close to downtown Brevard, and a nice central location to both Pisgah and Dupont. Safe, quiet neighborhood area. Affordable price. We had a little trouble with the code to get inside when we first arrived, but the property manager quickly responded and resolved our issue. We were beyond pleased! We loved our stay!

This was a great house in a convenient location! There was plenty of space in the house and a nice size backyard. The kitchen was well equipped, too. Zach was quick to respond to any questions or concerns during my stay!

This is a home that is very uplifting to stay in. It has a positive family vibe. This is our second stay and have recommended it to friends that are interested in staying in Brevard. Love the sunroom and games. They have thought of everything!
