This Property was a Grage turned into an efficency apartment!! it was clean and cute .. everything low to the ground not Senor Friendly! it was also VERY misleading.. it states it's next door to Andy's Resort.. Pool, tiki Bar .. swim up bar!!! and THAT WAS A LIE!!! the owner was Andy and his income comes from this property no harm in that!! I was there for work but also wanted Pool Time!!! unfortunatly I had to Leave early and Andy is still not responding to my Text or Calls!!!

My wife and I had a great stay at Andy's Resort. Andy is a great guy and makes sure you have everything you need. We look forward to returning next year.

Andres was an excellent host. He met us in person and showed us the unit. I appreciated the personal touch and he gave us a great recommendation for dinner.
I gave this 5 stars because it was exactly as listed. I really do wish there was a tv in the bedroom and the couch/futon left something to be desired. I would recommend this unit, we thought it was a good value.

Andy is an excellent communicator. The room was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of pretty much anything you must have. Definitely would book again.

I’d like to start off by saying that the property looks nothing like it does in the pictures It looks a lot bigger than it is also there’s no TV in the bedroom and there’s no oven other than that for the price I paid and the location I can’t complain also our host Andres was great.

Andy was always accessible and very accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay in and around Cutler Bay.

This Bajanda was in the perfect location to stores, easy access to highways to travel about to Everglades & further into Key West for day trips. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood setting.

The unit was a perfect size for my husband and I. The unit was clean and the walk-in shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. Internet speed was good. The unit needs an additional mirror. The bathroom mirror is the only one in the unit. The location offers good access to the turnpike, airport, shopping and The Keys.

Great place to stay, highly recommend! Host is quick to reply to messages and greeted us upon arrival. It was in a good neighborhood that was quiet and very close to US-1 to get around quickly. Plenty of space and the air conditioning worked great. It was a great visit! Plan on staying again!
