Questa favolosa villa resort si trova nella premiata comunità SEA WOODS, situata direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla bellissima porzione di No-Drive Beach della splendida New Smyrna Beach. Sea Woods è immerso in 53 acri di alberi coperti di muschio, offrendo agli ospiti miglia di percorsi SHARED per ciclismo, passeggiate e jogging, ideali per bambini e animali domestici!
Ci sono molti servizi a portata di mano tra cui ... 3 piscine, campi da tennis, campi da racquetball, shuffleboard, palla sottaceto, saune multiple e una palestra in loco! Soprattutto, sei a meno di 300 metri dalla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia per rilassanti passeggiate al tramonto o divertimento in spiaggia!

Fai un tuffo rinfrescante in piscina ... situato di fronte alla Villa. L'area della piscina offre servizi igienici e un patio ombreggiato per guardare i bambini che giocano.
La tua villa unica è stata rinnovata con cura con ripiani in granito, pavimenti in legno con pavimenti in vinile, un ATRIUM e un patio privato arredato. Ottimo per rilassarsi con un bicchiere di vino dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia!

The villa was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was available including welcome basket and a closet filled with beach supplies. We loved how dog friendly the area is. Our pup enjoyed the beach as much as we did. We had an amazing stay.

Property was clean, everything well-organized and loved the layout with the two suites on opposite sides of the house. Beach is a close walk or it's a short drive if you want to go to other locations. Property is close to great restaurants, Publix etc. Jill, the owner was fantastic to work with, prompt to respond and has great recommendations. Will book again in the future!

Jill went above and beyond even before we checked in! From providing restaurant recommendations to every amenity we could have possibly needed at the villa, our stay was perfect. Thank you for everything Jill!!

We had a great time for a nice family beach getaway. The villa was clean, charming and the perfect size for our family of 4 plus our dog! It is a short walk to the beach and the pool is right across the street. The host was outstanding and very helpful. We look forward to booking again.

The place is huge, clean, smells great, everything works, no mold, no bugs, quiet, very convenient parking, very close to a Family Dollar Market. This is probably the closest unit to the pool in the whole complex.
And who leaves their guests water and snacks, including doggy snacks? Family, that's who! And that's how we felt the entire stay.

We had such a wonderful time. The minute you walk into Jill’s condo you feel at home. This is a true hidden gem. Not to close and not to far from everything. Jill was on the spot with anything we need and extremely responsive. We will definitely be back!!

This property in new Smyrna Beach made our vacation, most enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable. It felt like home the minute we walked in, was comfortable and well appointed the beds are excellent very clean and well-maintained.

We opted for a last minute birthday celebration in New Smyrna for the weekend. When we found Seaclusion, we were so excited about everything, we almost didn't believe it could be true! Dog friendly, a perfect size for our family of 4, and just steps from the beach! Jill was amazing with communication and really went the extra mile to make our trip special. She even had her housekeeper buy special birthday decorations and cupcakes!
House is very well stocked, including a wide variety of beach toys, chairs, towels, etc. Kitchen had everything you needed as well! We were so sad our trip wasn't longer. 10/10, highly recommend!

Awesome to work directly with an owner through VRBO! Jill was the best host I’ve experienced. She communicated thoroughly before, during, and after our stay. The home was as described and certainly our home away from home for a month. Very well stocked and more amenities than I’ve ever seen at a rental. It’s obvious her own family vacations/lives here because of all the extras (eg beach towels, chairs, comfy towels, beds, and pillows, etc.). Condo had everything even down to the potato peeler! Awesome location short walk to beach and shorter walk to nice heated pool. Just a couple miles from fun Flagler Ave! We will be back!!!

Seaclusion was just the place for a week long getaway from Winter in the Northeast! We were able to view a launch from Playa Linda beach, see lots of birds and alligators at Orlando Wetlands Park and take meditative walks on Cape Canaveral Sea Shore.

We loved our stay at Seaclusion - a lovely home away from home. So many little details that made our trip easier and better! We ended up cooking in for several nights and the kitchen was one of the best equipped my mother and I have ever used. My husband had to do a little bit of work on our vacation and he really appreciated the extra monitor to hook up to his laptop. The host was easy to communicate with and ready to help us figure out anything questions that arose. I would absolutely stay at this property in the future.

Met two friends and had a lovely stay in Jill’s place. She was so helpful and reached out with lots of recommendations. She was flexible and ready to help when a last minute issue came up. The villa was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. We would visit again!

We were very familiar with SeaWoods from our beach house real estate search, and there's no better way to check out a community than staying there. It did not disappoint. The villa was clean, tastefully decorated and inviting. I found myself relaxing and feeling like I was in my own home. The layout is great for families as the kids were on the opposite side from the master so we could still watch TV and hang out after they were asleep. The walk to the beach was short, although most of the time we drove our rented golf cart! After the beach, we headed to the pool, which was conveniently located directly across the street. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. We had a blast, thank you for hosting our family.

Our family of 4 and small dog stayed 7/19-7/24/23. Lots to do in NSB. Great restaurants. The unit was very clean (No bugs, not one! It's FL bugs happen even in the best of places). The location is just short walk to a beautiful beach and close to everything else you might want to do. We plan to come back, Highly recommend Seaclusion!

Our Host Jill she was very professional great communication, she was very friendly i have to say that Jill is the best host that we ever had, providing information on restaurants events etc, always going the extra mile like checking on us, that kind of Hospitality is price less thank you Jill we can't wait to comeback!!

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. The property owner is very, communicative. She will give you all the details in advance and make sure you are ready for your stay. Giving advice on great places to eat and where to hang our for beach days or pool days. It was super, close to the New Smyrna baseball stadium. She also allows pets, which is amazing if you want to bring your pup with you for the fun. Laminate floors and super, pet friendly. Two beds in the guest room for kiddos who dont like to sleep together. Great place. Very happy with our stay here. Would highly, recommend.

Our family had a great stay! Villa was very clean, cozy and well-furnished. Quiet location with pool, tennis and walking path amenities within a few steps. Beach access also conveniently nearby. Owner was very responsive and made nice recommendations in our communications. Most enjoyable stay and would go back!

Place is located in a quiet subdivision a short walk from the beach (couple of spots free of charge if you need to if you get there early). Many other nice beaches in the area (National park, Dunes park), most have parking fees. Conveniently across the street from a nice clean pool. Owner was incredibly helpful giving us local recommendations and suggestions and responsive throughout our stay. A bit of a drive to Flagler if that’s your thing (but still <15 min even with Flagler “traffic”). We were looking for something more low key and quiet and this fit the bill (no partygoers or late night crowd). Property has most everything you need stocked. Not much outdoor space or grill but that’s what the nice grounds and excellent local restaurants are for.

Very clean property across the street from a pool and close walk to the no drive beach. Short drive to grocery stores. Quiet and relaxing! Owner communication was terrific and she had great suggestions for restaurants and activities to enjoy locally.

My family and I stayed 6 days and found the home to have everything to accommodate us!! From the beach accessories, the high chair, the pool and beach within walking distance, crockpot, toaster, and laundry in-unit!! If we are ever in the area again we are sure to stay with Jill again, she had THE BEST communication prior/during/and after our stay. Thank you so much for everything!

This is a terrific villa.
It was quiet, secluded, spacious, well stocked with everything you might need for your stay. Nice appliances. Wonderful location 2.5 blocks from the beach ( and what a lovely beach is it). Quick drive to the northern half of the National Seashore (bobcat, manatee, dolphins). A great location for visiting the space coast. Jill, the owner, is super helpful and responsive. Beds, and all furniture, are very comfortable. This HOA had lots of big oaks , with nice understory plantings, so it felt very quiet, shady, and peaceful.

What a great villa and host! We had everything we needed and more. It was amazing! Sea Woods is a charming area, pools, paths, and fitness facility. You can walk to a grocery store, fitness place and restaurants. Can't wait to come back!

This Villa is fabulous. The location can't be beat. They provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, anything you can think of, they have. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The dishes, silverware, and pots and pans are very nice which many rentals are not. It is right across the street from the pool and the beach access is very close. It is located in "Sea Woods" which is very safe and provides a walking path of sorts for your pets too. Another plus is full size washer/dryer in the unit. We would stay here again for sure. The owner, Jill is super helpful and is very easy to deal with and communicate with. We would give this villa an A+

We loved our stay at Seaclusion! Jill (owner) provided tons helpful info prior to and during our stay. Everything we needed and more was provided (from welcome basket to beach chairs, towels, and toys). Pics of the property do not do justice - the place far exceeded our expectations. Well stocked kitchen supplies, coffees, spices, etc... We needed very little of our own. Day trips to inlet for surfing, swimming in nearby springs, viewing manatees and gators, and even watched a SpaceX launch up close (thanks to Jill giving us a heads-up via text message - could have seen it from the nearby beach, but decided to drive down to Playalinda beach for closest possible viewing-Spectacular!).

My house was flooded due to hurricane Nicole and we needed a place to stay during remodeling. Though are stay was not for vacation or pleasure, we loved the villa. My dog walked the trails several times daily and I found myself also walking during my lunch breaks. You can’t go wrong staying here. Hope to try and rent again for a long weekend sometimes.

We stayed for the weekend at the well appointed condo/townhouse. We were in town for an event at the Daytona International Speedway. Great location, good walking trails (pet friendly), Good local restaurants, 1 block to beach, nice community amenities. All-in-all very nice accommodations. Highly recommended.

This property was amazing. It was minutes from beautiful beach and was one of the most comfortable and inviting vacation rentals we have ever been to. The layout was perfect from our family's needs, especially my granddaughter's dog Nash! It made her vacation to have Nash with us! Our host provided everything we could have asked for, from the gift basket to the crabbing nets. We had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. The host were always available by text to send information before and during our stay as well. I highly recommend this host's vacation rental! We look forward to staying again!

New Smyrna Beach is a hidden gem that we were luck to discover. Rented bikes, took the dolphin tour, spent everyday at the beach and ate at incredible restaurants including JB's Fish Camp and the Tree House. Will mark this as one our favorites out of many that we have visited.
