Decoração do quarto, pequeno almoço, da experiência do pequeno almoço flutuante, simpatia dos funcionários, especialmente da funcionária que nos fez o check in e emprestou a scooter para uma experiência, bem como, atendeu sempre com a máxima atenção aos nossos pedidos, inclusive, tivemos o facto da caldeira não aquecer a água e ela prontamente foi acompanhando o serviço do técnico, infelizmente, todos pensámos que o problema tinha ficado resolvido mas a água só durava 5 minutos e voltava a ficar quente.

Insonorização dos quartos, mesmo não sendo juntos, ouvíamos a tv do quarto do lado. A distância, para quem não tiver scooter tem de andar uns 20 a 30 minutos até estar num bar ou praia, a ir é a descer, a regressar é a subir e com o calor fica cansativo. Isto não é culpa do hotel, e na certa não iriam conseguir evitar, mas estão a construir algo, suspeito que outro empreendimento turistico, e a vista da piscina já não é tão verde como nas fotos.

Nice swimming pool, the second room (room 1) we were given was clean and well kept. To compensate for difficulties we were offered taxi and changed to another room.

We were first given a room 6, which had a hole in the roof from which any sort of lizard or bird could get in. In particular we had to fend off a 1.5ft gecko that left droppings all over. If all rooms were equal we would have had a very different experience. In addition the hotel is a bit far from the seaside but a taxi service is offered.

The location is near the harbour and quite calm and filled with nature. Good for the people who are looking to spend some time with nature. The bathroom is open and quite good for the couple. Got the bike rental from the resort at a good price

Breakfast wasn't that great, can skip in case required.

房屋简陋，不密封。导致冷气效率很差。淋雨头水量又小，而且是坏的。 打扫房间没有每天补充饮用水。看到我自己有买水，就不给我补足饮用水。我觉得每天补足该房间里的一切设施那是应该必须的吧？这么简单的服务都没有提供到，这是无法理解的。

酒店很漂亮，超出预期。工作人员非常淳朴，有礼貌。

My fiancé and I absolutely loved this property. I’m currently pregnant and this was our baby moon so we were hoping peaceful and relaxing and we got exactly that. The pool was incredible as was the breakfast provided every morning, I got the omelette each morning and it was amazing each time. Bed was very comfortable. Outdoor bathroom was very nice too. But I truly think what made our stay incredible, was the amazing staff. They go above and beyond for their guests. This property is easily the best place I have ever stayed at in Bali. Will 100% be back.

There was nothing we didn’t like

Очень хороший отель, в джунглях, но при этом недалеко от всех ресторанов и кафешек. Персонал - супер! Огромное спасибо Джесси и Чандре. Чандра за 1 день показал нам красивые места острова (восточные и западные), и снял много фото и видео, пока другие водители говорили выбрать только 1 направление. В отеле душ открытый, то есть без потолка. В первый день боялись живности, но никто не заползал, так что мы привыкли, и нам даже понравилось. Ты стоишь в душе - над тобой только небо) Огромный плюс - теплый бассейн, поэтому плавать можно круглосуточно. Ночью мы плавали и смотрели на звездное небо, просто релакс. Очень рада, что выбрали этот отель, остановились бы еще раз!
