Simply superb. Great rooms , spotlessly clean , excellent breakfast, location literally couldn't be better and the owners were wonderful, welcoming and so friendly and helpful. . I literally couldn't find anything wrong ... And I never say that about any accommodation.

We couldn’t have been happier about our stay. The rooms were big, super clean, had everything we needed, and the hospitality of the hotel owner and staff was incredible. Highly recommend.

Incredibly clean hotel, it was spotless. Owners were always on hand if you needed anything and the view from our room (actually our bed) was beautiful and peaceful. Bed was really comfy and there was hardly any noise from the rest of the hotel. So so peaceful.

We had a fantastic time. This hotel exceeded our expectations. So homely and comfortable. spotless. Breakfast every morning was great to set us up for the day. Excellent location also. Would honestly recommend anyone going to les 2 Alps to stay here.
Nothing we didnt like however a toaster for the morning would also have been an added bonus

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the hotel was a short walk to the ski lift. There were also many restaurants and bars close to the hotel

Fresh croissants are amazing, baked fresh every evening and can easily smell them in the hallways. Served each morning along with a nice selection of food, snacks etc.

Hotel Serre Palas is an absolutely lovely small hotel just off the main street of town. It is quiet, the owners and staff are so friendly and helpful, and it is very clean (great Covid protocols). The daily breakfast is a very good Continental breakfast with nice selection and fresh croissants every day. My entire stay (5 nights) has been lovely and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Liked that breakfast was included.
The hotel staff would knock on the door and try to come in to clean even though we had do not disturb on the door multiple times. Staff also threw some of our belongings in the bin even though we put them to one side so this wouldn’t happen.

- rooms are SO comfy and warm, everything you need
- home made croissants and bread made every night for breakfast
- lots of choice on continental breakfast
- staff AMAZING, very friendly and couldn’t do enough
- short walk to nearest lift
- plenty of bars and restaurants near by
- not a two star! More like a 3 or 4!
