Excellent location, making it convenient for travel. Quiet environment, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep.

I encountered unreasonable accusations from the host, bordering on fraudulent behavior. Without providing substantial evidence, he immediately demanded €30 in compensation. The hygiene of the washing machine was deplorable. The compartment for detergent was moldy, which was utterly disgusting. There was a significant discrepancy between the listed amenities and what was provided.

The place is as described, very spacious and also very centrally located. The interaction with the host was quick and easy, also because there was very little to discuss or arrange (for us). We were 4 people, and the place is easily spacious enough for up to 6. Lots of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the place is really very close to the main train station in Duisburg as well. The beds are quite soft; so, some will like this, others maybe not so much. We all slept very well in the apartment, also because there was very little street noise (the apartment is very close to the main train station, but on a side street).

The kitchen is sensibly equipped, but if you stay longer or plan to cook a lot, you might not find all that you may need. We had to get a casserole form, but then again, it is not unusual that you don't find everything in a rented apartment.
