This was our third time renting this house in Sky Valley. The unit was once again great. I think this is the best location in Sky Valley. There is a great view of the golf course and clubhouse and you are close to everything (tennis, golf, pool, etc...) Would definitely rent again.

Skyhaus is such an amazing place. Overlooking Sky Valley resort and the church, you start every morning listening to the church bells and birds. This place is so peaceful and serene. My daughters love the fact that they can ride their bikes all over without worry and we love the peace and quiet. This was our second stay at Skyhaus and we will definitely be back!

Hello:We had a great time in Sky Valley and loved staying at the Sky Haus. This is our third year in a row and we will be back next year. Everyone has been great in assisting us. Mark has been a great contact and does respond quickly if there is an issue. It is easy to book the house and it is always in great condition when we arrive.

Heidi, the owner, and Mark, the property manager, were amazing and bent over backwards to please. The house was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than my home kitchen! The views of the mountains from the living room are breathtaking. The gym, pool and tennis courts are right across the street. Muddy Creek Falls is at the end of the road a mere 15 min walk. Our guests loved having the downstairs all to themselves. It is the perfect house for entertaining. If we had not purchased a home while we were there I would be begging Heidi to take us back for another visit.

Beautiful house in an ideal location. Walking distance to club house, tennis center and beautiful waterfall. Pickle ball close by in the resort. Manager Mark and owners Scott and Heidi were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!

Another year we have enjoyed Skyhaus as we celebrated our grand-daughter's 2nd birthday.
This is the best home in Sky Valley for a wonderful view of the church with the chimes of patriotic songs we love. Skyhaus is always kept up to date, clean and has a great management team! This home is so comfortable for everyone. Hopefully again next year!

Home was very nice! We really like to eat all of our meals in and the kitchen was super well stocked! Big living room with pretty view, plenty of seating!

I planned this weekend for my wife for Mother’s Day, but had to have last minute back surgery the day we were supposed to arrive. I sent her mother in my place, and they had an amazing time. We have passed Sky Haus before while staying in Sky Valley, and we always loved it. It didn’t disappoint. The classic outside is reminiscent of a slower pace, and the inside is updated just enough to be comfortable and clean. My wife and kids were sad to leave! They rode bikes, walked to the falls, hung out on the porch and watched the sun rise and fall. We definitely plan on going back as soon as I’m mobile enough to enjoy the serenity!

This was our 3rd trip to Sky Haus, and again it did not disappoint! We love the layout of the house, the views are gorgeous, and everything is clean and well appointed. The owners do a great job of keeping the house up to date and providing all the necessary items to make it an easy checkin. The house was clean, kitchen fully stocked, and local information all detailed in links and books as you checkin. We love the Sky Valley area and will be back soon to stay again.

First time at this property! It did not disappoint; it was perfect for our family of five! We had a great day at Scaly Mountain just 15 minutes away! The next day we rode horses at the Dillard's stables! It was just a really beautiful weekend and this property had everything we needed for cooking all of our meals and sleeping comfortably and feeling safe and peaceful!

We have stayed in many different rentals across the United States and this was by far the best. Awesome location with so many activities on the property and near by for beautiful hikes. When we walked in and saw the dining table set with crystal wine glasses and cloth napkins we were blown away. The amenities in the home were plentiful from the soaps/shampoos to the towels ( included towels for pool) to the pillows and blankets. Beautiful views from deck and a church that played beautiful chimes! I hope to be back soon. We did not have time for the golf course but it looked to be in pristine condition.

Lovely property
We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Owners included lots of thoughtful touches (extra blankets, very comfy bedding, lots of porch seating, tons of kitchenware, heat lamps in the bathrooms, two living areas, bar, game room). Everything was super clean and comfortable. Easy drive to Dillard and Highlands. We’d love to stay again!

We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Sky Valley. Beautiful view of the entire valley, the house is perfectly stocked for all your needs, and the game room was a hit with the adults and kids! Easily accessible, with plenty of room for parking. We will definitely stay again!

Gorgeous wee kept and fully stocked
We were all extremely impressed. The kitchen not only had every cooking and baking things you need, there was a packed spice cabinet, lots of coffee (2 coffee makers) and hot chocolate, there were snacks (crackers and chips). The beds were very comfortable and there were enough towels to go around. there was even a game room with a ping pong table. We all absolutely loved the place.

Sky Haus Heaven
The property was very spacious and nicely appointed. The surrounding area is quite beautiful and always visible through the very large glass panels that cover the entire front of the home.

Beautiful getaway
I spent a long weekend here with some of my family, including young nieces, and we all had a great time. The house was a perfect size for all of us. The views were gorgeous, and we were happy to find that just a mile down the road was beautiful waterfall and hiking trail.

Birthdays/Mother Day Celebration
Home was everything we needed. Although it rained, the game room was awesome, where we all enjoyed corn hole, darts, and ping pong. Due to poor cell reception, Mark actually came to the house to assure a problem had been resolved and gave us some great recommendations. Thank you, Mark. We will be back.

No Stairs?
This house was very nice. It was clean and had many good qualities. The home had comfy seating on both levels but was dated. All the bedrooms had king beds that were very comfortable. However, in the description of the house there was no mention of stairs outside and inside the house. All of us are older adults, and the house had two flights of stairs inside and outside which be can be difficult to maneuver even for older adults who are in relative good health. Hopefully, there will be mention of stairs included in the description of this “Sky Haus.”
