se registro un problema con la alarma de incendios que dejo un sensor sonando toda una noche, debido a que no hubo revisión ni reparaciones por parte de la administración. Se hizo una reparacion al segundo dia, pero en la tarde comenzo nuevamente a sonar. Esta vez, ante los reclamos, nos cambiaron de unidad. Parece ser el problema de este tipo de alojamientos que no tienen una administración visible.

Location, had a washer/dryer

Had a water fault that resulted in a loud noise emitting from the appliance cupboard almost constantly. On two occasions I was told someone would come to take a look and I waited for in the room for maintenance for several hours. No one showed up and I eventually said I was no longer interested in having it fixed as I didn’t want to waste any more time sitting around at the property. They did partially refund me which was good. There were also hair strands that were definitely not mine in the bed which I did not report due to the above negative experience

The accommodation is very good located in South Loop. There is easy to get a train. We could use a lot of equipments. Internet connection was good. Self-check-in is very comfortable and easy. You don’t need to use a key. It was quiet. We didn’t hear other guests. I recommended you to stay at this place.

It was a little bit dirty. Trains were loud, but we could handle with that.

チェックインのとき、わからないことは全てスタッフさんが親切に教えてくれました。 建物も部屋もキレイでした。洗濯機、冷蔵庫、食器、コーヒーメーカー、オーブン、電子レンジがあり、自炊ができます。ディスポーザーもついています。 LOOPの駅も近く、Trader Joe’sやJewel Oscoが歩いて行ける場所にあり便利でした。博物館や水族館も歩いて行けます。

場所的に車以外で夜間出歩くには少し危険だと感じました。

El acceso y comunicación muy fácil, el apartamento cumplió con todas las expectativas del grupo. Estaba bien decorado y limpio.

La zona mas cercana del metro por la noche no es una excelente zona. Las cortinas son algo transparentes y pierdes un poco la privacidad.

The location was a short walk from the centre of Chicago, with plenty of places to eat and drink and walks in the local parks.

I would have liked a safe in the room to store my passport and credit cards or cash

There was a security guard there each evening and it really helped me to feel safe. She was excellent!

Only one tiny thing: The shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was broken.

Nice spacious unit, good facilities, good security, good access to public transport and supermarket.

Roosevelt Station at night is best to be avoided in terms of safety. Although there is usually a police car in the vicinity.

- big apartment! - very modern design - nice views - comfortable layout. - easy to check in check out - easy to use SONDER APP to chat w team 24/7. very responsive and helpful. - glad there was a Trader Joe's and big supermarket (Jewel Osco) closeby!=) - pretty conveniently located, train station about 8 mins walk away

- need more ceiling lights! there were none in the bedroom! - floors and carpets/ rugs were not clean. - bathroom wall hook was loose (it dropped out when we tried to hang a towel on it) - beds could have been firmer

Apartment was 74* when I arrived, so I set it down to 68. The lowest it would get throughout my stay was 72*. Ceiling fans would been great.

A unfinished pizza left in the fridge and no one to come and pick it up. No outside area, no patio or terrace for the building

El apartamento es moderno, bastante nuevo y está súper bien equipado. Además estaba todo muy limpio. Es muy cómodo. Tiene 2 habitaciones, una con baño y como un mini vestidor y la otra habitación no tiene el baño dentro pero lo tiene al lado, con lo cual, si vas con gente para compartir hay un poco de intimidad en ese aspecto. El sofá cama también cómodo y bastante amplio. Los baños grandes y espaciosos. Tiene cerca líneas de metro, lugares para desayunar (a la espalda del apartamento, se llama Chicago Waffles, totalmente recomendable)

Pues que te hacen una retención que 150 dólares que EN NINGUN SITIO booking te avisa de que que Sonder te va a hacer esa retención (porque no es booking quien te lo retiene) pero en las condiciones no lo dice. Reclamé y Sonder te dice que en el mensaje de confirmación te lo avisan, pero ya es tarde, porque ese mensaje te llega cuando has pagado el alojamiento, con lo cual, no puedes hacer nada. Deben avisarlo en las condiciones.

When I booked this room there was no mention that my rate would go up $70 and fluctuate from day to day. I would have never booked knowing it was going to cost me more than what was as I booked based on my budget. I would have paid much less at a Hotel! On a second note, the room is neat but NOT clean.

It was a good place with friendly and helpful security staff. It was nice to have two bathrooms as well; not many suites have two bathrooms.

The views are amazing! Nothing beats laying in bed and watching the moon over the city!

Place was secure, clean and nice.

No parking nearby, prices were a tad steep for size of apartment bnb. Otherwise great place and would recommend Sonder to others.
