The property is clearly represented on website. Owner / manager very professional & responsive from initial contact to check out. Property is delightful. Updated,very clean, comfortably appointed & furnished. Location is very good. Beautiful views and direct access to Indian River Lagoon. Private, quiet yet minutes to restaurants & shopping. A very good value.

We exercised every morning by safely walking on the sidewalk the whole Indian River Drive. During the walk we could pick out where we would eat the fresh seafood in the evening and all restaurants and bars are just a short stroll from the house. Fishing from our own pier was great and just down the road was an easy launch for the boat. The launch has bathrooms. Everything you need for a wonderful resting stay including very comfortable beds. The kitchen was everything we wanted along with a gas grill to grill your catch. If you don’t fish there is a fish market close to the house. This place is very clean and comfortable. Two weeks went by too fast. Thank you Ann Marie you are the best hostess. Lewis Carter
