proximity to AT&T Stadium

Parking was hard for my dually. Key fobs we’re slow. Took us a while to learn the doors to where our room was at.

Location was great and it was clean.

The bed and couch were very uncomfortable to me. The sheets were kinda rough too. Also, a pretty strong smell of marijuana in certain hallways.

Nothing!

EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED!!! There was trash in the hallways. The doors did not lock from the outside appropriately so the building was not secure, and the apartment that we secured was infested with roaches. I have pictures and videos of all of these things of which I have provided to Kasa and they’re only resolution would be to move me to another room with a discount or refund me half of what I pay. Neither of these options are acceptable. We were in the unit for a very short period of time before having to pack up all of our belongings and move to another hotel and pay to stay there in order to be in a safe healthy environment. I requested a full refund as we were not able to stay there due to the unsanitary and unsafe, conditions. Moving to another unit would not have been sufficient as this is clearly an infestation problem for the building, and not a single apartment. I say this because this apartment is rented on a continuous basis someone does not live here daily. There is no food that’s being left in this apartment. There’s nothing in the pantry or the refrigerator. The trash is emptied every day and hopefully the unit is cleaned properly after every instance. So there are no attracting situations for the roaches to just be in this apartment. Kasa stated that they could give me a refund with the approval from booking, and booking stated that they could not approve that that it would have to come from Kasa so essentially, Kasa is blaming booking and booking is blaming Kasa! I was told that this was because of the “policy" that I booked under which is completely unacceptable to me. I would have no problem, accepting the fact that I could not get a full refund had the reason we could not stay been my fault, but it was not. The cleanliness and safety of the environment that I rented is the responsibility of Kasa therefore I should not be held to any policy or any other requirements.

Confusing entrances, elevator wasn’t working. Room wasn’t fully clean, and confusing to find room at first.

The apartment was comfy, beautiful and quiet. I felt like I was at home. I had supplies in the kitchen and bathroom to be carefree for 5 days.

I was struggling to get into the apartment from the parking 😥 the second thing, I didn't like how my sheets smelled. At my bath time, I spilled water everywhere, because the shower curtain was very short.
