La amabilidad del personal del hotel fue buena, la habitación contaba con utensilios de cafetería y cocina, la zona del hotel es comercial y se encuentra algunas cosas; el transporte de la zona es facilmente accesible.
El Hotel se encuentra retirado con respecto al aeropuerto. Se realizó retención de dinero como parte de un seguro, que después se devolvió. El baño no cuenta con Jacuzzi como otros hoteles lo ofrecen al mismo y/o menor precio.

Short walk to metro into city centre €2.40. Parked motorcycle on big footpath to check in then did a lap of block to garage door to underground parking then lift to floor.
Shower waste blocked with hair but came up to fix immediately. Kettle filter blocked tried 2 others but both as bad so had to make do. Supplied hair dryer at reception.

Lokalizacja świetna, 7 minut od metra. Paryż jest świetnie skomunikowany i z metrem tak blisko dostawałyśmy się wszędzie bez problemu. Tramwaje również w podobnej odległości. W okolicy dwie piekarnie, sklep spożywczy tuż obok hotelu i drugi 15 minut na piechotę.
Przyjechałyśmy rano i dostałyśmy pokój bez czekania do 15 bez żadnych dodatkowych opłat (w innym hotelu w okolicy chcieli ode mnie 30 Euro za wcześniejsze zameldowanie, więc dobrze, że tu nie trzeba było płacić).
W pokoju lodówka i czajnik do zagotowania wody na herbatę. Dobre WiFi.
Czystość zdecydowanie wymaga uwagi. Łazienka nie była dobrze wysprzątana. Sedes brudny, pod prysznicem włosy poprzednich lokatorów.
Materace w łóżkach i pościel z plamami. Prześcieradło marnej jakości - co noc spadało i trzeba było poprawiać.
Hotel nie poinformował zawczasu o kaucji 150 Euro i miałam nieprzyjemną niespodziankę na miejscu, obecnie czekam na zwrot.
Dziwne, że hotel wymaga, by goście sami znosili śmiecie z góry i wszystko sprzątali - usłyszałyśmy, że to po to, by "osoby sprzątające nie miały zbyt dużo do roboty".

Nous venions pour une compétition de boxe, super accueil, un parking, arrangeant sur les horaires, confortable, super on recommande les yeux fermés, notamment pour la situation très proche de La Halle Carpentier avec pas mal de restaurants aux alentours
Juste si on tombe sur une chambre pmr la lumière qui indique la sortie reste allumée la nuit mais ce sont les normes donc l'hôtel n'y est pour rien

The hotel is at a good location and checkin process was smooth. Although we stayed for 1 night, it was all good. We did not opt for the breakfast at hotel but seemed like a decent option. 5mins walk from metro station and bus stops. Staffs are friendly and room was clean. World highly recommend.
No soap/liquid in the shower. Also to clean the utensils there was no scrub sponge.

Excellent public traffic connection: Apartment hotel is a 8 Min Walk from Metro staton Porte Choisy, in front of Hotel 30 seconds walk is a tram station. Very cleaned hotel . Vending machines, little small gymnastic room. Rooms - over the average size in Paris, Breakfast buffet , On top : the whole reception is very friendly and speaks english - outstanding great is the "asian looking male receptionist - he has such a great welcoming, positivie energy and is very very helpful and friendly" ,
Toilet-shower in one small room. TV: when you are at an apartment hotel - you re longer there -mostly for work reason: there are only "french speaking channels" = 0 entertainment factor. Smell of cooking of other rooms. Every day 1-2 was a loud fire alarm cause any guest smoked or cooked in his room. Hotel 150 Euro deposit refund: takes more than 3 weeks after checking out. There s a "inner garden" for smokers beside the breakfast area - which is sadly dirty, beer cans on the ground, and in the centre is a dying black plant = there s a lot of potential to make this visible area "beautiful" with bamboos plants or buxus that is green all season and easy to care

In der Badzelle war keine Steckdose z.B. für Fön oder Rasierapparat ! Am zweiten Tag konnten wir morgens um 10.00 kein Frühstück (07.00-11.00) mehr zu buchen ! Aussage der Mitarbeiterin Priska, das ginge nicht jeden Tag und es wären zuviele Leute im Hotel. Wir haben es für uns anders organisiert, als wir gegen kurz nach 11.00 wieder ins Hotel kamen - Frühstück zu Ende - standen dort noch alle Lebensmittel (Baguette, Croissants, Salami, Butter, Eier, etc. ) in ausreichender Menge (leider kein Foto gemacht ) - Priska mit Smokepause auf dem Balkon - weshalb wir nicht verstanden haben, warum wir das Frühstück nicht zu buchen konnten ! Und das Frühstück ist überings für das Angebot sehr gut !

Het verblijf en ligging was prima. Openbaar vervoer (Metro en Tram) zijn dichtbij, 5 minuten lopen vanuit het Appartement. Veel Asia restaurants in de buurt.
Het minpunt was de brandalarm, dit ging spontaan loeien terwijl er niks aan de hand was! Onnodig verzamelen in de lobby.

The room is good for working
The service is very bad and the staff unfriendly. It started when I entered the hotel. That was not really welcoming and also when I had questions, the answers were very short and unfriendly. The top was when I forgot something in my room. They didn’t answer my email which I sent first. Then I called and the lady on the phone said I forgot nothing. And without even saying something back she said „Bye“ and hang up. Wow.

I stayed for 3 nights for a long weekend. The hotel is ok, the room was clean and it had all we needed. Friendly staff. Good location close to the metro.
The corridors were dirty. The room is cleaned weekly and not daily. The shower was ok but it needs a door (impossible not to spill water outside). It was not a double bed, but two beds side by side and the edges are pretty solid.

O conforto e a qualidade, tem cozinha, limpeza, academia, agua quente, secador de cabelo, aquecedor, estação de metro próxima, perto de tudo, tem local pra deixar bagagem e sair e depois retornar, padaria, mercado e farmácia próximos. Seguro.
Poderiam ser mais atenciosos com objetos esquecidos e mais simpáticos, esqueci uma garrafa de agua, pedi para guardarem e não guardaram.

1. Be prepared for 50% of the cost of your stay to be charged from your bank card, supposedly as a guarantee that you will not damage anything in the room. But upon arrival you pay the full amount of your stay + this 50%. Nothing was said about this when booking, I was very outraged, but upon departure the money is returned.
2. There is nothing in the room except towels, take a Hairdryer with you, otherwise you will have to give them your passport so that they can give you a Hairdryer. The biggest nonsense I’ve ever experienced.
3. You must clean the rooms yourself, take away your trash, etc. otherwise, there is a chance that this 50% will not be returned to you. Instead of talking about cleaning rules, it would be better if they talked about how to raise the temperature in the room, it was terribly cold, or how to use the microwave.
4. The location is so-so, about 45 minutes by metro to the Eiffel Tower, and 25 minutes to the Louvre. At night, the sound of trams makes it difficult to sleep.

Но при въезде вы платите полную сумму проживания + эти 50 %. При бронировании ничего об этом не было сказано, я была очень возмущена, но при выезде эти деньги возвращаются. 2. В комнате ничего нет, кроме полотенец, берите с собой Фен, иначе Вам придется отдать им свой паспорт, чтобы они дали вам Фен. 3. Комнаты вы должны убирать за собой сами, забрать за собой мусор и тд. иначе есть вероятность, что эти 50% вам и не вернут. Вместо того, чтобы рассказывать о правилах уборки, лучше бы они рассказывали о том как поднять температуру в комнате, было ужасно холодно, или как пользоваться микроволновкой. 4. местоположение так себе, около 45 минут на метро до Эйфелевой башни, и 25 минут до Лувра. Ночью звук трамваев не особо дает спать.

Location of the place was good
It's the worst place I've ever lived. It was expensive as compared to its facilities. There were no toiletries and the bedcovers were dirty. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. I spent two nights and for the whole two nights I was just pressing two mattresses together because they get displaced. There were no side tables as well which was so annoying for me.

Punktabzug bei der Sauberkeit: viele Staubfussel / Schmutz auf dem Fußboden, im Badezimmer: unsaubere Zahnputzbecher, in der Dusche war der Seifenspender nicht aufgefüllt.

Buena ubicación, hay una estación de metro (línea 7) super bien comunicada con todo lo que hay ver en Paris a escasos 600 metros(6 minutos andando) barrio muy tranquilo.Desayuno por 9€ muy bien para ser Paris.Muy bien el climatizador de la habitación, no pasamos ni frío ni calor.Esta mejor de lo esperado y de precio genial

Pas apprécié du tout le réfrigérateur rempli d’aliments. Ai photographié l’intérieur, montré la photo à la réception, sans qu’une personne intervienne pour vider et nettoyer.
Alors inutile de demander au client de faire la vaisselle, vider ses ordures alors que le ménage n’est pas fait correctement.

Good breakfast for reasonable price and reception staffs are excellent. They were very helpful and always sharing good smile . Free lockers are there to leave luggage. You got 24 hr grocery shop which is open till 2 am just adjacent to hotel and would stay again here when I visit Paris
