Bed was really comfortable.

Bathroom floor was flooding when taking a shower.

Nice and clean rooms, not very big but enough for a few days. Absolutely friendly staff and happy to assist. Although there is no evening kitchen, you can have home-bought meals in a TV room. There is also a fridge and microwave. The breakfast room with classic adjoining alfresco rooms is beautiful and the breakfast itself leaves nothing to be desired. The location is a bit outside of Jönköping, but that pleases and the nearest motorway junction is not far away. Unfortunately, depending on the room, you can hear this in unfavourable wind conditions, as in Sweden the road surface is generally a bit rougher. I would stay there again if I had another stay.

The staff was amazing and they helped me reach my train dropping me to the train station with their car without any charge. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is so quite in the middle of nature. Location is good if you have a car.

The bathroom wasn`t clean enough so as the room floor. Public transportation was not easy.

The breakfast could improve. No salt and peppar on the table. No bread knife, we had to ask for a knife. The scrambled egg could be better. The service was good and they were very helpful.

We loved the structure and the history of the bldg. It was in a beautiful country setting yet very close to town. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the free, reliable Wi-Fi was also great. We enjoyed having small intimate parlors available for our small group to have a place to sit and read or play cards. The staff was very pleasant and had a lovely breakfast available to us the next morning with homemade specialty bakery items.

Very kind people, charming Swedish backgrounds and a lot of space. The room had no fancy stuff (lean Scandinavian way) but was super clean and neat and the bed really comfortable. Much better than the price you pay for it! Good and nice breakfast. We just stopped and slept for a night and moved on in the morning, was perfect for that! Would come back.

Once outside, one realized that motorway was relatively near but inside the windows kept any noise out….truly. Rooms a bit on small side - could use more shelving/cupboards.

My room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast, served in lovely light and airy room overlooking the countryside, was very good. The hotel is certainly a bit quirky and I like that! It was nice being able to make your own tea or coffee and relax in the rather elegant lounge in the evening. The manager (owner?) was very friendly and it was lovely that she told me the history of the building.

I really can not fault the hotel – it was perfect for my one night stay en route from Skåne to Uppsala.
