La nostra casa sul lago è una casa tranquilla e confortevole adatta alle famiglie. Perfect for our 3-day weekend! My husband & I are recent empty nesters & this property is just 1 1/2 hours from all of our kids at Ga Tech. This was an easy meeting point for our family. The cottage is beautifully decorated & comfortable. The kitchen is tiny, but makes great use of the space. Everything we needed was available for cooking & coffee. The Hot Cocoa bar is a nice touch. We enjoyed the screened in porch & use of the gas grill. The proximity to the lake, the pool, the tennis courts & walking paths were great! We rented pontoon boat from Sun Life Marina, which is very close by. It was easy to communicate with the hosts. I highly recommend this property!

This house was everything and more! We brought our three kids for a low key weekend. The house was perfect for kids and we spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. The pool and “beach” were also a hit! Thanks for such a great stay!

This was the first time my husband and I visited Lake Oconee and we will definitely be back. Jennifer (the host) was extremely easy to communicate with as well as giving us recommendations on dining out and things to see while we were there.
The house was very clean and had everything we needed! it was very comfortable; we felt right at home. The screened in porch was fantastic, but it was a bit chilly for our visit. I highly recommend staying here!!

This property was everything we hoped it would be and so much more. This is a very beautiful home, with great furnishings in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped better than all of the other homes we have rented. Attention to detail has the upmost comfort of the renters in mind. The lake is beautiful and there is plenty to do to keep you occupied. Thanks Jennifer for being a perfect host. We will be back.

This house was an amazing fit for our family and jennifer so easy to work with. The screened-in porch was our absolute favorite from coffee in the morning to wine in the early evenings, the space could not be beat, loved having the tv out there too. So comfortable and beautiful view down towards the lake. The 2 master suites on first floor were beautiful and have lovely spa like bathrooms. Upstairs great for our boys. Loved using the dock for fishing, neighborhood pool
For swimming and we rented a boat one day from young Harris, ~15 minutes away. A fabulous stay!

We loved the two primary bedroom set up for our family vacation. Both sets of parents had comfortable private space while the kids had a fun shared space upstairs. This home was clean with easy access to the lakeside amenities. No complaints! Just lovely memories of quality time spent together in a beautiful home!

My family and nephews spent the weekend in this lovely home. Everything was exactly as described. Loved the screened-in porch! The kitchen was completely stocked with lots of extras and it was very easy to prepare meals.
The neighborhood pool and beach were great and day docks were not too crowded. We rented a pontoon boat from a nearby marina and brought it to the docks by the house to stop off for lunch. Everyone had fun and the house makes for easy gathering but also separating when you want.The lake can be easily seen from the house and is a nice view through the trees. Beds were comfortable. Host has literally thought of everything you might need and more for your stay! Very clean and nicely decorated! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our family of 6 - parents, 20-somethings and two teens. The girls LOVED their upstairs loft style domain and the young married couple loved having their own main bathroom and amazing shower!! My husband and I relished the chance at a sleepnumber bed. We walked down to the beach to see the sunrise several times and took advantage of the beach, pool, and tennis courts. The screened in porch was the perfect setting for reading, napping, dining Al fresco and playing cards into the night!
Jennifer was readily available for all questions and recommendations as was the binder of goodies!
Fully stocked kitchen and great spices in the pantry! Within 15 minutes of a number of restaurants and Publix grocery store.
*My 4 stars on cleanliness are only there because the cleaners missed a baking tray in the oven and there are no facial tissues anywhere. Otherwise, the house is GREAT and we would definitely return!

We loved the location of this house! It had a nice yard for our 2.5 year old to run around and play in. The neighborhood beach on the lake was an added bonus. We spent lots of our time on the comfortable screened in porch. Thank you!

This Lake House Escape was perfect for our 2023 spring break and scouting out "Lake Life" in the south. The description of the house and amenities were spot on. Our family golfed on two of the courses and enjoyed the beauty of both of them. Despite the weather being chilly the week that we were there, we made the best of it and took in the breath taking views of the lake. It was very relaxing for our family! The host Jennifer was extremely responsive, helpful and ensured that our stay was satisfactory. Highly recommend this house and the community.

Wonderful neighborhood, gorgeous lake and golf course. It was a little cold for us to rent a boat so we enjoyed long walks by the lake. Being able to use the fire place would have been a pluss but we enjoyed playing games and watching the World Cup matches.
The owner was available and very cordial. We recommend this property for families who are looking for a quiet and very comfortable resting place. They have an excellent set up to cuddle and watch movies.

Best Weekend Ever!
We were so excited to get away before my daughter went back to college. Last minute and it was available. Loved it so much I want to buy in the neighborhood. Perfect location to everything including the marina for our boat, my sisters house right across the lake and fun coves for wake boarding. Loved dipping in the pool after getting off the lake. Next time I will bring my tennis racket!

Relaxing Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time relaxing while playing pickle ball, tennis and golf. We rented a pontoon boat for 2 days which was so enjoyable! The house was perfect for the 5 of us. We cooked each night and enjoyed each other's company. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the convenient location for the lake and marina. We will definitely return to make more memories!

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect spot for my family of 4 to enjoy a few days away. We especially loved sitting on the screened in porch and soaking in the lake view. Thanks to the owners for a great experience - we hope to return!

Perfect spot for a family vacation!
Jennifer is a wonderful host. The house is very nice, clean and exactly as described. We had some issues with the tvs but Jennifer had repairmen coke and fix it up as quickly as she could. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE. We all gushed all week over them and took lots of cozy naps. We all commented multiple times how you can really tell that Jennifer put so many touches in the home to make everything comfortable. The community pool was mostly empty the whole week and the kiddos just loved it. Would love to stay again!

Perfect home for relaxing lake weekend
My husband, 11 year old daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful. The house was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen and even some games to play. The location was walking distance to the lake and the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect lakeside home
My husband and I have visited this area 4 times to visit family who also own a home here. This is by far the best home we have stayed in. It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and accommodated our family of 5 very comfortably. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful screened in porch, enjoying the view of the lake and surrounding area. This home has it all, we would definitely stay here again when we visit in the future.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Sample hoE
The stay was almost perfect! It is spacious , clean beautiful lanai, accessible to town and the area is beautiful for walking. Boys played golf and loved it. Not to mention easy access to the lake. Taking the garbage out was super easy. The small negatives are the tv is difficult to work and the master bedroom bed is uncomfortably hard. It would be nice if there were more cozy throw blankets. We weren’t sure if we were able to use the clubhouse for a gym or go to the Pub but that would be nice.

Wonderful experience
The house was beautiful.. The surroundings was beautiful in every direction we looked. The beds were luxurious and quite comfortable. We had a lot of fun. Talked. Played a card game. Shopped. Had lunch at the Country Club. Visited the Ritz Carlton. Shopped a lot. Bought some clothes. Suitcases were really stuffed on our trip home. It was just fun, fun, fun. KK and Caroline got sick from their order at Filet. But they are alright now. Thankfully that didn't happen until late the last night. It was the only thing that marred the experience. Both women are fine now. Loved it and would definitely want to stay again. Sending love to all who worked to make it a wonderful experience.

Mom/ Daughters trip!
My adult daughters and I stayed after 3 day at the Masters ! The property was " over the top" with everything nice, CLEAN!, and completely updated! Very well stocked with everyday supplies !Loved the screened in back porch as well as the beautiful grounds! We will be back !

Lovely property and setting, with views down to the lake. Peaceful, restful place to celebrate Thanksgiving while we were temporarily homeless, waiting for our house to be built. Would love to return in the summer to enjoy the pool, boating on the lake, etc.

Clean, comfortable house that was perfect for four adults (and more if everybody else had come). It was walking distance from the wedding at Great Waters and not far from town. Jennifer was a great host with quick responses and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great place to stay!

Perfect relaxing getaway!
We had a terrific weekend at the property, with my parents and our kids. The setup was perfect, with the double masters on the first floor and upstairs room for the kids. The owners have so many thoughtful touches, including pantry items and spare toiletries if needed. The master showers were heavenly! Our favorite part was the screened in porch, where we ate and spent memorable quality time. It couldn’t have been a better weekend and place to stay.
