Very pleasant home with a lovely view of the bay. Nice fire pit. Nice dining area with bay view. Location is close enough to freeway to get to places, but the house is private and quiet. Appliances are modern. If our friends visit again, we would stay here again. Cleaning service and maintenance was all good

Our only complaint is the a/c is only in the living room which doesn’t make it back to the bedrooms. It was a very hot July weekend but we were able to use fans to help a little

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room to spread out with multi-generational family. Short driving distances to Poulsbo, Silverdale, water. We were in the area during a heat wave, and the afternoons were a little toasty due to western exposure in some rooms; this would probably not be a concern for most of the year.

Come solely for the beautiful location. Quiet dispite having very close neighbors.

Met expectations, nice spot with water access. The kids enjoyed some shore play and crab watching! Easy instructions for check in and check out. Kitchen had basic supplies to meet our cooking needs.

Perfect deck to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while listening to the bird's morning gossip. Great location with quick access to convenience but has a country living vibe. Host was great with communication. Loved the open living/dining/kitchen area. Great for visiting with family.

We had a great time at this property. Everyone (parents, kids and grandma) had their own space and also two large common areas to spend time together. My favorite was the dining room with lots of light, relaxing view of the yard and a long table. There yard is steep and you need to descend through a staircase to get to the beach so keep it in mind if your party has an older person or someone with limited mobility. We enjoyed walking on the beach and looking at crabs, jelly fish and other creatures with our kids. Our host communicated timely and professionally. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and they were accommodating with our schedule

The place was very clean and comfortable. Pretty view from the picture window. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the morning. The walk to the water was a little steep but manageable. The kitchen was well stocked. It would have bee nice to have a little more comfortable seating in the TV area to relax in the evenings. Communication with property manager was very quick to respond when needed.

We stayed 4 nights while visiting our son stationed at Kitsap. The house was clean and the location was nothing short of amazing. Our host was spot on with communication and was very flexible with us on some timing conflicts with our flights and the booking. The neighborhood is very quiet and coffee on the deck in the morning was one of our favorite parts of the stay.

We arrived at a beautiful location very pretty neighborhood. We were there a short amount of time that first evening and found a large amount of stink bugs in the main bathroom and had to deal with them the first three days of our visit. The first evening we also noticed that the hot water was leaking in the kitchen. The next morning the dishwasher stopped working and was down the whole time we were there. The second day we noticed that the toilet in the master bathroom was leaking, that wasn’t taken care of until after we left which meant towels on the floor the whole visit. Tried working with the property manager and was made to feel like I was in the wrong.

I wish the weather had cooperated so we could have taken advantage of the backyard and fire pit. Overall a lovely stat for my son and me. Very comfy and my teen son was thrilled with king sized bed in the 2nd room.

Great home and location. Plenty to do so "hearing I'm board" isn't going to happen.

The rental was as described and as seen in photos with the only exception being that the back patio was nicer than anticipated. There was a plumbing issue during my stay (caused by previous renters flushing baby wipes - not caused by lack of maintenance). The landlord sent workmen over to fix the problem and when it could not be fixed the first night did not hesitate to reimburse me the cost of transferring to a hotel. I would happily stay here again for a future trip.

Total disappointment from the front door, the entire house and property. Pictures shown are not what you get. Clean, far from clean, unless you think dust, dirty stained carpet, unsweep floors, filthy windows and the list goes on. This property needs a lot of TLC, but it’s clear they do not care. In texting with the host she asked what they could do to make the stay better, however a total renovation would not have been an option.

Manuela was great in communication and responsiveness to all our needs, from wifi issues to paper towel shortage. The house is located by the beach but there's no real beach access for swimming and such. The age of the house is clearly evident in the kitchen cabinetry, the bathrooms, and the bedrooms. Appliances however seemed new and in a good working condition. We had an issue with the cleanliness because it appeared whoever is doing the cleaning has not done a good job at all. This was also evident in how the place smelled when we just arrived. One of the bathtubs was draining very slowly and the other had a trickle for stream. Nevertheless I would recommend staying at this place.

Location is great and beautiful view of inlet. Nice shore walk at low tide. Close to ferry, groceries, and restaurants. Property needs some attention. Overall clean but carpets dirty. House needs painting inside. Outside grass and plants dead.

Easy comunicating. Solved all our request quikly the house was as expected. She understood from the begoning our needs and was very flexible to our request and efficient. Such a great owner !!!!

This house is in a great location for exploring the area. It's only minutes from the ferry terminal that gets you to Seattle. The lawn is a bit more than sloping. It's fairly steep and unfortunately wasn't mowed for our stay. The house has everything you need and was plenty big enough for 4 of us.

This is a very cute house located on the bay. Very quiet home.

It’s quite spacious, so the 8of us were not crowded. It’s quiet and away from the street so no concerns about the kids being outside. I did think it would an easy walk down to water, where we could launch kayaks, but is just how interpreted the photo. The yard stops well short of the water, so not as easy as I thought. However it is a short drive to food, groceries, the ferry, etc, so the location is excellent, even for kayaking.

My daughter's fiancé is stationed at Bangor and this property was perfect for a visit. It's only 10-15 minutes from the ferry terminal which made a trip over to Seattle a breeze. Plus, there are plenty of local restaurants and shopping areas in Bremerton and Silverdale. The house was clean and well stocked, including box fans in all the bedrooms (which is a must for this Texas girl). We communicated easily with the host and the back porch view is fabulous. The yard down to the water was steep, but we enjoyed getting our exercise going up and down. Though the weather was cold and rainy, the house was warm and cozy and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we have chosen to stay at this home. The view is beautiful and the house fits our needs perfectly!

This is my 2nd time staying at this location in about a year. host is exceptional and the place is beautiful and located in good spot. a little hidden from all the movement of bremerton, but close enough for anything you want.
