Splendida ristrutturazione! Splendidamente aggiornato con le attuali finiture di alta qualità in tutta questa casa a 4 letti, 2. 5 bagni a Grayhawk. Ampio piano piano aperto, con alti soffitti a volta, master suite al piano principale e un garage per 3 auto. Il rigoglioso cortile dispone di una piscina riscaldata con ciottoli tech & spa, erba, alberi da frutto, barbecue incorporato e privacy eccezionale senza vicini alle spalle. Ottima posizione cul-de-sac su cintura verde. Percorsi di corsa / camminata in tutta la comunità.
La camera da letto principale si trova al piano principale ed è arredata con un letto king size, ampia cabina armadio e accesso diretto alla piscina sul cortile posteriore e al centro benessere.
Le altre tre camere da letto si trovano al piano superiore. Una è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e le altre due offrono letti matrimoniali. Il soggiorno è arredato con un divano letto estraibile di qualità, se necessario.

Beautiful updated home in Grayhawk neighborhood with easy access to walking paths. Close to numerous great restaurants & shopping. We enjoyed the private pool & spa. Host was very responsive to our needs.

Perfect Scottsdale Home Away From Home
Stayed at this beautiful home while we were in Scottsdale showing horses at Westworld. The house was a perfect retreat after a long, hot day at the barn. The backyard, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home
We’ve rented a number of homes through VRBO and this one ranks as one of the best. The neighborhood is quiet with great walking trails which we used every morning. The layout of the home was perfect – open, spacious and immaculate. The kitchen is very well equipped with spices, etc and we took advantage and made a few meals there. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets if we needed them. We loved the pool and the hot tub as well. Kirin is very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the North Scottsdale area. We hope to be back soon.

Great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our month long day in Scottsdale. The house was perfect for our stay. It was updated and very clean and organized! The kitchen was well stocked as well. The location was great… close to hiking, Pickleball, tennis, shopping, and restaurants. We spent much of our time in the beautiful backyard, sitting by the fire table or in the hot tub. We didn’t use the pool because it wasn’t hot enough during our stay but everything was well maintained. Kirin could not have been more responsive to any questions or needs. She was great!

Comfortable Family Fun
This house in Grayhawk was close to everything. Kirin was helpful and responsive. The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The heated pool and spa (though extra cost) was a huge hit with our grandson 11. The pool towels supplied were a big plus.

Grayhawk Gem!
We loved everything about this Million Dollar house rental. It was worth every penny for the week we stayed after the New Year. The host gives you everything you need for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay. The house is walking distance to restaurants,
Bars, parks, a walking path and all of the best North Scottsdale and the Grayhawk community has to offer!

Great property and owner!
Working with the property owner before renting and arriving was always quick and seamless. She responded very quickly and with helpful information! While at the property we had a question on the pool and not only did she respond instantly but she also had someone out to check it out. Amazing location, house exactly as advertised!, great for families and the house had anything you would need. Very clean house and the house felt like home! Would absolutely stay here again!

Family Spring Break
Great location and family vacation house. We had 6 people and fit nicely. There were a couple issues. Ice maker wasn't working, hot tub was not hot first two evenings, there were no pool floaters so we had to purchase some and gave to our friends that live down there, we also had to purchase a frying pan as the ones at the house had been worn out. We had a relaxing time and really good location and we would rent this house again.

Wonderful
The first few days were cloudy and chilly but the hot tub made up for that! The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable, and it was very spacious! Will definitely be back.

As Advertised
No surprises, the home is exactly as pictured in the listing. The location is excellent, easy access to the 101 and a nice, safe neighborhood. The backyard is great, gets plenty of sun, grass to play bags on and of course the pool and hot tub. The house is clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable. We spent 5 weeks here and have no complaints. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful stay in a lovely home. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to nearby stores/restaurants. Home has many amenities, a well stocked kitchen, and made for a comfortable, easy stay. Homeowner was very responsive and would definitely come back when in the area again.

Perfect!
This property was perfect. Clean, stylish, wonderful kitchen, awesome pool. The layout was open and the high ceilings were really nice. The neighborhood was quiet and safe but close to restaurants, golf and shopping. Owner was easy to reach and helpful. Highly recommend.

Very nice property, just what we needed to sit by the pool and relax in the living room. Extremely responsive property owner. Grayhawk location very convenient to great dining and hiking options.

Lovely North Scottsdale home, yard and neighbourhood
We couldn't ask for anything more. This place is ideal! The neighbourhood is great and very quiet. The kitchen is very modern and spacious. Lots of grocery stores, retail shops and restaurants in the area. I can't say enough! The home is so comfortable, with a beautiful covered patio and couches overlooking the fire feature. The pool is perfect for a refreshing dip or laying on a floatie! We didn't use the hot tub because we were there in very hot temperatures but it would be great in the winter months. Loved having access to the 3 car garage with entry to the home from there, making it super easy to bring in groceries etc.

Great stay
A beautiful home and a great stay. Home is bigger and brighter than the photos show. Backyard is better than the photos, great layout. Suggest pool heat in the spring. Host was helpful and quickly responded to our queries. Home was more than reasonably stocked for our arrival. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful home, great location
We love the Greyhawk community and its proximity to all the sites we love in Scottsdale. This property was lovely and the beds were super comfortable -- an often overlooked amenity in some properties! We enjoyed some wonderful talks at the fire pit and even a couple nights in the hot tub, even though the weather was cool.

Spring Training Family vacation
The property was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, well appointed. More than enough space for 5 adults and 2 small grandkids. The outdoor space was wonderful with a pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the nights around the fire table on the covered back patio. There is a large grassy area for the grandkids to play and a bountiful lemon tree in the back that was great for drinks. The owner was very responsive with questions and exceptionally easy to work with. The location is within 15-30 minutes to many of the ball parks. The aquarium is close by. There is also a relatively new upscale retail/restaurant development within 15 minutes. There is also a grocery store and a few chain restaurants within 5 minutes. I would definitely stay there again.
