Location, price/quality ratio

Very dirty nothing like a pic everything was broken a lots items missing I would not recommend this place at all very disappointed

Nothing. Only location.

The property is not clean, man who have apartment have very bad behaviour, we don’t have a place to put our staf when the check in and check out are.

Close to the beach.

The pictures show the apartment to look more spacious and open. We were a bit surprised at the spot, because it was smaller and narrower than we expected. We had a cockroach in our room during one night of our stay.

The apartment Beatrice is very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and other useful facilities. Finding parking in Rafailovici is quite difficult, therefore it is very useful that owner has his own parking slots that could be rented separately. We paid 5 Euros per day. Wi-Fi worked really well in the apartment. Apartment has a nice balcony, although the balcony view is not so great.

Bed in the living room could be better. It was quite difficult for two kinds to sleep on it. Kitchen could have some additional supplies (e.g. dish drying rank, extra plates and glasses, etc.).

Location

The apartment was quite poor, bad madrass, no tv channel, just arabic/russian, bath shower leaking into hallway, curtins not able to make the room dark, badly cleaned, only one pot to cook, evrey morning at 6.30 banging from the resturant cleaning garbage cans, nowhere to throw garbage, one curtinpoal was just leaning, not fastned to wall.... this apartment wasn't worth what we payed. Only good thing was location

Great host, great location. Wi-Fi is perfect (who want to work from apartment). Beach-70 meters, market in the building, a lot of nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Recommended!
