This house is absolutely wonderful!! The location is ideal for walking to the post of the places we wanted and needed to go. The house was very clean and cozy. We will definitely look for availability here when we plan a trip back to Coco!

Great place and good location

My husband & I, with 2 other couples, from CNY stayed here. We had higher expectations from the internet posting, but did Enjoy our stay. We try to plan our vacations a year in advance to escape the cold. This place was more expensive then others we've stayed at. The other homes had more to offer, for less money & better location to the beach. The host was great & very accommodating. Thank You.

The house was amazing. It is as well appointed a rental as I’ve stayed in. The beds are comfortable and the linens are plentiful. The sectional in the TV room is enormous and comfortable. There are plenty of beach chairs and towels. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Tomas was responsive and willing to help. I would definitely stay again!!

This is the most clean and best VRBO we have ever stayed at! We stayed here prior to our Disney trip. The weather was a little windy and chilly, so we were so glad to have the extra amenities here. Heated pool/hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, etc. When we did make it to the beach, we had chairs, a buggy, and a few sand toys. We didn't need the umbrellas, but they had those too. Tomas has thought of everything! We had a small issue that was fixed immediately. He truly cares about giving you the best stay! the neighborhood felt very safe and there is a Publix just a few blocks away.

We stayed here with 8 people 4 adults 4 children, it was spacious and comfortable! We loved having our own pool and all the amenities for our kids. Tomas was a great host and very responsive. We had everything we needed and more! We would definitely stay here again if back in the Cocoa beach area!

This was a beautiful home that was very well maintained. Best of all, a great vacation home for a family with young children. It has everything to keep kids busy, from a basketball hoop, to swings, to a pool table, to the private pool. The location was perfect, being close to grocery store, restaurants and beaches, all within walking distances. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation home!

We have stayed in several rentals for spring break, but this beach house was the absolute best!! Being very particular about the places our family stays, I can say this beach house exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, we had an amazing experience here!! Everything was very clean and the pictures represented the place well with only a few minor changes to layout and decor. Tomas was very prompt with his responses, accommodating with our requests, and all with a gracious and kind attitude! We loved all the amenities and had so much fun!! The area is pretty chill and the house was in a great location to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Close enough to visit Kennedy Space Center and Merrit Island too. You will have everything you need when you stay at this Bayview Park beach house!! I can't wait to visit again! Thank you Tomas!

We rented this VRBO to enjoy the warm weather and beaches of Cocoa Beach. The house was amazing. The pictures and descriptions on the website were accurate. The house was clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The beach is an easy short walk away. We watched a Space X launch from the nearest beach which is only 5 blocks away, what a great bonus for our 12 year old son. Cocoa Beach is an excellent location to watch launches. The pool was amazing and the entire pool area is well designed. We had one rainy day and that's not a problem here as the house has billiards, foosball, air hockey and darts. There are also bicycles provided. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a Publix 2 blocks away. There are several restaurants within walking distance and numerous more within a couple miles of the house. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to return to this property.

We stayed here after a cruise for two nights before returning home. Everything was great! The kids had a blast in the house with so many games to play. Grocery store and beach were easy walks but we never really wanted to leave the house! It was the perfect ending to our vacation week. Tomas was incredibly responsive and accommodating and we’d definitely return if ever back in the area.

We enjoyed staying at the property with family for annual 1 week get rid of the winter blues. Everything was just as described and would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect weather, viewed a launch at Kennedy Space Center, spent time in the ocean and hours by the pool and hot tub. It was a great escape from the cold and white northern Midwest.

Tomas was very quick to respond, the house was great, very spacious, had all the needs you would want for a beach vacation, close to many hot spots. Overall great experience.

This house was great for our stay in Cocoa Beach! My husband and I stayed here, along with his parents and our kids- ages 9 & 11- for 4 days before a cruise. The location was great- easy walk to Publix and also the beach. My in-laws aren’t so great at walking, so while they couldn’t walk to the beach they did enjoy walking in the neighborhood. We felt very safe in this area. The house was equipped with all we needed for a day at the beach- wagon, boogie boards, towels, chairs. My son loved playing pool with everyone at the house. Many other games available too- air hockey, darts, Foosball

The house was very nice and had a lot of things to do, that kept the family entertained. We would definitely stay again.

This property was beautiful and my family will use it again. We felt at home and relaxed just what we needed.

This is a lovely comfortable home that had everything we needed for watching a launch attempt, going to the beach & spending time relaxing with family & friends. We biked the area with bikes that were provided , walked the neighborhood, played pool, swam & of course went to the beach. It’s a 10min walk & 2 minute drive. There is plenty to keep you occupied at the home if you opted for that. For the beach, there were chairs, small coolers, boogie boards & a wagon to carry it all. Owner was very helpful & responsive to minor inconvenience. Gas grill needed to have tank changed out. Spare tanks were available in the garage, we just couldn’t get the old one to release. I have nothing but good things to say. They seemed to think of everything to make our stay comfortable. I plan to stay here again.

This beautiful home has everything you could want! Great neighborhood, immaculate house, great pool. Plenty of things right at your fingertips. Will be back!

Easy to find home. Great Host with immediate responses as needed! A/C wasn't distributed evenly throughout the home leaving one bedroom extremely warm in the August heat! Aesthetics and some furniture pieces were a bit worn but clean! Overall a good place to stay for a few days with family!

The home is well equipped to keep kids and adults entertained and comfortable. Tomas was pleasant to communicate with and was responsive when we had some questions. I would not hesitate to book this home again!

This place is even better than the listing looks! The location is perfect to all the things to do in Cocoa Beach, but there is so much to do at the house we found it hard to leave
