I recommend this Condo. for a family of five. The Sea Colony resort is so comfortable. The amenities are vast and access to the private beach and pools makes this rental a great place for a summer family getaway.

Cleaning services need to improve.

We've stayed at Sea Colony a few times and this is one of the better units we have stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, etc that we needed for meals. The unit appeared to be well maintained and updated. The view is great. There were nice touches like a drying rack, beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys in the unit. We had a fantastic stay.

We had a nice time with our family at this condo. The location is very convenient in terms of facing the peaceful beach and ocean and walking distance to the deli in Edgewater building next door as well as the marketplace across the highway. We also found it convenient to rent bikes and beach chairs although we also found some chairs in the closet. The management team responded promptly on the portal. We had a few maintenance issues and almost all of them were addressed. The deck chairs were nice to relax in and the master bedroom had a good firm mattress. A/C worked well. Sea Colony is a very convenient place for a family vacation.

Property was just suitable for amount of people we had. Absolutely LOVED the view.

We’ve spent many many summers at Sea Colony as our children were growing up. Now we are bringing our grandchildren. This was by far the best location and best accomodation we’ve had over the years. Very clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive.

One of the best vacations ever! Our unit was beachfront and a short walk to the beach and the pools. Our unit was perfect for our family and very comfortable. Will definitely consider this location next year!

The parking space was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was well protected for a 2 year old. Unfortunately we were disappointed the tv in the master bedroom kept freezing the picture, basically we could not watch anything. Overall we were pleased with the property.

Everything was great. Lots of little conveniences like extra blankets, drying rack, etc. Very comfortable stay

We had a fabulous time hanging out at this condo in spite of the weather. We had rain and high winds that kept us inside most of the weekend. We had some great food at Cottage Cafe, Fins, Bethany Boathouse, Barn 34 and Woody's Grill. Highly recommend this condo.

Our family absolutely loved this condo! We've stayed in many condos in the various buildings and this one was the best one yet. It was spacious and very clean. The view of the ocean was perfect! We were able to watch the sunrise and dolphins from the balcony, which was such a convenience. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and spices. The bathrooms had starter toilet paper and soap. We brought our own supplies, but it's nice to have if needed. We did not have the best weather In April, but we were totally fine hanging in the condo doing nothing but relaxing and playing games. It was a perfect random getaway for a decent price compared to other Sea Colony condos. Thank you Bill and Donna!

Clean! Clean! Great area. Owners were SO easy to communicate with and so responsive - i couldn't figure out the heater so they came by to help and answer any other questions. They recommended wonderful restaurants for us to go to. The place is a great set up and was refreshingly clean. Usually I come into a place and spend the first hour cleaning to my satisfaction, but not necessary here! This unit is on the 6th floor and was easy access with an elevator and a cart to put luggage in. We are three senior ladies, some with walking difficulty and it was easy for us. Sitting on the balcony, we could hear and see the ocean and it was very relaxing and pleasant. We lucked out with a 70 degree day in March! It was just what we needed and I'm sure we will be back. Thank you so much :-).

This condo was clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view. The entire rental process, check-in, and stay went very well, and any necessary communication with the owner was very pleasant and he responded promptly when I had a question (which was a very minor one about coffee pots 😀). I would definitely rent this condo again.

Very nice view, location and configuration. Have communicated (via email) with owner about a couple of things that need attention, and know that care will be taken. Some problems with electronic lock, and glad we had access with a key. Didn’t have time to use gym….we were busy reconnecting with friends in the area. Really appreciated carts that are available for loading and unloading the car. A lot of good restaurants in the area, and things to do.

This place has become a regular vacation spot for our family. We love the place and it’s easy access to the beach. We’ll be back.

View was beautiful! More than enough space for what we needed. Accessible to the beach. We would love to stay here again!!

This was our first stay at this beautiful condo, and will not be our last. The condo is exactly as appears in the photos, spotlessly clean, fully appointed. Bill, the property manager, was an incredible resource for us, always available, if we had any questions. The view from the apartment is sheer perfection..sunrise each morning. The beds were comfortable, showers powerful and lots of hot water, nice sized smart televisions and the kitchen appliances were great. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

This was our first time visiting Bethany Beach and we couldn’t be happier with our rental. It was an easy walk to the beach, close to many amenities, and spacious place to stay. I definitely recommend and plan to stay there again.

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out over the pool and ocean. The condo is very clean. We will definitely rent again. The owners are very nice and great to work with.

We stayed for a week in May 2021 with our 3 year old and 1 year old. The condo is very clean, well-maintained, and in a great spot to access the beach and restaurants. Nothing beats the sound of the waves crashing all night while you're sleeping. Our 2nd stay at Sea Colony and this is a highly recommended condo unit. Information about Sea Colony and this unit that may be helpful for future guests who like to read reviews to help guide their vacation decision making: 1) the many many property-maintained outdoor pools (including the 2 that can be seen from the balcony), while heated, are not open in mid-May (*check the property's webpage for opening schedules); 2) the entire property undergoes a deep cleaning in mid-May which provides a soundtrack of power washing morning through evening daily (season starts officially late-May at Sea Colony and everything is covered in pollen until they do this, so it's a necessary inconvenience). Relatedly, when they powerwash the section of the building above this unit's parking spot you will not be able to access your car for the day without wading through 3" of pollen-soap powerwash slurry. 3) the owners of the condo have plastic chicken-wired off the openings between the balcony rails (which as a parent of toddlers, is much appreciated). Though, if you don't have kids and want an unobstructed view of the beach while relaxing back in the adirondack chairs, be aware of the potential shopping cart-like viewing experience. 4) 65-70 and sunny makes for a surprisingly great beach day (warm enough and totally not crowded on the beach) - so, if the other factors (closed pools, pressure washing, etc) are OK with you, the beach is outstanding in mid-May and the property uncrowded.

Our family of 5 stayed here Easter weekend and loved every minute. The view from the balcony was lovely. We could even see each other when one of us was at the beach with the kids. It wasn’t very crowded, but the people there all wore masks on property and we felt completely safe. Inside the condo had everything we needed, but note you need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, and trash bags. We also ordered linens and bath towels so we didn’t have to pack as much. Would definitely stay here again.

We came down to Delaware for a short weekend getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was clean and beautiful. The best part is the view.

Beautiful unit with fantastic sunrise views, we were supposed to use it in April of 2020 for a family vacation but with the Pandemic that of course didn’t happen! We had to reschedule a few times with travel restrictions and the owner was very accommodating. Loved the unit and would stay again!

It was the middle of December, so cold outside, but we had a lovely view of the water from a very lovely condo. The only issue was that the heat kept shutting off, but we figured out how to reprogram the thermostat. We also forgot linens! But we were able to get them at a local store. Great kitchen area for cooking. The bathrooms were remarkably clean. The gym and pool were a bonus.

In this time of covid-19, I didn't want to travel far, if at all. But I needed a beach fix! This was perfect, on the beach, not far too drive, easy to do, and I am so glad I came! Fantastic location, amazing beach, very cute beach town. Loved it!
