I booked a room for one night for today 21 of February 2024, and my booking confirmation number was 4191773226. I arrived at the hotel around 03:00 pm and I stayed downstairs trying to contact the reception through the telecom but to no avail. I waited for 20 minutes in the rain and sent several messages through the app until a resident of the building entered and opened the door for me while the receptionist responded to my messages through the app After I made my way to the hotel at the 5th floor by myself. And after I finally managed to arrive at the reception desk, the receptionist asked me to pay 6 euros in cash for the city taxes. But I did not have any cash in Euros, so I offered to pay him by credit or debit card. He refused, saying that his manager would not accept that. So I offered to withdraw some cash later and pay him after i enter my room because I needed to use the bathroom since i’m a colon patient and I had an emergency. So I asked him to allow me to use the bathroom and change my clothes that were fully wet because of the rains, and then go down to withdraw some cash to pay him the 6 euros, but he also refused, saying sorry it's my boss desecion. So I offered him 10 dollars instead of 6 euros, as I happened to have some dollars in cash with me since my last trip, but he also refused that and called his manager and explained the matter to her, but she in turn refused to give me the room key before I pay the city tax amount in cash. But he passed the phone to me so I could talk to her, and I offered to pay by any means other than cash, and they actually had a debit machine. Отель расположен на 5 этаже здания, в котором ремонт, сразу и не найдешь . Внутри все обшарпанное, старый лифт. Номер среднего размера, кровать была ужасная: соединенная из двух односпальных, на ней был одет только наматрасник, без простыни. Постельное ужасное, тот самый наматрасник темного цвета, вообще не понять стирали его или нет, настолько колючий, что всю ночь не спали. Был сквозняк из окна - надуло ухо за ночь. Администратор ушел в 20.00, и делай что хочешь сам, никого нигде нет, чужая страна . Вечером у ребенка поднялась температура 38 и пришлось самостоятельно пытаться найти чайник, чтобы сделать ребенку чай и приготовить лекарства, но найти его так и не удалось. Пришлось взять горячую воду из-под крана, так как лекарство разводить нужно в горячей воде. В общем, если вечером у вас что-то, не дай Бог, случится, выкручиваться прийдется самим. Естественно, шумоизоляции никакой, на улице ездили трамваи/скорые с сиреной. Короче, поспать ночью у вас вряд ли получится, и из-за того, что вам дует в лицо ветер . Завтрак отвратительный, вроде как и выбор есть, но все не аппетитное, семга не первой свежести, колбаса вся липкая, на сыре и дыне волосинки. Я, как бывалый путешественник, такого треша уже давно не видела. В ванне помылась один раз и геля для душа уже не было. Просто не могу понять: ну что, нельзя проверить есть ли гель или нет? Мыла, ничего нет, про тапочки и халаты можете даже не думать. Заплатила 87 евро за ночь и это вообще не оправдано. Например была три недели назад в Кракове, и там заплатила 80 евро, но за эти деньги получила королевский номер и шикарный завтрак, ванна была просто абалденная, не то, что тут. В общем, ребята не советую, мы бежали от туда настолько быстро, насколько могли.

Couldnt check in

I called the receptionist several times to wait for me 5 minutes. He said that its fine but when I arrived he wasnt there. Why would you leave a hotel in the middle of düsseldorf without reception? And why didn’t he wait for me 5 minutes? Traveled a lot and never seen such a thing. Hope to get my money back somehow.

Sabah kruvadan kahve ikramını sordum gecikti dedi. Kahve ikram etti soğuğa yakın ılıktı ama gülen yüzü içimi ısıttı. Odaya eksikleri koydurdu ona gönülden teşekkür ederim. Oda bakımlı güzel. Kaloriferi açınca saunaya dönecek kadar sıcaktı. Yatak yumuşacık hamak gibi içine gömüldü yastık kare gibi dikdörtgen aşırı yumuşak. Normalde sevmem ama güzel uyudum. Odadaki süsler eşyalar çok hoştu. Banyodaki paspas çok hoşuma gitti.

Solo gezgine pek uymuyor. 6katlı bir iş merkezi sadece en üst kat bakımlı boyanmış giriş şantiye ve inşaat alanı gibi. Ama önünde tramvay geçiyor. Ana trene çok yakın. Bayan eleman çok sert çok kırıcı konuştu. Burda elli tane otel var sen çok uyguna kalıyorsun İnternetten bile aslında gecelik 15euro almam lazım dedi kavgacı saygısız despot. Odada terlik yoktu. Resimde vardı. Sıvı duş sabun erkek parfümü gibiydi mavi boyuyordu. Pencereden hava üfürüyordu. Kettlın içi kireçliydi plastikti. Kaloriferin altı hiç silinmemiş el kadar mayt çıktı ben sildim. Banyo peteği soğuktu açılmadı. Duş alamadım. Çıkışta zemin kat kilitliydi anahtarı dolaba bıraktım. Demir eski ağır tip bi anahtar verdi kart plastik şekilde değildi. Karşıda o kadar çok otel vardıki pencerelerden içeriler görünüyordu.

Das Frühstück war super. Im Bad wirds kuschelig warm. Es ist sauber.

Das Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen: an den Fenstern hats gezogen, der Aufzug ist wenig vertrauenswürdig.

Das Frühstück war gut, es war alles da.

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr klein und die Fenster waren nicht schallisoliert.

Die Lage war top, alles war gut fussläufig erreichbar. Kontakt war super.
