Spotlessly clean. Extensive booklet of guidance for the accommodation facilities. Very good communication. Quiet location. Safe parking - vehicle is covered by Ring doorbell.

Shower over bath in one en suite could be improved for someone over 6ft tall. Hide the wires from TV. I would prefer the TV on a cabinet at lower level. But good choice of viewing.

Lovely setting .was very clean and tidy. The beds where comfy and the welcome basket was a nice surprise x really helpful and clear communications with staff and in the property . Loved it

was nice and close to shops and quiet location, good parking and easy access.

there were a few items that needed some maintenance/repair like the mirror in bathroom, was worried it would fall.

I stop in apartments/houses all over the country for work the dakota is excellent value, facilities and location is superb for work in the area. The host couldn't be more accommodating, I will be stopping again in the future when working in the area

Good check in arrangements, fully equipped property, excellent welcome pack provided by the hosts.

The shower wasn’t the best but this was reported to the owner and is being rectified. In contrast to the host, who was great, the booking process through booking.com was very poor and I would book direct if I stayed again. Booking.com quoted a different price when I went to pay and did not tell me until I’d put in my card details that there was a cleaning charge. They would not rectify this unless I could show them screenshots of what I’d been quoted. Very poor experience - but that was booking.com’s fault and not the host, who was excellent.
