We cooked all of our meals - don't forget cooking spray/oil and spices! Along with other cooking essentials - foil, foil pans, etc. We did have an ant problem by the pool - someone came over to take a look but couldn't treat because they didn't find an active mound. Patio was perfect and the washer/dryer was a plus. We will be booking again for next year.

It is just steps away from the river and in a very beautiful and quiet area. My brothers enjoyed the fire pit Saturday night. Positive recommendations for this property to friends and relatives for groups of up to 10 people. The price was in line for the area but wish it was more reasonable(don't we all). I am not sure what restaurant they went to but it was good but due the time of the year, the only one open. They did go down to the river which they said was kinda low right now but still flowing.

There is a very strong septic smell when you run the shower in the bathroom closest to the laundry room. Overall, the house was great! You have 2 river access points inside the gated community within walking distance. There is a convenience store close by. Great Location!
