The condo was clean and spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. Walking distance to beach and the water park is right out the door. Convenient parking structure. A few restaurants within walking distance and an overpriced CVS with no pharmacy is walkable distance too. A few beach towels provided and the fully functional kitchen is helpful to prepare meals. Overall, very satisfied with our stay!

Property was very nice & comfortable . My husband loved the fact it had all the sports channels ! unfortunately weather curtailed us taking full advantage of the water park with our 4year old grandson .

This location is exactly as it appears, condo was clean and comfortable. Waterpark was fun for the whole family, coffee/bakery within walking distance, on the way to the beach.

We loved everything about our stay! The check in/check out process was super easy thanks to the detailed emails. The beach is a short walk away and our kids loved the lazy river! There’s even restaurants within walking distance. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We have stayed in about 5+ units at Harbourside, and this one was definitely our favorite! It has a good location within the condo complex and it was nicely decorated & clean. It has a nice view overlooking the intracoastal waterway is is in very close proximity to the stairs and elevator for quick access. Also, the third floor is the best floor IMO because you're high enough to get the nice view, but still very convenient with regards to climbing stairs / elevator time.

This unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was amazing! The water park is right outside the unit and beach is a short walk through a beautiful park about one block away. There is even a little ice cream shop on the way. Some things to note- the water park does close at 6:00 p.m. but the pool closes later. There is loud music till around 9pm from either the pool or Jimmy Iguana's, I couldn't tell which one. I actually enjoyed it while sitting on the balcony watching the boats coming in and out but it might be annoying to someone looking for a quieter spot. If you're trying to find parking later in the evening you will most likely have to park on the street or water park parking lot. If you move your car from the garage at night you'll most likely lose your spot so be aware. The water park is very popular so get there early if you want a good seat. Very convenient that the water park is right outside! There weren't any laundry pods available in the unit that I could find so bring your own if you want to do laundry. All that being said it is definitely worth the price because you have the water park right outside with passes included and the beach less than a 5-minute walk away. I would definitely recommend this location for a family or young adults. We hope to stay here again in the future!

My husband and our two children and I stayed at this property for a long weekend at the start of summer vacation. All info provided by the property manager was accurate and covered everything we needed to know. The unit was super clean and provided a wonderful home base for our vacation. We loved the water park, local restaurants, the bar at the pool was great and reasonably priced for what you get. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the Marina and lounging on the couch back there was great. It was actually one of the reasons we picked this unit over others - having the couch on the balcony! Overall we had the best time, it was a very relaxing trip, and we would for sure go back to this unit again!

The unit was large, clean, with comfortable beds and a comfortable balcony that has fantastic view of Intercoastal Waterway. Only downside, if you don't have young kids, the waterpark not so pleasant, especially since it's open to the public (as far as we could tell). Also parking underneath building could be a problem on weekends, but there was plenty of parking across the street. Bottom line, great property for families, especially with young kids. We would definitely consider staying there again, waterpark melee and all :)

We came here for a few nights for my son’s birthday! We had a wonderful time. The condo was nice, clean, and perfect for what we needed. So nice having the water park within feet from the condo. Beach was also super close! We had a great time!

This location is amazing. We considered staying in Clearwater and after a day trip on the beach trolley there, I am glad we didn't. Indian Rocks Beach had fantastic restaurants, short walks to get everywhere, easy transportation on beach trolley (although we only left once). I loved the entire vacation. A cvs was within a block (these are short blocks) the beach was 3 minutes away. The beach cart, chairs, umbrella were an extra bonus and came in handy. Will be back!

Water park was too busy and it was difficult each day to find a chair. The condo was great and easy to walk to the beach or restaurants.

Two large bedrooms/ bathrooms, balcony was perfect. Very clean and we loved the location. Highly recommend!

Very walkable to restaurants and the beach. Condo was great. The pans could use some updating. Bring spices, aluminum foil, etc. As there is ONLY salt and pepper.

Wasn’t busy at all just a little chilly! My husband loved how we could park right next to the stairs to our room, as well as the trash compactor was on our floor. This condo came with everything you needed. From 8 beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, beach toys, etc.. very well laid out and clean! The water park and lazy River was a plus! We loved going their everyday.

This is such a beautiful condo. Clean , nicely decorated, great view of the bay with boat dock . Lots of entertainment for everyone .good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Checking in/out were flawless. No issues at all. Beautiful views from the balcony looking at the canal. Dolphins were spotted as well. Will be back guaranteed.

We loved the location of this property. It was in short walking distance to plenty of restaurants, CVS, and the beach access. We appreciated the beach cart, beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels! My favorite part of the property was the 3rd level balcony that over looked the canal. It had comfortable seating to enjoy coffee in the morning and for playing card games in the evening. Our kids LOVED the waterpark - the stay include 4 daily waterpark passes. We will most definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay. A very short walk to the beach and everything else. I didn’t have to drive anywhere for food. The beach was beautiful clear water. I would definitely stay there again.
