It was exactly what we were looking for! It was close to the shops and restaurants but also tucked away in a quiet neighborhood offering a sweet home away from home experience. The town of Fredricksberg is a unique destination with plenty to see and do but having a fun home to come back to each day was a double bonus! Honestly, some of my favorite highlights of trip happened in the game room playing ping-pong and pool with the family and while it was too rainy to sit around the fire-pit under the string lights at night, we made up for it by hanging out on the screened in porch in the mornings, listening to the birds while drinking our coffee. It was such a nice stay, absolutely no complaints, definitely recommend it!

Everything in the VRBO description of this house is true, and so are all of the positive reviews. We booked the house on an impulse, following a family loss and in need of a change of scenery and pace. Sometimes you stay at a hotel or rental and it just doesn’t feel right. This home suited us and our need for comfort and serenity during a time of grief.The hosts thought of all the details and we felt like cherished guests staying at a friend’s home. We will be back. Thank you!

This property was very welcoming and updated with lots of amenities to keep us comfortable and entertained. The beds were great and the location was convenient for our busy days full of shopping, eating, and church. In the evenings we enjoyed the game room and grill where we made steaks and burgers. The kids took advantage of the backyard by throwing the football around. We got exactly what we were looking for - quality family time. The house and hosts were 5 stars all the way.

We were here over the Labor Day Weekend, and our stay was absolutely amazing. This home is beautiful and very clean. It’s also is a good neighborhood and close to downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice! Tons of room for lots of people. Had a blast in game room and totally enjoyed the fire pit. Close to everything we wanted to do in Fredericksburg. We plan on staying here when we return for sure!

This house was nothing short of AWESOME! My friends and I came down here for my birthday celebration. This house was so close to everything, and the amenities really sealed the deal. After a long day of wine tasting we were able to just come back to the house and enjoy the game room and just hang out. The game room was so awesome. The house was so cute and well decorated with plenty of space! We will most definitely be back!

We stayed here for a getaway weekend girls’ trip. The home was beautiful, and it is definitely designed in a way to maximize space for a group. Fantastic location, wonderful trip, and we would all return!

Sweet little spot!
I originally booked this for a Bachelorette with 12 girls, but the bride ended up getting COVID, so I went with my husband, 2 kids, and 2 friends instead. It was so much fun, the game room and fire pit are perfect for fun at night! The kitchen and bathrooms are great. They had tons of towels that would accommodate a large group.

House was great for our group of 5. Cute and beyond comfortable. We celebrated birthdays with wineries and food in Fredericksburg so the location was great for the trip to wineries and quiet for our evening at the house.

Amazing getaway for baseball moms!!
Our stay in this home was perfect! It was clean, the layout was just right for our group and the house was fully stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, and many more extra perks! It is a great house for entertaining and unwinding from our busy lives! The only thing I had a concern about was the grill. It is located right next to the house and when grilling our steaks, the grease collected on the grease tray caught fire. It was a scary situation that could have gone badly really quick, but we managed to stop it. Other than this scary situation, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to book it again!

Truly Lovely
We had the most amazing girls weekend in Fredericksburg. The house has so many great features and is great for groups or family trips. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need to cook. The locations is perfect and we felt safe and at home. Will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Birthday Celebration! Awesome House
We visited Fredericksburg to celebrate my husbands birthday! We walked in to an amazing home that was very well cared for. Everything we needed for a good time was right in the home. Plenty of space for our party of 6 and lots of things to keep us entertained. Tim and Randee also recommended a list of awesome places. From the list we ate at August E’s, and used SmoothCruizin for transportation. I highly recommend this house as well as August E’s for some fine dining and SmoothCruizin to get you around town. We will definitely be back and enjoyed our trip!

Loved this property!
7 of us stayed in the beautiful home recently and were very comfortable and happy with our stay. The home is beautiful and the owners have done a great job of making sure guests enjoy their stay. Unlike some rentals, this property had an abundance of towels, extra linens, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cook ware, which was convenient, and the AC worked well. The bedrooms were comfortable & spacious, even the room with the set of bunk beds. We had plenty of space and took full advantage of the screened in patio and fun game room. The only improvement we would recommend is a few extra fans or portable AC unit for the game room. We cannot wait to book again!

Right place at the Right time.
The property listed was exactly what you received an more. Clean & exactly the right size for our group without ever feeling cramped. Space garage space had activities for young & old. If I had one suggestion I would want them to add a Hot tube.

This is the perfect cozy hangout for your Fredericksburg weekend. You can easily tell the owners of this home had functionality and comfort in mind with the remodel. The outdoor space, garage game room, and chef’s kitchen were major highlights. The space was very clean as well. 10/10 recommend.

Great communication and caring from hosts ... Really appreciated their flexibility. Top notch, clean, renovated house. Wonderful amenities, and the game room was a huge hit! We walked to Main St., which was doable but a bit warm in July! The neighborhood goats are our new favorite pets. We all highly recommend this stay!
