I loved staying here and I fully plan to come back. Honestly, the photos don't quite do this place justice. I stayed here for 5 nights during a very hot August to finish writing on a deadline. The condo was comfortable, the AC worked wonderfully, the wifi was fast, and it was very quiet. I loved walking into town and taking a dip in the pool. I got a ton of work done and I had no problems during my stay. There is a Trader Joes nearby and even though I bough groceries, I forgot to bring cinnamon for my oatmeal... the Happyplace had a spice rack. She thought of everything. There are two condos from this owner, one upstairs and one downstairs. I'd originally reserved the upstairs condo but was given the downstairs condo, just be aware, that you might be switched, but they are both identical. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back. Thank you!

We loved staying here! It was well appointed, clean and comfy! Joan was very accommodating and followed up quickly with all my questions! It’s walking distance to downtown La Quinta, with great restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at your VRBO and would definitely recommend it to others!! Just one suggestion for maintenance...take the time to professionally have your vents cleaned out. The bathroom vent is blocked and the others simply circulate dust when using the air conditioner. Also a good idea to dust the bedroom ceiling fan too. Otherwise the accommodations were really great! Thank you!

Condo is set up with all you need... Owner will get it to you if something missing. Great location. Love our morning walks to Old Town for coffee and tea.

Great location close to all amenities in La Quinta. Quiet location owner very accommodating.

The photos are accurate, the location is walking distance to restaurants, Grocery Outlet, gas station, and Old Towne shops. Most places we were interested in were just a short drive away.

Great experience! Owners were in town and got to talk with them a bit. Perfect place for a golf get away. Everything yoi need under one roof and close to everything.

The salt water pools are nice and quiet, not crowded at all. The location is nice, directly across from La Quinta Old Town. We enjoyed both the Art fair and Farmers Market. We are from Seattle, so it was nice to be warm and dry.

Joan was wonderful to deal with. Check in/check out so easy. No hassle. Condo was very cozy and walking distance to old town. Had everything I needed. Stayed there for the horseshow for 3 weeks. The only thing I could say wasn’t perfect was better pots and pans. Those were dated and I think Teflon but everything else perfect.

We had a great experience staying here. The property was quiet and well located near the shopping village and town park. The kitchen was well supplied to do some cooking, but we also enjoyed some nearby restaurants.

It was exactly what we were looking for and exactly what was posted. Easy check in and check out and everything u need.

Great location right next to old town LaQuinta. Easy walk to dinner each night and great restaurants to chose from. Very comfortable unit with pool right down the stairs. The bed was fantastic. This was a great find for us. We look forward to using it again.

We loved the very high ceilings. The place was very cool and comfortable from the sweltering heat outside. Joan was so accommodating and went out of her way to make us comfortable to make sure we had everything we needed and more. She volunteered bikes and pool noodles for our use without us even asking. She is a wonderful host! And Brenda does an excellent job of housecleaning. Please tip her if you can. This is a great place to stay for an extended amount of time. Unfortunately we only had time to use it as a stopover between driving from the beaches to Sedona. We planned on visiting Joshua Tree on our way to Sedona so it was a convenient location. Will definitely plan a longer stay next time with my husband and both our daughters.
