We had a great summer stay in Bartlett. This property was close in proximity to all of the summer kid attractions (particularly storyland). It was clean, well kept, a good space for our family with small children + grandparents, and we will definitely be back!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Overall very clean and attractive home. Convenient location for skiing at Wildcat and Attitash. Only a couple of minor issues such as a dirty coffee maker and uncomfortable pillows. Great communication and easy arrival / check-out process.

This place was great for my family to get away and go skiing. It was plenty of room for 6 adults, one infant and dogs.

We loved the house! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was beautiful with the snowfall! Would recommend to guests to have an SUV or AWD when it snows. you will need it to get up and down the road

Property was in the perfect location for our need to be close to family. The back yard gave us the additional space we wanted. TheTub was a welcomed treat. The futon was not at all comfortable as seating nor were the benches to the table. The patio chairs were more to our liking. We would recommend this property to others and would stay here again if the need arrives. :}

Dawn is very responsive and the property was beautiful. We happened to pick a record breaking cold weekend and the house stayed cozy and warm. We had the whole family plus in laws and kids. There was plenty of space for everyone. The property is in a quiet quaint neighborhood, near the ski mountains and North Conway. The check in and check out was very easy. Thank you Dawn!

We had the most wonderful stay in this home over the long Thanksgiving weekend! We rent homes in the Bartlett area frequently and this was one of our best experiences. The home (particularly the kitchen) is very well stocked with everything you need. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE. The large open kitchen and living area are perfect for hanging out with a group. They've really taken care of all the details. We had great communication with the owner, she was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We hope to stay here again!

We stayed in the Chalet with our children, their grandparents and other family. The house is in a great location for kids! Less than a 10 minute drive to Story Land, very close to North Conway and so much to do nearby. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a quiet nice area with good parking. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The deck and hot tub were great features. Communication with the host, Dawn, was always easy and very helpful. Easy contactless check-in and very thorough cleaning. We felt very safe with the Covid protocols.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is gorgeous, the neighborhood is very sweet. We loved how the house was set up. The kids enjoyed the hot tub after a couple days at the slopes! The location is perfect for a quiet, but lots to do vacation! Small town feel with North Conway not far at all! Would definitely stay again!

My family stayed at this property for a quick weekend trip. Communication with the property owner was smooth and convenient. The house itself was spotless and in a great location--not on top of other houses/condos but not so remote that it was inconvenient. The owner had thought of everything that you might need inside the home. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful spot close to many amenities. Quiet neighborhood. My husband and 3 of our children/in-laws spent all or part of the week together. Plenty of space. Very well stocked kitchen. House was very comfortable. We enjoyed 4 local hikes, several restaurants, fishing and the Scenic Railroad. We enjoyed the nice deck and hot tub at the house. Having access to the garage was an added bonus. Allowed us to keep our shoes close to the door and get out dog in and out of the house easily and able to wipe her paws without having everything cluttered at the front door. Dawn was attentive and great to work with. I would highly recommend the area and this home.

Our friend group stayed here for group hiking vacation and we all loved it! The house was very clean and spacious, the kitchen had everything we could need, the patio, hot tub and firepit were popular hangout spots throughout the week, and the location was perfect for nearby hikes and waterfalls. Definitely recommend for a comfortable, relaxing vacation!

The property was amazing and the location was perfect. The house is beautiful and fully stocked with all the necessities you could think of. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub as well as playing games around the table at night. We saw a bear in the woods near the shed and two deer in the grass. The neighborhood is quiet, two minutes from Storyland. Dawn was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to book another stay maybe this winter!

We had a great visit at this house, which is lovely, clean, and well-taken care of. Dawn was super responsive, and even arranged for the cleaners to come once during our month-long stay. We highly recommend.

I would recommend upgrading all light switches to dimmer switches. Some of the lights are blinding to turn on at nighttime. It will save owners overhead $ also energy efficiency.

The house was perfectly described and well-stocked with anything you would need - nice quality too! Everything was updated and we had a wonderful family vacation. Owner was responsive for questions. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again if I were going to stay in this area.

What a year for the four of us. Covid caused us to remote teach our kids, isolate and barely see each other. We all got our vaccine for this amazing time spent together. No kids no husband just a hot tub, fire pit and a bed to ourselves. Loved our stay here and all the little extra touches Dawn put into the house to make it a home.

A small group of friends and I stayed here at the Chalet for a weekend and had an amazing time! We spent the early spring weekend climbing Mt Washington and exploring all the great things the area has to offer. Check in was covid safe and smooth, Dawn was always prompt and clear with her communications, and the house was well provisioned and clean! Not to mention a beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend this home to any looking for a great place to stay near Mt Washington and the North Conway area!
