What a wonderful home and vacation experience! The home, the view and cool weather were magnificent! The owners placed such amazing thought into making the guest accommodations so comfortable. We felt like we were at our home with a beautiful Mountain View and cooler temperatures. Jay's communication with us about the details of the home was excellent! Our stay at this beautiful home was the best home rental experience we have ever had!

Girls trip. House was incredible, spotless, beautifully decorated. The view was amazing. Loved how all the essentials were there and not wasted. Had a chef come in one night and cook for the 10 of us, perfect we got to enjoy the home and view and not do any work. I have never stayed at a nicer place with such great communication with property manager the ease of everything, made our trip one to remember!! Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous home with us.

It was one of the best houses we have found for a friends and family mountain get away. The house was clean, well stocked with the little things that make the stay easier, had great views and lots of wonderful space for dinners, kid space, adult hangouts and close to town. Would highly recommend.

I don't rate much, and I'm a pretty seasoned traveler, but this stay was worth a shout out. Fantastic location less than five minutes from the Gondola. House was in immaculate condition, with top-notch decorating and every amenity you could ask for. The owner called with a run down of all the features, which is needed given all of the integrated controls for the house. Was perfect for our two families, 5 adults and 5 kids. Hope to get it again next year.

This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at! My sisters and I took our families skiing over spring break last March and this house was perfect for all of us and our kids. The home is beautiful with amazing decor, stunning views, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for multiple families. The location can’t be beat, with a short 10 min drive to downtown and the slopes. Jay, the property owner was super helpful and responsive before and during our stay. If you’re looking for a luxury home in Breckenridge, this is it! We will 100% stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality, Jay!

The Host, Jay, is one of the most helpful and incredible hosts out there. My family and I have stayed here twice now and I just got back home. Was here in December and was just here again, this past week and it was just magical! That's exactly the word that comes to my mind, when I think about this home. Your family and friends will feel at home and Jay does everything he can to make you feel welcome, at home and happy. This home has the most gorgeous views. It's just beyond comfortable and there's so much room and it's beyond amazing! Really words do not do the justice until you see it. I WILL definitely be back a third time. Thank you Jay!

Wonderful home perfect for accommodating our family and grandchildren. If you love to cook, the kitchen has it all. Three car heated garage with boot warmers was a plus.

We have a friend group of 10 that goes skiing every year, and this was our favorite place yet!! The house was very clean, considerately stocked with everything you could need, perfect tucked away location that’s still close enough to lifts, and spacious enough for us all the be comfortable. Jay was extremely communicative and flexible with us arriving early. It was so nice to come home from a long day of skiing and us all be able to congregate around the massive kitchen island. Also, having the heated garage with boot and glove dryer was amazing!! It was truly the best house we’ve ever stayed at and we will all definitely want to stay again! The house is out of a magazine, and it made our trip perfect and we all didn’t want to leave ♥️

The experience was amazing! The communication from the property manager as well as the owner (Jay) was great. The house is off the charts fantastic. Location, amenities, views....it has it all. I would 100% recommend and I'm sure we'll be back again sometime in the future.

All 9 of us didn’t want to leave.
It was beautifully decorated, magically cozy, has such a functional design, the amenities were so thoughtful, the identification of an endless array of appliances, supplemental devices & services to make everything easy & quick was phenomenal, check-in and check-out was a breeze. We saw many a car under tons of snow but they allowed use of their garage whereas many owners don’t. For this southern family it made everything so much easier. Jay, the owner genuinely cared for us and our experience - what a blessing he and his home were for us ♥️

We picked this house because of the amazing architecture and modern flair. It was beautifully decorated, and was well stocked.
The kitchen was above our expectations, as we love to cook.
It was only my husband and our three girls and they each enjoyed relaxing in their own spaces. There were basically 3 living areas and more than enough sleep space for our family of 5. We didn't even use the bunk beds. This home could easily fit 2-3 small families. Hot tub was amazing as well, and the wildlife that came to eat the beautiful green grass at night was truly a site to see. If we go back to Breckenridge, we will definitely stay here. The owner stayed in contact for any questions we had. It was great!!!

This house is simply amazing. From the location to the amenities, everything was absolutely perfect. The communication with Jay was easy and throughout the entire process, he was always quick to respond and provide input and help. There was so much room for our group of 8 adults and plenty of room in the kitchen for the chefs and the clean up crew. The pantry was fully stocked and every kitchen utensil you could imagine was available. We loved the outdoor spaces and the upstairs game area was a huge hit! Someone is a fabulous interior designer because you can wander around for half a day admiring all the wonderful things in the house. The house is in a quiet neighbor, but just a quick drive to everything in Breckinridge. We loved our time at the house and would highly recommend staying at The Highlands. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

This is the best home we have ever rented in Breckenridge! Home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is 5 minutes to downtown. Communication was quick and easy. And the views… to die for. We will stay here again.

Beautifully appointed
We've stayed at dozens of high-end houses, and it was delightful to find one that didn't skimp in any way on supplies or features. The home is beautiful and in terrific condition, and well stocked with everything and anything you might need. We had no difficulties at all and even received excellent restaurant recommendations from the owner. Definitely a great find!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. It was everything we expected and even better. The home is comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked most of our meals and ate in. There’s plenty of room to spread out. But also big enough and comfortable to have your group all together. We had a party of 10 and we played games and hung out in the main family room. I highly recommend this amazing property and we definitely plan to come back.

MLK ski weekend trip
Loved the property and the closeness to the ski gondola. The amenities were top notch, and we enjoyed the hot tub, game room, fireplaces, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and a joy to cook in. Beautiful views of the mountains from the back porch and windows. The owner was accessible and easy to talk to about the property and local attractions/restaurants. The family, both skiers and non-skiers, wants to stay there again.

Perfect home for a family vacation!
My family of 11 and I had a beautiful Christmas and New Year’s spent in Jay’s home. The open floor plan on the main level was perfect for all to spend time together. The kitchen was well stocked with all of our cooking needs. All of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The downstairs gathering area was great for movie nights. The views were breathtaking! And to top it off we couldn’t have asked for a better location as the home is only a few minutes from downtown Breckinridge. Jay communicated throughout our trip and was always a phone call or text away to answer any questions. We absolutely would recommend Jay’s home!
