Harborside was so amazing! It was clean, modern and had the amenities we needed for the home and beach! Debra was wonderful communicating with us upon our arrival and to answer any questions we had. The water park was also so much fun! Will def stay here again!!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The waterpark was a fun time for all and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops made for a relaxing and convenient time. The property was in great shape and well maintained. The view from the patio was something special both in the morning and evenings.

We had a great stay here in March 2024. It was the perfect spot for our family of 4, including my 2 and 5 year old. Very clean, nice unit. Had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and water park. We would definitely return.

This was a perfect family getaway. The property is exactly as advised-clean, safe, and within walking distance to everything. We stayed with our infant son and it was the perfect week. Having access to the waterpark was such a nice amenity. Debra responded quickly to any questions I had. And the check in process was easy as long as you read the directions. We’re already planning another trip back next year!

Everything was great. But FYI, the toaster set off the smoke alarm. It seemed like the one side was not working properly. Also I know we could’ve adjusted the AC but a couple extra blankets would’ve been nice. overall everything was fantastic.

Great location, nice small town feel. We had rented a car for a week and only used it twice. Nice bar and grills on strip with really good food and a few shop but you can take the Suncoast Beach trolley down to some bigger towns with out having to find parking. The ocean and harbor with both nice and well taken care of, also felt safe in Indian Rocks Beach no matter how late we were out walking the strip. The condo unit was very nice and well taken care of with great views from the large balcony. Really enjoyed working with Debra and the crew from at home properties.

My husband and I went for a short "just breathe" trip before Christmas and were so pleased with this condo. It is just beautiful and had everything we needed.
I will say I did not read all the instructions that go along with this type of stay so part of what I have next to say part is my fault. But, when I called the property manager for assistance I was not treated kindly. I could hear her frustration and she actually made me feel terrible. After I read all the instructions (and there are A LOT) I understood her frustration, but that being said she should be more patient with the renters knowing ahead of time the instructions for this type of rental are very tedious and trying. I felt bad for the owners of this beautiful condo to have been represented that way. I'm only mentioning this so that this property manager will take a step back and try to be on the other side. The renters probably have never rented a self-check-in unit. They probably have had a long day of travel and maybe no sleep. Just be kind. Other than that, I highly recommend this unit! Just beautiful.

Great spot with a great view of the ocean and intercoastal. Some really good restaurants to walk to plus a 5 min walk to the beach.
The place is clean and feels updated. Very lean on any extras so be prepared with ALL of your own toiletries and kitchen extras. Also be sure to immediately check for any damage and report it if there is some so it is not attributed to you.
Only real issue was understanding the instructions on checking-in. There was some initial confusion and where to park, is this the right building, etc. We did not see numbering or anything obvious that pointed us to where to park. Several other cars rolling around with the same issue. I had to physically go up and find the unit to validate we were in the correct place. After that...all good. Definitely would stay here again!

We could not have found a better place for our stay in Indian Rock beach. The home was immaculate. Bonus water park admission. Indoor parking. Local restaurants and the beach steps away. Looking forward to another stay in the near future. Highly recommend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was exceptionally clean and up-to-date. The private balcony was a fan favorite of our kids', with a great view of the intercoastal, and you could also see the ocean if you looked to the right. It was spacious enough for our family of five. The waterpark couldn't have been better for our young kids, not too small but not too big. The included passes were a huge bonus. We walked to dinner and ice cream almost every night with plenty of options nearby. The ocean was also a walkable distance with children. The property manager was communicative and even purchased a pack 'n' play and a highchair when I asked if either were available prior to our visit. The only piece of feedback I'd provide is that the kitchen was a small bit lacking in terms of supplies. The basics were there, but a few more items would have been helpful (miscellaneous things like a whisk, plastic cups for children, some Pyrex, etc.). But truly that is splitting hairs in trying to come up with anything that wasn't excellent. We hope to return again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit is great. Great water view and peaceful veranda to watch the boats come and go on the Intercoastal Waterway. You can’t see your neighbors to either side which is also nice. Very clean and perfect size for my husband and I and our teen son and his friend. Also short walking distance to everything. The water park was great too for the boys and the restaurant/bar next door at the holiday inn had live music every night. Great time!

Condo itself was nice. It wasn't over the top incredible. It had the basics and nothing else, no extra blankets and basic minimum things in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The smoke detector chirped on and off several times even though we took the battery out.
The check in process was ok. The door handle is odd and annoying to use. We were not told about the main office where we could find tickets and events happening around town.
We sent the manager a message about where we could store our luggage since check out is at 10AM which seems pretty early. There was no response from her but a generated message.
The staff in the main office building were extremely nice and accommodating and let us keep our luggage in there until it was time for our flight.
Check out and directions made it seem like if we did something not correct, we would be charged.
I would not rent again from a VRBO that is managed by a company. I'd rather deal directly with the owner.

The Sea turtle condo was just what we needed. We loved that there was a water park adjacent to the condo. Everything was in walking distance. We really didn't spend too much time exploring the area because everything was so close. About a 5 -8 min walk to the beach. Our children loved the water park and it was nice that there was also a little "restaurant" on site at the water park so that we did not have to leave when we were hungry. We would stay there again.

Condo was just like the pictures, plenty of space for my family of 4. The waterpark was a fun attraction to have right on the property. Several restaurants within walking distance made it nice not to drive everywhere. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here very much. Condo is very clean, updated & comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 4. Plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen has everything needed for meal prep. Having a washer & dryer in the unit is very convenient.
Location is excellent. The complex is easy to get to and close to everything we needed. There are grocery stores a short drive away, and a CVS, restaurants and a great coffee shop within short walking distance. The beach is a short, pleasant walk away. Sunset views from the sundeck are amazing. We also enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony while we had our morning coffee. Water park was an added bonus for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay!
Location was ideal! We were able to drive the golf cart everywhere we needed and there were several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Getting into the condo was super easy and I was so happy to see all of the beach supplies we’d need. The condo was very spacious and I really liked the floor plan. It was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed, including enough TP for a family of 6 (which is usually an issue with most condos). Lol! The property is surprisingly quiet, despite it being attached to the water park. The elevators times were fast and we actually rarely saw other people on them. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we look forward to staying there again! Thank you!
