Clean facility and a great location. Loved the harbor view for the morning sun rise and could walk to the beach for the evening sun set.(best of both worlds). This place was a good choice for a relaxing get away.

it was a nice condo close to restaurants and beach was less than a 2 minute walk however if you are looking for quiet with a water park there were lots of kids noise running through hallway i did only experience that first night management was made aware and responded but it is noisy with kids so i would say its great for families but a couple might want to find something without a water park but the unit was very nice and the views beautiful and the beach was very close to walk too

We stayed for a quick beach weekend. The condo was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Location was great and we enjoyed being a lot to park the car and just relax for the weekend. The (abdadults) enjoyed the water park!

This apartment is amazing! It was a great value for money, and honestly, I think it is one of the best options at this building with the balcony and amazing views, and the master bedroom is very quiet, we did not hear the waterpark at all. Less than 5 minutes walking to the beach and we loved the killer sunsets! We had an amazing time! As mentioned by other people, the elevator is veeeery slow, but we got used to it. The check-in and other instructions that we received are too long and repetitive, but they cover everything and the communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. Overall we were very happy with our choice of this apartment for our family vacations!

This was a beautiful place. It was very clean and cozy. We sat on the porch in the mornings with our coffees watching boats, manatees, dolphins and even a school of stingrays. The kids had a blast at the water park, they were in and out all day. We walked over to beach and saw some beautiful sunsets. There are a few shops and restaurants right near by that you can easily walk to. We highly recommend this property!

My family (husband and 2 sons ages 9 and 8) stayed here for a week and had an incredible time. The property was very clean and well stocked. There was a nice amount of space for us to relax together or go to our own bedrooms when needed. The proximity to the water park and included passes was a major perk and kept the children happily entertained before and after the beach. Another nice surprise was the beach cart and supplies included with the rental. Having chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys for our beach time was a game changer. I highly recommend this property and a stay here to anyone considering.

We rented three units at this location for our family during Christmas week. Everything was great - though the weather could have been a little warmer!. Getting in was easy, nice amenities, close to many restaurants, our grandchildren loved the beach and water park. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Everything was clean and organized. The only bad thing is that we were on the 7th floor, and the elevator was very slow.

The condo is very comfortable and clean. The property manager is very communicative and responsive. The balcony and the view are really nice. Our daughter loved the lazy river.

I arrived 2 days ahead of my party to unwind from life. I felt very safe and relaxed. The view of the inter-coastal, gulf, volleyball park and boats are incredible.
We loved that the restaurant was within walking distance. We did cook most of the meals in the condo. Plenty of equipment there.
Our party included 3 adults and 1 10 yr old. My nephew and his daughter enjoyed the Water park. We did have a question about the water-park. I submitted an email and it was answered immediately.
The place was clean and comfortable. The dining table is huge. 2friends live in the area came for dinner and we had more than enough room for 1 wheelchair, 4 adults and 1child. It was great for games. My friends are going to recommend the unit to their family.
My 38 yr old nephew slept on the pull out sofa bed. It was very comfortable with plenty of bedding.
This is the perfect place for family and friends. I was sad to leave as it is close to paradise.

We’ve stayed at many of the condos in this complex and we come back every year. This one is nice, however some updating in the living room would be nice. Very dated and worn, the chair tips over when you sit on it, also be careful with the dryer. The vent is broken and ruined three or four of our items. Overall a great stay. Beds are comfy bring your own pillows. Well stocked kitchen and beautiful views.

Stayed here with my husband, 3yo, and 11week old! Loved that it was a one stop shop with the on site restaurant and waterpark. The condo was very clean and updated. Worked perfectly for our family!

Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Apartment was nice. I wish there were more bowls and cups in the apartment. Also, the water park is open to the public and made it very busy and chaotic.

We loved staying at this condo. The water park was great for the kids. The location was perfect. We did not even need to rent a car. There are several restaurants in walking distance and we were able to order groceries via Instacart. Short walk to the beach!

Fun In The Sun!
We had a great stay here. The owner/property manager's instructions for check in and check out were very detailed and helpful. The unit is well cared for and quite spacious for a two bedroom, lots of living space. The balcony is AMAZING. Overhead fan, lots of shade, and a view of the Gulf and the Intercostal. Just heavenly. Would definitely recommend!
