Recentemente ristrutturato, bella casa con 3 camere da letto con letto king size, ognuna con il proprio bagno privato in camera ... e ognuna con enorme, piastrelle personalizzate, doccia doppia Headex. Granito esotico, cucina Midern con stufa a gas e posti a sedere grande bar per 6. Bel concetto aperto a Livin Room. Camino a gas. Lenzuola e asciugamani di lusso ... completamente attrezzati con tutto il necessario. TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera da letto, soggiorno e grande terrazza con tv. Ampio vialetto per il parcheggio ... parcheggio extra lastra per moto. Così vicino a ristoranti, negozi e pub. Lascia la macchina e cammina, carrello, Uber o Lyft ... poiché è difficile trovare parcheggio a Eureka Springs ... ed è costoso. Affitta l'intera proprietà per un ambiente tranquillo, vicino all'azione. Dotato di tutto ciò che si può desiderare, incluso barbecue a gas!

We loved the location of the property and the ease of entry and parking. Very close to downtown, easy walking, and accessible to other areas as well. House was very clean, had almost everything we needed to cook meals, etc. We never had to contact the manager as she had covered almost everything in her welcome email before our stay. Will definitely stay here again!!

Very clean and had everything we needed. We were traveling on motorcycles and parking was a bit of a challenge but grateful to have off street parking available. Uber did not respond, so be ready to climb some hills.

We highly recommend this rental! The host was great and responded quickly to the one question we had about the wifi. Great layout for mom and dad and two teens. Split floor plan with main bedroom to the right and two other bedrooms to the left when you walk in the house. Each bedroom has a really nice bathroom as well. The location is great, too. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown Eureka Springs. We will definitely rent this property again in the future.

This home was perfect for us 3 adult couples! We each had our own bedroom with our own bathroom. Nice walk in showers in each bathroom. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect as well, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Lisa was wonderful to work with. She even kept us up to date on the weather before we were headed that way as we were going to be on motorcycles and Eureka was calling for rain. Thanks again Lisa, we will definitely be back!!

Had a two night stay with friends as we were doing a last redux of a road trip we took together several years ago. It included the Passion Play and the property was just right for both days we were on the GPP grounds. Perfect location only 8 minutes away. If staying in Eureka Springs, this is the place to stay!!!

The house met our needs quite well. The location was perfect for walking to the heart of town, especially since parking is premium in the downtown area. The only suggestion for future comforts would be to have a nightlight in the bathroom off the master suite.

House is better than I could have hoped for! My daughter was married at Thorncrown and the reception at The Crescent this weekend. Location was perfect, parking worked well for a few autos and people watching was sooo much fun from the deck. 3 king beds w their own bathrooms made getting ready for the wedding super easy. The owner has remembered everything you may need or have forgotten.

We would rent again although the location directly in a fairly busy road with lots of motorcycle traffic was the one drawback. The owner clearly takes wonderful care of the house and we loved the well-supplied bathrooms. Highly recommend this house.
