Beautiful setting, accommodations provided enough space for 7 adults (many of whom remote worked), the place provides all necessities and it is very comfortable. So clean, the beds are very comfortable. The location is awesome (a short walk down hill to town, free shuttle or gondola ride anywhere, so easy) and so quiet after returning from town bustle. Vicki, the host, is incredible too! Everything was top notch! Thank you - would certainly stay here again!!!

The only bad part of my 5 week stay in this house is leaving. My family and I have had a wonderful time , we came to escape very hot temperatures and enjoy some cooler weather which we accomplished but there was so much more we enjoyed! The weather was glorious, the hiking and biking was fun and beautiful, being on the lake in a pontoon on Lake Dillon was gorgeous, the restaurants were amazing and the gondola was free to ride all you wanted. All of this was minutes from the house. The owner, Vicki, was very easily accessible at all times. She truly cares about all the details and wants you to have a great time. The house is large and roomy and accommodates a family well. It is very well equipped with everything you need to feel at home. I highly recommend this house!!

This property is just a few steps (20 I think we counted) from the 4 O'clock run making getting on and off Peak 8 a breeze. The interior is huge with lots and lots of furniture updates, a great hot tub (we used that daily) and a fantastic firepit all right on the deck. The absolutely massive TV (80 inch) made watching movies & sports fun and the best part of all were the mattress and pillows are soft and comfy. And if you've stayed at enough rental homes like we have you know that is not always the case.
Lastly I have to mention the property owner was incredibly responsive and helpful when a couple of very minor issues came up. And again, that level of responsiveness is the exception, not the rule.

We all loved our stay here - we were a group of 9 - ranging in age from 14-79. The house was clean, had great amenities and was super comfortable. It was exactly as pictured. We had fun using the hot tub and many games supplied. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and everything needed to cook for a group. The location was great for direct access to the slopes. Communication with the manager was excellent. I would highly recommend this property.

4 O'Clock was the perfect stay for 2 families. We have kids ranging between 11 and 17 and there was plenty of room for everyone. It's only a 1-2 minute walk to the 4 O'Clock trail which will take you down to the Snowflake lift or a shuttle to Beaver Run. The unit was well stocked and clean and Vicki couldn't be more helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

My husband and our adult children and 5 of their friends all stayed here for 5 nights and it was ideal living quarters with the floor plan. Comfortable beds, clean and well equipped! Will stay here again!!

Great experience. Awesome location. Ski out the garage if snow on the street (seems like there usually is in the middle of winter) and a short walk off the run when coming back. Alternatively, drive ~3 min to Peak 8 and ~7 min to peak 9. Super easy to get to town. Pictures accurately depict the house. Love the two sitting areas so kids can have their own space. Well stocked and good condition. I recommend this place.

We were a group of 9 people and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The house was very pleasant and well equiped. The host was prompt answering questions and dealing with small issues. Skiing out was easy and in required a short walk up the hill.

We spent a week at this property with our teenagers, and it was a wonderful spot for our family ski trip. Very clean and well-maintained property. Super convenient to the 4'o clock run (we skied right down the driveway!). Plenty of space for everyone, and well stocked kitchen.

Place was perfect for our extended family trip for 5 adults and 4 18-22 year olds. Easy access to slopes. Lots of personal touches (shampoo, soap, bath tissue, plenty of towels) made it so easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. Kitchen was very well stocked. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

We had an amazing trip. The home was so nice and was the most equipped we have stayed at in a long time. We didn’t need to shop for anything.
The proximity to the slopes was unbeatable for our different family members with us this trip. Everyone could get out and ski and or shop or eat at their leisure. So convenient to town. The owner was very easy to reach with any questions we had, and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The accommodations and owner exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The property was excellent for a family with middle age children as the downstairs game room allowed for kids and adults to enjoy downtime after a day of skiing. The location was convenient to the snowflake lift, Peak 8 and only a short drive back down to Main Street. I highly recommend.

vicki was awesome to work with. The place was just what we needed for our group. The accessibility to the mountain was simple, you can actually get right to the lift (without taking off your skis etc for the bus or gondola) by taking a trail off to the right. We learned that on our second day!! The hot tub was perfect, and private! Any questions I had, Vicki got back to me right away!!!!

The house is really good, plenty of space, everything works perfect and all matches the images at VRBO. We had a great family time. Just one if… this is not a true SKI IN/SKI OUT property. In order to get to the slopes you need to walk down the street 30 steps, put your skis and go downhill… but to get to the lift you need to take them off, walk across the street and put them back on at the base of the lift. To go back walk the 30 steps uphill. If happens to have plenty of snow you can ski on the street down and avoid the 30 steps only… to return you can get off the trail and ski downhill the previous street to get to the house…

Stayed over MLK with 2 families and it was perfect. Beds were all comfortable. Easy access to the lifts. Communication with the owner was easy and timely response. Would stay again!

My family and I stayed for the week of Christmas. This property had everything and even more than you can think of. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, lots of seating/lounge areas, and plenty of games to entertain the kids. Vikky was very friendly. She offered us to check in early, which is always nice. Knowing that it was the week of Christmas, she had a Christmas tree available for us to use. The ski in/ski out made it very convenient for my family and I to be able to come and go as needed throughout the day. The free shuttle is a short walk, and was always on time. Our stay at this rental couldn’t have been more perfect for a family Christmas vacation. Thank you Vikky!

This property was the perfect size for our group of 12 (6 adults / 6 kids). Sitting right off of the Lower 4 O'Clock trail, it was extremely easy hopping on and off the mountain which provided our group the flexibility to head out to the mountain and wrap up for the day at everyone's own pace. The owner (Vicki) was extremely easy to communicate with and was very responsive. She also allowed us to check in early and check out a bit late to align with when our shuttle was arriving and leaving for the airport. Access to downtown was easy, either by skiing to the end of Lower 4'Oclock or taking a quick ride on the free shuttle. Overall, this was an amazing experience for our entire group and I would highly recommend this property, and it's owner Vicki to anyone without question!

Fantastic Rental
Had an excellent time staying at this property. It was super easy to ski in and out, the hot tub was very clean and great after a day on the mountain. Host communicated very well and was very helpful. Would happily recommend this home to others looking to enjoy Breckinridge.

Fabulous family vacation!
The property was perfect! Excellent location, definitely ski in - ski out. The unit was equipped with more than we expected from bedding to toiletries to kitchen supplies! The lower level was perfect for kids and the high chair & porta crib we so appreciated. We so look forward to returning!

Great memories
This home was the background for one of our best family vacations. This ski in/out neighborhood is in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked and the game selection provided hours of entertainment after skiing. Vicki was great to work with and always responded quickly to any question we had. We hope to visit again!

Ski in ski out
Extremely roomy, very comfortable. Great views. We put our skis on in front of the house, and skied a short trail to Four O’clock trail and down to either Snowflake lift or the gondola. Family skied back for lunch every day. Breckinridge is a very user friendly mountain. Great shopping and browsing in town, easy parking. Last evening drinks and music at Apri and dinner at Modis, both we great. Add on a foot of fresh snow. We are already talking about booking for next March. Thank you!

Great Vacation.
Great property and location. Visited with adult children and extended family. Made for fun ski vacation. It was the little details that made for great vacation. Kitchen had great quality knives and cookware that we usually do not see at VRBO rentals. Also had great spice supply. Sounds crazy on vacation but love to eat as family and these details made it easy. The rest of the house looked just like in photos with great layout and very comfortable. Had drinks and snacks outside and in hot tub and watched the sun set at end of ski day. Walk to town at night was easy. Rented ski equipment at snowflake lift was too easy. Popped on ski out front door and skied to lift every morning. Home for lunch and out again for rest of day skiing. High recommend except for the week we want to come back next year:)

Family Ski Trip
Vicki’s place was perfect for our group and a perfect location for ski in/out. Great size, great location, very well furnished and overall wonderful rental for our families. You can access the snowflake lift and the gondola easily down green runs from the 4 o’clock run which was very convenient.
