Restare. Rilassare. Respirare. E innamorati della nostra casa di fronte all'oceano in stile West Coast a Campbell River, nella British Columbia. Goditi la grande e bella casa sull'acqua con una bellissima alba al mattino mentre guardi le aquile calve volare sopra di te. Quindi assicurati di guardare l'oceano per foche, leoni marini, delfini e occasionalmente orche! La serata può essere trascorsa rilassandoti nella vasca idromassaggio, cucinando sul barbecue o rilassandoti guardando un film sul grande schermo della tv. Ti chiedi dove è andata la giornata!
La casa ha una terrazza privata estremamente grande con due diverse aree salotto, un barbecue e una vasca idromassaggio Beachcomber sulla cima per rilassarsi. C'è una vista sul mare mozzafiato dal ponte che non ti stancheresti mai di guardare.
All'interno troverai una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare qualsiasi tipo di pasto. Ci sono due camere matrimoniali, entrambe con il proprio bagno privato. Un maestro ha una cabina armadio e un letto king size e l'altro ha un letto matrimoniale. Le altre due camere sono super accoglienti e hanno letti Queen in loro. Inoltre, sentitevi liberi di usare la lavanderia se avete bisogno di fare un po 'di lavaggio. Naturalmente c'è la connessione wifi, una Apple TV e TV via cavo per complimentarmi con il vostro soggiorno. Tutti e tre i bagni sono dotati di docce e vasche da bagno.
Ma con la spiaggia a pochi metri di distanza, potresti trovarti laggiù a guardare il mondo che passa e non pensare mai di essere in contatto con il mondo esterno!
Nelle vicinanze troverete fantastiche spiagge di sabbia come Saratoga e spiagge boscose come Miracle Beach. Troverai anche caffè e gelato eccellenti presso i Fogg Duckers, situati sulla spiaggia, diretti a Campbell River. Datti un sacco di tempo per sederti fuori e guardare le barche e le balene passare! Se vuoi essere attivo, vai al Centro informazioni in città, e ci sono numerosi sentieri escursionistici, kayak e canottaggio e, naturalmente, pesca al salmone e osservazione delle balene per completare l'opera.

You really can’t beat the view from this home! Absolutely stunning!! Located on a large grassy, fenced, beachfront lot, it was very safe for our under 5 yo kids. The massive back deck with bbq, hot tub and dining table for 8 was where we spent the majority of our time.
The house is large and was very comfortable for our family - we definitely did not feel like we were on top of each other. Appliances in the kitchen and laundry room were newer and all worked well. The kitchen had a decent supply of small appliances and utensils too.
One place where this VRBO can improve is in the quality of beds and bedding. The downstairs master bed was propped up with wood in the centre of it, which may have improved the function, but not the comfort! Bedding was thin and extra blankets not supplied. Towels, however, were good quality and plentiful.
The place was clean but windows had been left open (no screens) so spiders had come in - not terrible but just something that needed to be addressed. Screens would help with this.
Binoculars would also be an awesome addition for whale watching!
Overall, we would highly recommend this home for its location, size and amenities. A lovely family stay!

My friends and I came up from Vancouver for a golfing and fishing trip in Campbell River, this place exceeded all of our expectations. Rooms were large with ensuites, house was well maintained and clean, and the property manager was very accommodating. The backyard was the highlight for us, incredible views with a big open yard and access to the ocean. Would highly recommend to anyone, and hope to come back one day myself!

The moment we got into the house we knew this was going to be a wonderful week. The view was amazing and even though you can see neighbours (somewhat) we did not hear them. If felt like we were isolated, yet still in reach of all amenities. The only sad part was when we had to leave.

Beautiful waterfront property with direct access to shoreline and super view of strait. Hot tub well maintained and a good size.
Unfortunately yard not fenced for dog (s).
Some small amenities not there, i.e. working lighter for BBQ

The property is large, well equipped & comfortable with a great panoramic view from the deck. Considering the price the finish to the property ( tired kitchen, chipped plates & glasses) & quality of finish was not 5* however overall we enjoyed the stay

Nice location! Property was 13 degrees on arrival. House took 24 hours to warm up due to poor insulation and inadequate window coverings! Vrbo said we could check in at 3 pm but Matt the property manager said house was not ready. Hot tub was great! Could use a floor mat by the back door to prevent slipping on floor when coming in from hot tub. Inaccurate to advertise fireplace as an “amenity” when it is not gas and no wood is provided! Siding on house exterior was dirty, especially on side of garage. Overall not great value for the price!

We had such a great Thanksgiving weekend. More than enough space for our family. You can’t beat the view and location, steps from the ocean. Would book again.

This place is the perfect family getaway spot! Bedrooms are huge, there are plenty of bathrooms with tons of towels, the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need, and the deck, view, and hot tub will knock your socks off. The yard is huge, with plenty of room for the kids or dog to run around, and the beach is perfect for exploring.
Some of the features in the house are a bit outdated, but it is completely irrelevant, and other than binoculars, the house had literally everything we needed and then some! The beach access could be tricky for some to navigate, but with a 2, 6 and 7 year old we managed just fine.

This property was exactly what we needed for a COVID Family get away! beautiful spot, great location to many out door activities and well stocked cooking utensils.

The house was perfect. Large enough to accommodate us, my sister-in-law and our two grown children and one fiancé!
Just a short drive to Campbell River. Hot tub was amazing with a beautiful view. Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again one day!

Had everything we needed for our family of 6. Lots of space, great kitchen, and relaxing patio on the water. Easy access to rocky beach for wadding/ paddling in the water. Close enough to explore, but far enough to not be in the middle of it all. Fabulous home, clean and comfortable!

Better than the photos! We loved our stay at Matt’s property, it was so spacious and perfect for our group. The hot tub and bbq were so nice! Will definitely be staying here again!

The view and the house were both perfect. There was a lot of space for everyone. The hot tub was delightful! We have already booked to go back in a couple months. Matt was very helpful and he was always very quick to reply. I highly recommend this property

Awesome stay! Spacious with large comfortable bedrooms, more than enough bathrooms for 7 women! Hot tub was perfect, on the beach with gorgeous sunsets and tons of light by the moon even in November! Nearby walks were beautiful and the beach is right in front for easy kayaking or beachcombing. Impressed with how well the kitchen was stalked and we didn’t even use all the towels. Great time was had by all and we would stay again. Great find and Matt responded to all questions immediately:).

The place was absolutely incredible. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The hot tub overlooking the ocean was perfect and the deck was lovely. We will definitely be booking again.

I was very disappointed to hear from the owner on the morning of our arrival day, that the hot tub was out of commission for reasons beyond his control at that time. My adult children and I were on the second leg of a Vancouver Island trip to celebrate my birthday, and the hot tub was a major draw for them. The house was very clean, but there was no personal touches. The only communication left for us asked us to place the garbage and recycling in the garage. There was no hand soap in the kitchen and no bath soap in the bathrooms. There was a single small garbage bag in the kitchen and I was ultimately able to locate one large green garbage bag. The home is expansive and the furnace was off when we got there. In October the weather is not warm as it is in the summer. We were very cold and it took a long time to heat up the place. When I messaged the owner to ask if there was wood for the wood fireplace, he responded that the fireplace was not for the use of guests. The upper floor seemed to lack heat altogether except in the bathrooms. The bathroom fans did not function. The tub/shower I used took 15 to 20 minutes to drain, and two bathrooms had broken towel bars. Overall, an underwhelming experience. Perhaps summer is the only time to stay there.
