instruction given was not given properly, i was looking for the lift and found out on my own that there is a scanned door that looks like to throw trash was the area i am suppose to scan my card and go to my lift. no staff on site to help out the area. despite being a private condo, no security was seen so basically no body to ask if you are going at the right area. there was no proper ventilation and i kept finding fruit flies in the unit i stayed in. the bedsheet was stained and i didnt feel that its clean to stay there but since my flight is late, i didnt have much choice.

The room was superb and very clean. The host, ms brianna was very friendly and an excellent host. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. Got netflix and excellent wifi connection. Have tealive and good restaurant nearby. The room was comfortable and the bed was good.

If added small kitchen area, or maybe a microwave, i think it would've been better...but nevertheless all is excellent.

I didnt get the room i booked bcoz someone else took the room’s key. So i hv to stay in a smaller room which supposedly was cheaper than what i paid. I think it’s better to put only one key in a box to avoid this kind of issue.

The stay overall is satisfying. The room is clean and cozy. And it really spacious enough for 5 people. The toiletries given are also helpful.

Would prefer if the chairs are enough for 5 people to sit around the table to eat.

地理位置比较好，机场附近中转一下，结果亚庇市区离都近。

1、酒店人员对客户需求反应速度太慢了,提了两个点都没有任何反馈。 2、清洁做得不好，床单上还有血渍。

1.位於機場附近，類似複合式大樓內，門禁上非常嚴謹，進梯廳要刷卡、按電梯也要刷卡，到達樓層也要在刷卡。 2.鑰匙及磁扣會於前幾日通知在信箱內，密碼鎖的密碼為由右至左開鎖，不是有左至右喔! 3.住得是6人一間的房間，但不會太擁擠，房間夠寬敞。

1.大門的保全蠻混的，我們人走進來多次，連頭都沒有抬起來過，都在划手機。 2.房內置物空間只有4個，有點不太足。 3.雖然是住在複合式大樓，機能上不用太擔心，但要前往市區還是有段路。
