By far this was the best vacation rental we have ever had. Rooms are spacious, far away from each other so you have plenty of privacy. Decor throughout the condo is beautiful. The balcony overlooking the ocean was breathtaking. Communication with Kaylee and the check-in/checkout process was flawless. Security and amenities top notch! I also want to give thanks to the superintendent of the condominium building. My son locked the bathroom door in his room and I basically had a meltdown. I messaged Kaylee at 7:30 in the morning and she was so understanding and accommodating. Within minutes someone was at my door. He was also very understanding and compassionate. My son has Autism and my concern was not getting this resolved in a timely manner. This happened on our first day and so all the worst case scenarios entered my mind. They both put my mind at ease and I'm so very thankful for that. We will definitely be returning and making this an annual tradition. I love the property so much that when we met a family on the beach I ended up giving them a tour and they fell in love with it as well.

We go Daytona every year or every other for past 14 years, we are from Ohio. We always rent a condo on Atlantic St. This condo was BY FAR the best one we’ve ever stayed in! Absolutely beautiful and clean. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. Million dollar view! We will be back for sure! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else now!

It’s a beautiful property. The location, beach, amenities…everything. The beach access stairs were washed out from a recent hurricane, but it wasn’t a big deal to take a road right outside. There were a few sticky, loud doors, but our main complaint was the dryer. It ruined several articles of clothing. They would come out with a big black grease stain and sometimes a hole burned into it. After 10 days we were running out of clean laundry, but didn’t dare use it anymore. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved everything about this condo. The patio so close to the water is probably my favorite. I watched the sunrise there every morning. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is great for cooking large meals. Easy access to the gym, game room and walkway to pool & beach.

This property is NOTHING short of amazing ! It is equipped with everything you need ! They have supplied every kitchen gadget that you could possibly need ! The living room furniture is SO comfortable… and with the ocean view from the open concept living/kitchen area - it’s just absolutely beautiful. We fixed a lot of meals using the outdoor grill on the patio…. Played lots of games & had karaoke as well ! It was SO accommodating for our large family And many friends who came by to visit us while we were in the sunshine state. I’m Quite sure we will be using this lovely condo again !

Property was AWESOME! It was not very crowded, the traffic was very light, therfore we had no issues getting around. Condo building and parking garage was very secure. We actually left our beach items in the garage next to our car instead of dragging them up to the room each day. Seemed like most renters were doing the same and none of our beach items went missing. Condo and balcony were very large and spacious. The grill on the balcony was great. We only ate out twice since we could cook on the balcony. The pool does close about 20 minutes before dark. They are strict about the pool. Kids didn't like that about the pool, but it was peaceful. There is an outdoor gas fire pit that can be used after dark though. There are plenty of elevators. We never waited more than a couple of minutes for an elevator. We had a great vacation and we will return.

Bathroom showers are poorly designed, and dangerous for people with mobility issues. Kitchen layout is bad, making it difficult to use. Noise from the pool is overbearing for most of the day (probably not as bad on higher floors). Overall very nice, but the bathroom issue is a deal breaker.

This beautiful beach property was perfect! This second floor unit overlooked the pool. The patio was huge - we had many meals on the patio, as it has a gas grill and dining table for 6. It was great to have coffee on the patio on the outdoor couch, while watching the sunrise. The large kitchen has everything you need and the breakfast bar seats 6, as does the table in the dining area. Primary bedroom is en-suite, with soaker tub and separate shower and double sinks with large vanity. Second bath is en-suite with shower and single sink. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and my grandson loved it. Hosts were easy to work with and wireless entry made check-in a breeze. I loved it so much that I am hoping to return in the fall for a week or two!

This property was fantastic for our family 7. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The only thing that could have been an issue (after the check in wait) was that the 3rd "bedroom" did not have a closet or dresser, and the kids had to share the bathroom with their parents in the master. We did have to wait in a parking lot across the street from the complex for about 30 to 45 minutes before they called us to check us in. But with all that said we could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. The furnishings were very nice and clean, the beds and pillows were nice and comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need. But the part we enjoyed the most was the balcony right on the ocean! It was the the largest we have ever had vacationing.

There was plenty of space for everyone. They're also many amenities in the kitchen and that was very usefull. Beachview hot tub and pool were great.

This property was great. It is in the ocean vistas building and was absolutely stunning. Master bedroom was large with a very large attached bath. Same with the second bedroom. The third bedroom had a set of full bunk beds and twin bunk beds. No windows in this room so great for sleeping babies. The living room was large enough to accommodate our entire group and the kitchen was well stocked. Full laundry room as well. Plenty of beach towels, bath towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc. There was event a beverage fridge which was so useful to not have to use the regular fridge space for drinks. Pool was great. Warmed and no where deeper than 4 ft. Some strict rules around the pool like no jumping (kids didn’t like that one), no throwing anything (like balls) and no drinks or food within 4 ft. Would be nice to sit on the edge and have a beer but nothing allowed. There is a hot tub too. Ocean was lovely. Though a stones throw away, a little bit of a walk down a ramp to get there. The balcony was the best part of this place, huge, great seating, outdoor grill. Though the unit is the second floor, the balcony was deep and we never had privacy concerns. My only recommended area of improvement either be to have more FOBs. For a group of 7, 3 FOBs was hard to manage. FOBs are necessary to get into the building, beach and pool. Speaking of the building, really well kept and clean. There’s a lounge with plenty of seating and pool table, business center was useful to get some work done. We can’t wait to come back again!!!!

Great property!!

We have stayed at ocean vistas in the past in a different unit. This unit was a nice unit overlooking the ocean and pool and on the second floor. The unit was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend that the vents get cleaned monthly. There were a few that have so much dust built up on them. One in the bathroom had mold on it. The other thing is the ice/water dispenser on the refrigerator. It had so much mold all over it and you can only see it if you physically look at the opening. I sprayed bleach spray all over it because I was so grossed out by it and my son used it before we discovered it. I know these were just a few things that need attention but the overall experience was nice.

Views and condo were beautiful. Had water leaking in from condo above and manager and maintenance came to check it out ASAP. Would be nice to have access to all the boogie boards and chairs that were locked up. Had to buy lots of beach items for our short stay and then leave them all behind.

The condo was very clean. The views were beautiful. Very convenient location on the 2nd floor close to the elevators and a quick easy access to the pool, and fitness center.

We stayed in this building last year and this time picked a different condo closer to the pool since family came along. This one was well stocked and what we didn’t have we rented from a nearby company that delivered and picked up…we ended up adding things and they were quick to deliver. Walking distance to mini golf among other outings we did. Love this building and Peggy was great to work with.

Nice experience!

The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing. The space was perfect for our group of 8. We had plenty of room to relax and have our own space. We cooked and grilled outside almost every day and being on the 2nd floor was a great location. We were able to get to pool and beach quickly. Our hosts couldn’t have been nicer. Also the place was fully stocked with everything you could need. We brought some of our own things like towels and didn’t even end up using them. We had an amazing time and have already talked about staying in this condo again!

Very clean and spacious Condo. Very well stocked with everything needed. Even had a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels! Ice machine to fill up your cooler I could go on and on. Chris and Peggy were great to deal with! You will not be disappointed with this condo! Thanks so much.

We absolutely loved staying here. You literally go downstairs and onto the beach. The balcony is enormous with the wonderful grill. The kitchen is my dream kitchen. It is amazing. We dont usually cook while on vacation but did because how could you not want to cook in that kitchen. Beach towels and chairs are available if you need them or forgot your own. We will definitely stay here again. Check-in was very helpful. They go around with you and explain where everything is and how to find things. Overall excellent stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and the balcony and sitting area is delightful. I was a little unsure about staying on the 2nd floor due to it being so close to pool but it was never loud and the view was great. It was also nice being able to easily take the stairs. The teens/young adult children enjoyed having access to the pool table and the weight room had the needed equipment to keep up with their workouts. This was our first time staying at Ocean Vistas and it did not disappoint.

The property was just as it was pictured and worked perfectly for our two family get-away (4 adults, 6 kids). The pool was wonderful and heated and it was so nice to be just steps away from the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautifully decorated condo with plenty of room for everyone! Smooth check in and out with an excellent and easily accessible property manager. Only recommendations would be for more dishes to accommodate 10 guests and bug spray for the no-see-ums after a rain storm. Otherwise, this place is truly 5 stars!

This condo is great for families. We have a special needs child, and the property manager helped us put away items we knew she would get into, like all the decorative plants. It’s stocked with all the kitchen essentials. There is a lot of noise from the fountain and pool area, but we spent most of our time on the balcony regardless. It’s truly a beautiful home, thanks for sharing it with us!

This unit was perfect for the 7 of us. It was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and close to everything. Close to stairs or elevator, the beach, pool, garage and exercise room. Beautiful view off the spacious deck of the ocean. Always a risk booking sight unseen but this one was everything we’d hoped for and more. One of our best vacations yet.

This was our 6th consecutive year staying at Ocean Vistas but the first time in this condo and working with Peggy. We loved this unit. It was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. Since we have a young family, it was nice to be close to the pool and the elevator (lots of trips up and down). I was even able to go up and make lunch while my husband kept the kids entertained in the pool then wave from the balcony that it was ready. Our two youngest LOVED the bunk room. We ended up taking the smaller Master because I liked the view better so our teenager thought the he was living it up in the main Master bedroom even if he did have to share the tub with the 5 year old. :) The smart TVs are huge and it's nice to be able to sign into our accounts to have movie night. The balcony was one of our favorite places. We only ate dinner inside one night and had all our breakfasts and most lunches out at the full size table. The kids enjoyed reading on the comfy couches out there since it is shaded most of the day. Peggy was great at communicating and working with us. Having the keyless entry made it much easier than juggling keys since often one of us or our teenager would be back and forth to get things or going down to the beach at different times. This was a fantastic condo. We will definitely be back again next year.

I booked this for my entire family and the entire week was perfection. The balcony was definitely our favorite as we would spend the morning on the beach, come up and grill lunch, the kiddos took a nap and the adults hung out on the balcony until they woke up and we headed back out. We ended most nights all crammed on the big sectional couch and we all commented about how comfortable it is! I almost bought a pack and play only because sleeping with our 1 year old is a nightmare :) lol The pool is nice and warm and I like the security features of needing your key fob to enter the parking area, then again to get into the building and then needing to punch a code to enter your room. Peggy was amazing and helped answer any question right away. We will definitely plan on coming back. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ocean Vista. The 3 bedroom condo, overlooking, Daytona Beach Shores beach front, is beautifully equipped with everything we needed and wanted. It is our intent to book this unit again sometime in the future. We travel quite frequently, using our Cape Cod time share to swap, using our Disney Vacation Club points, and renting through Home Away and their sister company VRBO.In fact, we'll be at Ormond Beach for a week starting next Sunday! This condo is one of the very best we have enjoyed.
