Only issue we had was the kitchen wasn’t as clean as we would have liked and the hall bath/shower did not drain well. Great location!

The condo itself is very dated which we knew coming in. Our biggest issue is that the shower door fell off, shattered and cut my brother. While Stubbs was very nice and understanding, no one followed up to see how the injuries were. Also, whoever came to clean, left some glass behind which could have resulted in more injuries. For this price, there should have been some compensation for only having one functional shower and it should have been cleaned more thoroughly.

What a fun condo - so light, bright, clean and in a great location. Our family loved having this location as our home base for a fun week in San Diego. Very convenient to I-5, tennis courts and pools on site, and we loved our nightly views from our patio of the sun setting.

Enjoyed being this close to the beach hope I am able to visit again.

Everything was furnished and the unit was described as it is. - I would have liked to have the outside left on knowing we weren't arriving until middle of the night. No light was a little troublesome unlocking the door. We will be back.

Loved the locale and layout of the apartment. Beds and furnishings adequate but not great. Wifi is just fair and dependent on which room you were in, and phone service is bad.

However, the outdoor furniture was old, dirty, broken, and uncomfortable which made sitting put on the porch not great. There were also a lot of spiders and webs everywhere. The worst part however was that there was construction going on next door and it was loud all day, dirty, we had people on our porch as well as garbage left right in front of our area right in front of our ocean view. We actually thought about leaving at one point due to all of this. I contacted property management and they did nothing about it. I would not have spent the money had I known about all of the noise and construction. This started at 8AM in the morning. I believe some kind of a refund should have been offered.

The unit is amazing with views of the ocean from every window and door. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and stairs down to the beach are only steps away from the front door. While not luxurious or recently updated, there was plenty of space and all the amenities that we needed. Most importantly, the place was extremely clean upon our arrival. The property manager was fantastic to work with. They were accommodating with our travel schedule and super responsive to all of our needs. Our only constructive feedback was that we found all of the beds uncomfortable, particularly the bed in the master. It's subjective of course, but in my opinion the mattresses need to be significantly upgraded for comfort. A good night's rest impacts the whole experience. If you're looking for something high end, this isn't the unit for you. However if you're looking for spacious and clean accommodations with a fantastic location, I highly recommend this property!

For the price it was expected. Beds super hard and place in need of some simple upgrades that would make the vacation a little more enjoyable like a new coffee maker but again for the price. I would spend another $50-75/night for better amenities from owner. Stubbs Realty was great and super easy to work with. Felt taken care of and that they wanted to do whatever they could to make our stay a good one. Thank you!

Great location and large property. The view were amazing and the check in process was super easy. The living room and fireplace were great. The biggest downer was the kitchen. All the pans are super warped and simply just don't work on the electric glass stovetop and there are no utensils, we had 3 forks, 2 spoons, and zero knives available for us.

Leak was inconvenient, but office provided a scent care package. there were only 2 beach towels. everything else was superb, we will stay there again. Stubbs office staff was very nice!

Living area furniture is uncomfortable, beds instead of couches and chairs. Overall ambiance is drab, master BR bedspread should be replaced. Showers barely operate and valves need to be replaced. Kitchen was adequate, good appliances but dishes needed washing before use. Lighting was insufficient, too weak over dining room table, bedroom lamps in poor condition. Would recommend to friend only with caveats.
