The location, kitchen and living space setup of this condo were ideal for our group of 8. We really appreciated the living space being separated from the bedrooms. The major negative for the stay was the state of maintenance and amenities. The mattresses were all terribly broken down. Even with a memory foam topper the master bed felt like sleeping in a taco. Additionally, we found the paint/stain of the decking to be peeling off, bathroom faucet handles broken an inoperable, one of the shower doors broken off the track, a chair bottom ripped out, and general disrepair of the unit. If the owner invests in the property it has wonderful potential but I will not spend my vacation dollars again on this property for a subpar experience

Fantastic communication from the property management regarding check in and out and what to do about any issues. Home was clean and perfect location to enjoy the slopes in keystone and play in Dillon.

We enjoyed our stay and have no recommendations other then the front door lock needs replaced. It was very difficult to lock and unlock - other then that it was a great house with loads of space. I’d would for sure reserve this house again.

Great View. Worth spending a few days with family and friends. Vrbo customer service was responsive. Check out time was 10 am. VRBO should atleast do 11 am . Gets difficult with kids .

Would def book this house again! Very spacious with a well stocked kitchen with all necessities, ample amount of towels, games, etc. Hot tub was very well maintained with a great view. Very convenient location in a nice neighborhood overlooking Lake Dillon.

The location is amazing loved the floor plan The hot tub was not clean but the chemicals to fix it were so after that all was great.

Pro: House itself is clean, pretty house. Located very close to Dillon Lake/rec area. Some reviews said it was a bit outdated, but we found the house very beautifully decorated and not a lot of crap to work around :) The beds downstairs were very comfortable, and we loved having the hot tub overlooking the open space in the back. Lights didn't work on hot tub, which isn't a big deal for us, but is in the list of things to fix. We did appreciate the laundry option! Cons: Past reviews had listed many broken items, and it seems those items are still broken-- is there a reason they aren't getting fixed? Be prepared to bring your own items such as garbage bags, laundry pods, hand towels. As mentioned before, these items were not well equipped. They only left 2 trash bags for a house that holds 8-10 people, not very practical. There is also no where to place your garbage, I tried to call and ask, but I couldn't get through to the service. We had to pile garbage in the entryway... when you're staying for 4 days with 5 kids and 2 adults, again, not practical, pretty gross. I get it it's a vacation spot, but it's one meant to hold many people. Spa service and lawn service came around 8 AM in the morning on the day we checked out-- I feel it would have been more respectful to wait until we left at 10 AM. Both their vehicles parked behind our RV, and they were blowing grass off the driveway as we were trying to pack with 5 kids... We have rented many Air BnBs in the past, but this is the first time using Vacasa, and I will not use this booking site again. You don't deal directly with the house owners but have to call a large company, and there was not very good customer service. All they could do was take down a report. Communication was very poor as we didn't get check in or out info until right before we had to do both.

There were many, many problems with this property; but the worse problem was not havjng anyone from VACASA Management Company return my calls. All calls that were answered by people throughout the world - Caribbean and Florida. I have used VRBO many times but VRBO has refused to get involved in this terrible trip - AND I booked this property through VRBO. I always thought that VRBO were responsible for homes that were booked through them - WRONG!! Beware!!!!!!!!!

THe Dillon house was spacious, kitchen amazing, view outstanding. Master Bedroom, huge. No TV news just videos perfect. Great space for family games. The kids loved the hot tub. Everything about the house was terrific. A little challenging finding the light switches, so that was a fun joke. Great connections.

Great property but needed more details as to what to do with trash and we ran out of toilet paper. Need more. Home was amazing and view unbelievable. They had advertised a fire pit but there wasn't one. Otherwise great.

A beautiful home overlooking lake Dillion. Easy to get into and had all the things we needed for our stay. It was much better than we expected based on the pictures! Very happy my group and I stayed here.

This is a very spacious property with an absolute stunning view of the mountain and the lake. The outdoor uncovered hot tub was very brilliant, we all got to enjoy the beautiful sunset view of the mountain while soaking our soreness away from the whole day of riding at resort. The kitchen looks modern with a huge island in the center, which we thought was pretty convenient for us. However, when we actually started using it, we realized first, there are just wayyyy too many empty cabinets and drawers, and the ones that have cookware in it, they seem to be very unorganized. It definitely added more hassle and frustration for us when we were preparing our meals. Also, some of those million light switches don't work. I saw some previous review complaining about before i booked it, and was hoping they would take care of it before our arrival, but it seems like they didn't get a chance to do that. The bathrooms and bed rooms are pretty clean and spacious, EXCEPT we found some white stain on the extra blanket and pillow covers that we had to use for our 8th person. That was pretty gross, the person ended up using a bath towel as the blanket. To me that was unacceptable and that's the reason i had to deduct some stars from it. The house is great with lovely views Very spacious. Unfortunately we had some issues with the front door locks. We were locked out had to go through the back door walking through the snow when the temperature was 12 degrees. The next morning I reset the lock so that we did it have to keep entering and exiting threw the back door. Took us a while to figure out how the trash takeout operates, we were informed by very friendly neighbors. Very much thankful for the snow plowing that came with the house seeing as it snowed pretty much the whole week we stayed. If renting in the winter months it’s a must buy for fire wood much needed. Hot tub was also amazing.

Half the lights in the house didn’t work- fridge light was out, freezer light was out, front porch light was out, kitchen lights above island wouldn’t turn on, both fans in the living room had lights that didn’t work, light outside by hot tub was out, string lights on back patio didn’t work, and hot tub lights didn’t work. Someone needs to visit this house and change some light bulbs. There’s also something dead in the dishwasher. We opened it once and the smell lingered for an hour. It’s probably a dead mouse or something. Half the smoke detectors aren’t present and wires are hanging from the ceiling. Huge safety hazard. The temperature in the house is impossible to regulate. It felt like a sauna inside when we first arrived at 7pm. The next morning it was freezing. That afternoon it was a sauna again. The electric baseboards need some work. We tried to open windows to get the house to cool down and many of them had missing or broken cranks or missing screens. Half the jets in the hot tub wouldn’t turn on. This house is in a beautiful location but you can tell it’s run by a company. The details just aren’t there.

The property is on a great location and has everything you need to make your self at home. But looks like the cleaning crew just did a quick run thru after the prior rental, food residue on the side of the stove, restroom floors were dirty, bed pillows had hairs on them. The house has a very nice view from the living room but can’t enjoy it with dirty windows. I do not believe the house was disinfected for COVID prior to our arrival since there was finger prints on most high touch areas and some were sticky.
