Appliances and kitchen except for can opener all there and in good functioning shape. There was no can opener. We bought one for $10, so no big deal. Very roomy. Beds were comfortable, with all linens and towels provided. Good outdoor access from just about every room. The outdoor shower was great!

There was no beach access. At least one of the upstairs showers leaked through to the floor below, and we noted that this had been noted by a previous tenant. The stairs and railings were frail and shaky. There was no house number and we got almost ten Amazon packages addressed to someone named Veronika Bernstein with the correct house address. The so-called “Bay View” was very limited, even from the upstairs balconies. Nowhere near oall of the wall electrical outlets worked. Luckily we did not need the advertised parking space for six cars, as there was only space for two. Finally, the price was highly inflated. At $10,000 per week, this house was the most expensive we had ever rented on Cape Cod in 40 years, and with its lack of beach access (a first!) oand state of repair, the one that should have cost less than half the price. For a $100,000 investment in improvements, the house could be turned into a much better stay, and for that rental price, it should be spent ASAP.

Everything around the house: it was unfortunately a mess. chairs, tables laying everywhere, overgrown yard, junk, messy outdoor shower. The pure opposite from the inside of the house.

Where do I begin….this place needs major work. There are filthy windows, unpainted stairs leading into the house, moldy basement, piles of old boards in the driveway area, a backyard that is just a pile of weeds. No landscaping. View from a balcony that has stairs that are a death trap. Lots of loose wires around the place. No working smoke detectors in the kitchen area. Many building code violations. The location? You travel past a gravel and sand pit with many abandoned vehicles and go down a rutted gravel road with many pot holes. AND at the entrance to the house there’s the Vacasa Signs (2 of them) hiding on the ground in the bushes. Certain Vacasa hasn’t visited this property in a long time. We were victims of false advertising and I want a refund.

Everything we need is there and they’re organized with lots of supplies!

We were not able to use the hot tub as it was never cleaned and no water. It was posted as one of the amenities.

House was great!! Plenty of room. Great decks to relax on. A/C worked great. Close to everything. This house is perfect house to rent to enjoy Truro with families. House was exceptionally clean when we arrived. We had a great time staying here.

TV and lights not working in upstairs bedroom that has balcony. Fridge upstairs took long time to cool drinks down. Had to use freezer. One of dryers not working. Drum doesn't rotate.
