Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Δεν βρήκαμε κάτι αρνητικό, πέραν της μη παροχής πρωινού.

The room was clean and spacious and had a washing machine. The bed was comfortable enough and the staffs were very nice too.

The room cleaning was once in three days, so with two nights of stay we didn't have additional cleaning, but we still had enough towels for the two nights.

コードキーなので鍵がなくて嬉しいです。前回も利用させていただいていたので家に帰ったような気がしました。

今回は前回滞在した大きめのお部屋が空いてなくて残念。小さいお部屋もそれなりに快適でした。

We enjoyed having a big room, the bathroom was spacious with shower and bathtub. It was good to have a washing machine. We also liked that we were close to the subway station and there was a 7-11 nearby

They didn’t provide enough coffee for the days we were there. The reception staff was not always available

舒適小巧的京都旅館. 雖然不在大街上, 要拖著行李進去小巷子裡面, 但是裡面設備齊全, 包括全套的衛浴設備. 泡個澡疲憊的心情得到放鬆.

Nice comfortable aparthotel. About 5 minutes from Kyoto subway station. Clean room. Good shower. Beds were comfortable. Lighting was good. Blackout curtains. Lots of charging points. Washer and drying room. Detergent provided. Safe, fridge. Room could accommodate up to 4 people. Highly recommended for families and those who like more space to relax.

No stove and cooking equipment apart from a microwave but in Kyoto, it wasn’t really an issue since I would rather eat out and enjoy the Japanese good.

Beautiful hotel and room. The lobby smelled great every time we entered the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and had everything we needed. Very clean and new. It was amazing to have a large bathtub and a washing machine. We also appreciated having many coat hangers which allowed us to hang and dry our clothes after washing. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Lots of towels were provided. Rooms were cleaned every 3rd day (2 times during our 7 night stay), which was ideal. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the city center, station, and anywhere else. Several convenience stores close to the hotel.

This is me nitpicking, because we had a great stay! -the motion sensor light in the hallway was very strong and turned on easily, and (to my knowledge) there was no way of disabling it. -I would have loved an extra mirror closer to the window to be able to get ready with some daylight. There is a mirror in the bathroom and a large mirror by the entrance door, but they don't get any natural light.

The room and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The location is great, close to the subway and in a nice neighborhood. I loved the staff, they were so attentive, they helped us booking all our restaurants when we asked them quite a few times, and helped us to receive a parcel on time. Value for money for sure!

The hotel can potentially add a few choices for breakfast in a cafe nearby.

Great location, close to many restaurants and sights in Kyoto town. Free coffee in the mornings was great and so was having a washing machine in the room! Beds very comfortable.

バストイレが別なところ、電子レンジがついているところ、コンビニが近いところ。

清掃が行き届いていない（お風呂の掃除が不十分、風呂場に雑巾がかかっていた、トイレの黒ずみ、ほこりが積もっているところがあった）、ベッドのマットレスが硬い、Wi-Fiパスワードがわかりにくいところに書いてあった、ワンルームマンションを改装したようなところで、ホテル感があまり感じられなかった。かといってシンクなどがついているわけではなく、自炊などができる環境ではなかった。

清潔感があり、とてもキレイ。近くにコンビニも飲食店あり便利。お風呂も自動で沸くし、保温もしてくれていたので入れ直す必要もなくて快適だった。

エアコンの風向きを変える方法がわからなかった。（上下は出来ましたが左右を変更する事ができなかった）

I liked that the hotel provided laundry detergent, hangers and drying function in the bathroom. The is also a sofa for relaxing and watching TV. The room is also spacious.

It’s not something I don’t like, it’s just something that was listed but not provided. In the list, it mentioned that there is a stove top but in the room there isn’t any.

It was very high tech and great location. It was very comfortable.

Quelle bonne surprise que cet hôtel ! Très spacieux, propre, idéalement situé à 3mn du métro et très bien équipé (literie, douche, machine à laver). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Un bémol sur le niveau d'anglais très variable selon les employés (bien que très courtois et agréables au demeurant) qui complique un peu les échanges.
