Godetevi questo condominio di nuova costruzione spazioso, luminoso e ben progettato con oltre 1.200 piedi quadrati per la famiglia e gli amici da radunare. Situato nel cuore di Dillon, questo condominio è FANTASTICO PER TUTTE LE STAGIONI! L'unità comprende grandi finestre con vista sulle montagne e ampia luce in questo spazio di vita e sala da pranzo di concetto aperto.
DISPOSIZIONE DEL CONDO: due camere da letto; una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king-size di fascia alta e bagno privato, la seconda camera da letto può ospitare comodamente quattro (doppia su doppio letto a castello, due rotelle estraibili, doppio divano letto). L'open space include una cucina moderna che si apre su una zona pranzo e soggiorno. Include due posti auto (uno in garage, uno all'aperto) e include anche un deposito nel garage per sci / tavole / scarponi.
INVERNO: stazioni sciistiche in ogni direzione !! Prendi gli sci e attraversa la strada fino alle navette gratuite con diversi autobus che servono la Contea di Summit. Questo condominio è situato in posizione centrale per l'accesso a più stazioni sciistiche / pass multipli. ** Keystone Resort 7 miglia, Breckenridge 16 miglia, Arapahoe Basin 11 miglia, Copper Mountain 13 miglia. Dopo una lunga giornata sugli sci, torna a casa davanti a un caminetto e tutti i comfort necessari per un delizioso pasto al grande tavolo da pranzo di dimensioni familiari.
ESTATE: goditi il tuo caffè mattutino sul ponte mentre ammiri le viste sulle montagne. Passaggi per il lago Dillon con le sue innumerevoli attività estive (pontoni, paddle boarding e noleggio kayak, taxi boat per Frisco, pesca e altro). Summer Farmer's Market e molti festival proprio fuori dalla tua porta. Bevi un drink o un pasto informale presso il Tiki Bar fronte lago, osserva le barche che vanno e vengono, quindi lascia che i bambini giochino nel parco sul lungolago recentemente rinnovato. Facile accesso alla pista ciclabile intorno al lago che collega a Frisco e Breckenridge. A due isolati a piedi dallo spettacolare Anfiteatro di Dillon e dai concerti del fine settimana. Tre minuti a piedi da Pug Ryan, Arapahoe Cafe e altro ancora.

What a clean and comfortable stay. Beautiful views! So close to the amphitheater. Perfect for a concert weekend!

PROS: The property location is absolutely ideal with easy access to all Summit County has to offer. Kitchen and baths were well appointed with all the standard necessities. Nice and fluffy towels. AMAZING views from the balcony. The couch was super comfy for a lazy afternoon. Great garage parking!
CONS: Bed was average comfortable {a simple addition of a mattress topper would be a huge improvement}. The pillows could use a refresh, mine had a weird odor. The shade in the master bedroom did not provide adequate coverage around the edge of the window so the light from the unit across the street and the sunlight in the early morning shone right into the room making sleep an issue. We knew the unit was non-A/C so expected to sleep with the windows open in the evening. If you are a light-sleeper like me BRING EAR PLUGS. The street noise is loud (people taking, cars driving by, dogs barking) and made it difficult to sleep. I know this is out of the property owner's control and would not be an issue in the winter months.

Our whole stay here was wonderful. Rental was beautiful and clean and worked great for our family. Close to town and lake and beautiful views. Host was extremely helpful, we had some weather roll in and host was very responsive during changing plans.

This stay had all the details of a fine hotel with the comfort of a home. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed and more. The couch and beds were so, so comfortable. Close walking proximity to the amphitheater, lake, farmer's market, and restaurants.

We were very happy with this place! Amanda was so easy to work with and very accommodating for our stay on short notice. The condo was perfect for our family of five. Unit was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The location was very convenient for Dillon activities. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. The owner was also very responsive to our questions.

It was a Great place to stay while we were skiing. Great restaurants nearby. Only 15 minutes from our ski resort. The condo was very comfortable to stay in. Just don’t get confused about the front door code being your storage locker code. 🤦🏻♂️The property owner texted me back right away and told me what to do. I will definitely be back again.

This Property is Absolutely Gorgeous....and the Views....Breathtaking !!! The Decor is Beautiful, You will not want for anything....because everything is right there. Our Hostess, Amanda was so Awesome....She was so Thoughtful & Kind, wanted to Help in any way She could !!! The property is in between Vail & Breckenridge and there are so many Awesome things to do & sights to see !!! It was definitely....The PERFECT Trip and We Loved Every minute of It !!! I rarely write reviews, but after my third time at this property, it’s probably time. This condo is wonderful, as is the owner. The location is super convenient. And how it is stocked made us feel right at home. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. I’m sure we’ll be back next year!

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed this condo. It is very comfortable place to stay and decorated very nicely. The owner of the condo was in touch with us through email before our stay and made it easy for us to check in. I would stay here again if I was traveling in the Dillon area again. Thank you for a wonderful time and a great condo!

As described, very convenient- great location, secure parking. Extremely well equipped kitchen, bath and laundry. Comfortable furniture and beds. Close walk to everything in Dillon. We would come back for sure. Amanda is a fantastic host, easy to reach and very responsive.

GREAT Condo
Could not have asked for a better condo or better location for our ski trip. Easy access from I-70, easy access to condo from garage. Great garage. Condo is super clean and comfortable, host very responsive. Would definitely recommend it for a ski trip or summer vacation.

Everything you need from shopping in Brech and Frisco to many wonderful restaurants. We bought groceries couple min down the road to cook in the well stocked kitchen.
Modern yet comfortable and clean space. Would defiantly recommend and could see it also being wonderful spot in the summer for biking, hiking and lake activities.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this condo. It exceeded our expectations both times. Perfect spot for our family of four. Easy access to downtown Dillon for groceries, ski rentals, and dining. Very convenient drive to Keystone resort each morning and we love the underground parking and ski storage.

Communication with owner and check in was flawless. Heated garage is a major plus in the winter. Great location - short walk to the lake and short drive to anything you might need. Very clean space!! Would definitely stay again in the future!
