Clean and good sized rooms.

L’accueil est l’hospitalité ont étés au rendez vous ! Je recommande ++
Gros bémol concernant la transparence au niveau des paiement . J’ai payé sur place et été prélevé derrière faites attention

Un accueil très chaleureux. Le personnel est très serviable et agréable. Équipe dynamique, à l’écoute, souriante et très réactive. S’adapte en fonction de la demande du client. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !!

Les espaces commun , la propreté de la chambre. Le personnel au soin bravo au voiture qui gère très bien son service !
Tout espaces SPA inutilisable si on prend pas de soin ! Et les prix sont pas donnés ! Les praticiennes s’ennuie . J’ai réserver à soin de 60 min mais il a durée 45 min . Les praticinnes qui t’attend à l’entrée du Hammam la porte ouverte pour te faire comprendre qu’elle t’attend . Je suis venu me détendre . J’ai contacter le SPA la veille qui a oublier de m’indiquer qu’il avais qu’une salle dés soin gommage et ma copine a dû attendre Hammam éteins que je finisse mon soin . C’est vraiment très mal fais et les odeurs laisse à désiré.!! L’a propreté je sias pas car il fais touf nuit ! On vois rien quand on avance . La piscine où il installe des table et chaises et pas de transat comme sur les photo

Restaurant temperature too warm.
Swimming pool is a paddling pool.
I stayed for 4 nights and at no point was I provided with coffee pods for the coffee maker.
Too few hangers.

I stayed in your hotel from the 25th of april to 30th of april. I booked the reservation through booking.com (confirmation number:3864800401). I checked out on Sunday morning. I completed the payment by credit card. On the first night they took almost 500 Euros as a deposit from my card and Sunday morning they said that the deposit will be refunded to my card because they canceled the deposit after I completed the payment but I talked to my bank today and they said that they cannot see any refund process from your side. They said that you might not cancel the deposit. My bank said that as soon as you cancel the deposit, my bank can see the refund process but unfortunately they cannot see through the system. I am dissatisfied with your hotel about this issue. You put me in a difficult situation! And I tried to call them but they never helped me because they don't know English at all! They never replied to my emails either!

the Scenery was to die for…amazing structure, interior was spot on. My friends and I could not get enough of the entire space.
I didn’t like the fact that my reservation was cancelled and I did not get an email or message about it and it made me wait at the reception for about 30mins or more while my friends had gone up to their rooms. And I had to pay more than I initially reserved.

There is only two lifts and are not enough to all the hotel and visitors. Also they make you to pay a deposit to be turned back when leave hotel
