Situato a Dillon, a soli 10 minuti in auto dalla stazione sciistica di Keystone, questo condominio è stato completamente ristrutturato ed è leggero, luminoso e arioso. C'è una club house con piscina e vasche idromassaggio e viste imbattibili dal soggiorno, dalla cucina e dal ponte.
Dillon Bay ha un ampio spazio di vita aperto con ampia cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, un sacco di spazio sul bancone e tutti gli utensili da cucina, elettrodomestici e impostazione del luogo. Adiacente alla cucina si trova la zona pranzo con tavolo che può ospitare fino a 6 persone, c'è un bancone in cucina con posti a sedere aggiuntivi per 4 persone, per pranzare fino a 10 persone. La cucina e la zona pranzo sono aperte sul soggiorno con camino a gas, TV HD, lettore DVD e vista diretta sul lago.

Property was just as described. Clean, spacious, modern, and well-stocked. Loved the view from the patio. Would definitely stay here again.

The complex is a bit dated. This condo is clean and comfortable with new carpet. Morning coffee on the patio over looking Dillon Lake could not be better.

The unit is just like it looks in the listing. Spacious, updated, and everything you need. The lake is across the highway 6. Ample parking, plus a one car garage if want to park there. So glad to have a mini-vacation and experience this area in the summer versus only ski season.

Condo worked perfectly for my boys and I. Nice comfy beds, modestly sized bathrooms and relaxing family room. We didn’t cook here, but the kitchen area had every needed utensil! Easy checkin and check out. I’d not hesitate to stay here again. A gem in the mountains that close to five stellar ski resorts!

We loved the condo - the layout is perfect for a group of 4. The downside was the hot tub was a drive up the hill. The hot tub was disgustingly dirty and the jets didn’t work. I don’t think the condo should advertise it has a hot tub.

My daughter, her boyfriend, my bestie, and myself stayed in Dillon for the Pretty Lights concert on my birthday! This stay exceeded ALL EXPECTATIONS!! Comfy beds, neat as a pin, gorgeous views! Everything we needed! Definitely recommend!!

We just enjoyed the property. Cooked meals, sat on the porch, watched the hummingbirds, relaxed and rested. Exactly what we needed. Beautiful, fully stocked rental.

Great place with amazing views of the mountains and Lake Dillon! Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the gas fireplace as well. Only downside is some traffic noise (that you cannot hear from bedrooms) since it’s right off the main road. Definitely recommend and hope to stay there again!

Good location, worked out very good for us! Only bad thing was there was no key to the club house, Grandson wanted to use the pool but we could not get in.

The owner kept in close contact and always made sure we had what we needed. The place was in excellent condition, had a great view, and we will definitely be coming back if we are able to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It looks and is as nice as the listing. The only negative is a little bit of the key 6 noise, however you so t hear it inside the condo just when you sit outside. We took advantage of Lake Dillion, fishing and paddle boarding. We went to Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland Pass. We white water rafted in Buena Vista highly recommend that. We did several hikes local to Silverthorne/Dillon and some in Breckenridge all were amazing. Place is stocked with everything you need.

Very nice!
This was a great location for us. Within 10-15 min to Silverthorn, Frisco and Brenkenridge. It was newly remolded and has a warm comfy feel. A lot of space to spread out and relax. Will definitely be back!

Property “seemed” recently remodeled as the interior and amenities were very nice and great condition. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Best place I've ever rented
The property was so clean and the location was wonderful we got to use the hot tub and pool while we were there and just loved the place! I will rent again. And let me say the view is just breathtaking!

Great property. Loved the view of Dillon Lake right outside the patio. Very well stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, extra bedding, and the kitchen was so well stocked with more than you could ever need.
