It's first line, you can see the sea from windows, the accommodation is comfortable with good location near the beach

Location is perfect. Nice holiday atmosphere for all ages. Clean beaches. Apartment comfortable with a good aircon and shower for after beach. Easy check in and check out.

Cutlery, crockery and linen should be matching sets.

The property was clean spacious 2 rooms and the kitchen area. Everything what you would need for a fast meal and a quick laundry. Great location.

The matras have to be changed! The Towels are old and not not very attractive(good I had my own).

Best location in Haifa. Close to everything, shopping, restaurant, Beach front. You will not get bored.

It's an apartment, therefore there is no room service daily.

the location by the beach is absolutely fantastic.

very old, outdated interior and furniture. everything feels and looks old and not clean. was written “parking” - yet no private parking provided. was written “swimming pool” - but the local pool does not have any arrangements with “Almog Tower”, so if you go there you have to pay extra the regular price. and it also dirty. it was mentioned that the size is above 60 Sam, but actually it is very small ( my guess - under 40).

The location is spectacular, the view is out to the sea. Really nice. There are several pretty nice restaurants near by. The appartment has free WfFi, the bandwidth of which is good. Fridge (quiet!), cooker and microwave. The location is easy to reach by car, sufficient parking in front of building. Nice beach just outside the building across the promenade. Uncomplicated communication with owner, once the contact was established.

The only downside: this is an appartment. You rent it from the owner. So in order to facilitate the process of getting access to your appartment, you need the owner's contact (phone number). This was unclear to me at arrival, due to time difference to the office I could not get this information easily. This should be made clearer in the rental agreement.

a bit run down but most definitely the best value for your money in Haifa

- good location with great links to public transport.

- the wardrobe had chipped doors - beddings were so old and discoloured making the use of them difficult and uncomfortable - perhaps white beddings will be better. - shower head/hose broken so water kept splashing everywhere. - shower glass door and basin not fitted properly therefore water splashes into the tiles which means mopping every time after use. - towels left for use were very old and colour faded, perhaps it will be better to provide white towels. - we were bitten by insects and had to remove some insects. We found it hard to believe such a beautiful work class building can be run slightly poorly.

The hotel I was supposed to be in to the postponed the check in so I arrived at Almog tower at the entrance they asked me for a high price the in booking price is lower so I first booked through booking the room is bigger than a standard hotel room some dirt under the sofa

When we first arrived we were not given the space that we had booked, it was not available. It took us three nights sleeping in a below average room ( dirty and smelly .. after three days we were moved to the room that we had originally booked. It was a very disappointing experience

1. False advertising of this property, there is NO pool available for the guests, there is a PRIVATELY owned and operated pool next door to the property that charges an exorbitant fee to enter and use their facilities, 2. Almog Tower is a member's owned and operated building. One is not booking anything with Almog Tower, however you order an apartment from a private individual and you deal only with him. 3. The TV in our apartment was NOT WORKING at all for the first two days of our stay ( a problem supposedly with YES) and on the third and last day after the YES technician supposedly fixed the problem I was still unable to view any of the three Israeli television channels.

It was impeccably clean, the owner was exceptionally friendly and polite. Stunning view, the place is close to nice restaurants. The sea was gorgeous. Very powerful AC in the apartment. Good WiFi.

The shower and a light fell apart in our hands. The swimming pool promised was for additional pay, and so was the parking. It was so noisy on the beach at night that I couldn't sleep even on the 14 floor. Motorcycles racing. There weren't enough towels.
