Nice one bedroom flat, kitchen was a big help.

No toiletries is fine but would have been nice to have some hand some and dish towels.

Lack of access to a support service. Only point of contact was a phone number based in Spain

Comfort. We were 5 and we were plenty comfy and everyone slept well. The public transit options were good.

To start, the lift in the property broke when we were going to our floor luckily we got it open ourselves because the alarm buzzer wasn’t working. The bedding was not clean. There was no duvet cover on the duvet for the sofa bed. The was a smell coming from the fridge in the apartment. Not enough towels for the amount of people staying. There were no curtains in the apartments. Also, the contact number provided did not work when I needed to contact them.

The front door would not unlock, it was locked from the inside so we couldn’t get in. I emailed the host multiple times and didn’t get a response until more than 24 hours later. If somebody didn’t leave the building whilst we were stranded outside we wouldn’t have got in at all. One of the blinds were broken so we couldn’t shut them. No soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. No basic soap/washing liquid etc. No bins other than a tiny one in the bathroom-no bin bag.

The location and general condition was very good

The bed mattress was terrible (folded like a taco in the middle) and one of us ended up on the couch! No soap either in bathroom or kitchen which made it impossible to wash anything! Also we had to collect key from a box on the side of a building about a 10 min walk away - not very convenient. I sent a short note to the property to advise them this to help them improve but no response. We will not be back.

Clean, big, luminous, warm. well-equipped rental next to the metro and bus. In a perfect and clean new neighborhood with lot of restaurants, supermarkets and bars.

Only recieved key collection information a hour or two before check in and it was a bit of a walk away. Bit inconvenient.

we arrived, the building is absolutely dirty & still under construction. nothing showed it in the ad! appartement was ok but dirty (floor still had dust). NO ELECTRICITY WHEN WE ARRIVED ! the alarm in the corridor rang during our entire stay . could hear it from the bedroom, it was horrible!

everything. the property is not safe. the water boiler is explosive. very irresponsible property host to rent out a construction site. trash everything outside of the unit and you need to go to another street for the key.

Location is excellent. The flat was clean

No blinds on the windows, I hung my shirts on hangers for privacy from other flats. No kitchen utensils, one small pot and a frying pan, not possible to cook a proper meal. No coffee maker, no blender, no kitchen towels. Heating was difficult to operate. Only two small towels provided. The entrance is a building site, very dusty and dirty, meaning I spread dust in the flat whenever I arrived back.

LITERALLY NOTHING — THE WORST EXPERIENCE

I wish I had read the reviews!!! The entire building it an active building site, seriously dirty and a borderline squat. From the moment you enter to the very top floor where the apartment is located you have to navigate smelly trash bags, discarded building materials, exposed wiring, abandoned and stain mattresses, Mc Donald's bags discarded in the staircase and old rusty white goods dumped in the hallways. The evening I arrived there was rave happening in on the apartments below the room which was spilling out into the corridors and made the whole experience feel unsafe. The apartment itself looked unlike the pictures online and was the most basic it could have been with absolutely nothing supplied. It was FREEZING, the heating wasn't working and there was a tiny old electric heater that felt unsafe to sleep with. I wasn't convinced about the cleanliness to slept fully clothed for three night on the old leather sofa in the living room. Complained to booking and to the owners - requesting a refund. Don't think the apartment should be allowed. Terrible experience.

I just think it's amazing that you can get your own place (incl kitchen, living room, separate bedroom etc) in Central London and it costs less than a 5 star hotel. Would not suit everyone, but if you like you own space and privacy, then this is spot on.

Couple of things: 1. The front door doesn't close fully 2. The stair core needs to be finished 3. Some rooms in the apartment I stayed in would benefit from a coat of paint. And the apartment itself would benefit from a night lamp or two. With this addressed I would give the property maximum / best / top reviews in every aspect.

Facilities all in place and working. Good location. Large size space.

Not finished. There was building work ongoing, no blinds or curtains which meant the building site opposite could stare in to the bedroom each morning. Still lots of snagging left. We contacted the staff and were assured that comments have been taken on board with an apology for not warning about the works ongoing. Has potential to be a wonderful stay once finished.

Where do I begin, we had to go to another part of the area to retrieve a key ? We were on the 4th floor with no lift and this was not told to us! My husband leg is in aright mess having to carry our suitcase up all the floors, there was no blinds onour windows so we had to sleep with lights shining in and also 5am wake up as again no blinds , the bed was so low and the pillow yes only one each was so thin I had to put the cushion from the living room underneath , the walls all had marks on them and needed painting , bathroom ok and kitchen too but the drains from sink, really smelt so we had to go and buy bleach. I have taken photos if you want to see. I have used booking.com so many times in the past but I am really disappointed about this stay, the photos on your site are not the ones we got.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I never write bad reviews but this place is copping it lol. We paid for the place but before we were even given the code to the door we were legit low-key harassed in to a 200 pound deposit. THEN once we actually transferred... they said that we "didn't have enough proof to say that it was even transferred".. (we got there in the end) Secondly, picking up the keys was more than 1km from the property then once we arrived, the building/stairwell was literally a construction site (please note: no elevator) we had to lug our 23kg bags up more than 7 flights of stairs! The beds and pillows were sooo flat and SO BAD and the slats on the bed were broken. The fridge and freezer absolutely stunk of rotten fish. TO top it all off they didn't give our deposit back and claimed they already did (!#$%^$#) and after 10000 back and fourths over email they finally gave it back more than 3.5 weeks later..

The keysafe for the check in was several streets away and very inconvenient. The building the apartment was in was literally under construction and was an absolute mess. The flat itself was clean but very sterile and not very comfortable. I also didn't appreciate having to pay a safety deposit via direct bank transfer. Everything about this arrangement felt dodgy and illegitimate and that made the stay uncomfortable.
