Motel a little tired but fine really. Couldn't adjust the Aircon to the cooling mode, so room was a little warm.

Helen, at the reception was welcoming and friendly. Great service. The room size was perfect for 2 with a amazing bathroom, also features a great kitchen with all the utensils.

Unfortunately the guests in the room next to ours were very loud right into the early hours of the morning.

The reception staff were terrific and very helpful. The restaurant recommended next door "Urbano" was excellent.

Solid older motel, nice and quiet and nicely renovated with all the mod cons. Super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean

Thank you for our stay, It was very welcoming and was in the exact right place to be able to do the travelling we needed to do. Thank you for the great customer service too, the lady was very nice. Our room was a 10/10 and we will definitely be staying here again on our frequent visits to Rotorua.
