location and set up of motel was perfect

there was nothing i did not like

It was available just prior to Easter (now I know why). Was only one night.

One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and family members had to change rooms. People in room a few doors up (appeared to live there) were continually loudly arguing saying all sorts of very sad negative things not suitable for children to hear. Dog in that apartment barked constantly. Young people were hanging around in carpark area, made us concerned about belongings in our cars. At check out person at counter served my son in law while brushing his teeth, mouth full of foam. Come on, that’s no way to attend a customer.

Grounds (gardens etc.) and external motel signage needs to be improved so the facility doesn’t look like it’s old and failing.
