Questa storia 2, 2578 piedi quadrati. La casa a schiera di North Mission Beach non dista più di 10 passi dalle sabbie della splendida Mission Beach. Goditi l'incredibile vista sull'oceano dalla cucina gourmet, dalla sala da pranzo, dal soggiorno a 2 piani e dalla camera da letto principale. Cucina a pianta aperta su misura con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici Thermador e ripiani in quarzite.
L'ultima casa sulla spiaggia con 45 'di ponte privato e 2 ampi ponti laterali nell'area comune proprio accanto alla sabbia. Barbecue con gli amici nel patio esterno con vista sul lungomare.
Il parcheggio in tandem è disponibile per due veicoli di piccole / medie dimensioni nel garage insieme a una lavatrice / asciugatrice condivisa. Boogie board, asciugamani e sedie a sdraio sono forniti per la massima esperienza in spiaggia.

Overall a good property. Can't beat the location for proximity to beach, walkability and people watching. Property manager was very accessible and responsive.
Condo itself is a bit 'tired', could use a deep clean and few upgrades inside would go a long way.

Beautiful place, view of ocean spectacular! Young adults rode the waves all day and we loved location. Easy walks to shops & restaurants.

We spent a wonderful long weekend here in July. The location couldn't be better. A short walk to restaurants and right on the strand (beach walk). Our favorite part was relaxing on the patio and watching all of the roller skaters, bikers, walker, etc. go by. We will be back!

Couldn't say enough about the location, and the house itself is nice. Bob is communicative and easy to work with. If welcomed back, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. One thing to take note of, is that if you have two decent sized cars, both won't fit in the garage, as it's a tandem set up. However, the property owner has an awesome system set up where a second car can park about a block away.

Stayed here for my birthday for multiple days, and invited friends over for dinner one night / a beach stay on another day. Everything was perfect - the place is extremely well equipped, looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The people watching on the boardwalk itself is worth it (2 Slomo sightings each day !)
Minor quibbles, expected for us, and not worth taking a star off:
- the boardwalk is right in front of it, you can't assume complete silence in mornings / evenings
- it is a beach rental; so some use / rust is there and should be expected.

WOWZA! This place is BEAUTIFUL!!! It's exactly like the photos! I came with 4 teenagers (19, 17, 17, 16) and it was plenty of space for us not run into each other. We were only here for 3 nights and unfortunately it rained the entire time so we didn't get to enjoy the property fully (didn't grill, sit outside for sunrises/sunsets, etc) but the teens definitely enjoyed gamingin the living room! The Host was immediately responsive when I had questions and I found the check-in and out instructions were pretty easy to follow. I hadn't planned on renting a car but did so for a road trip to Palm Springs where it was sunny. Driving is really "tight" in the alleyways, and parking for me was especially challenging because I'm not used to such narrow spaces, but I managed. Overall, this home was EXCELLENT and convenient to attractions, supermarket, etc and I'd definitely rent again! Thanks a million, Bob!!!

Walking into the property was just like we had walked through our computer screen. Everything we read on-line was identical to the unit. It was great having the beach steps away from the front door plus having all the beach necessities provided including, but not limited to towels, chairs, and sand toys. Nice central location to tourist attractions and easy walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Having a garage space for the rental car was wonderful! The overall decor of the unit was tasteful. We will back!!

Property was just as described ! Very clean , spacious, and perfect location for going to beach, restaurants, walking and relaxing. Bonus having garage so didn’t worry about finding parking if you went out which was rare with everything there.! Property manager very receptive when we had to contact him.
