어머니 언니와 세모녀 여행인데 주변에 먹거리 맛집이 많고 텐진 중심가와 가까움 이와타야 백화점도 걸어서 갈 수 있음 수건을 1개만 준다는 리뷰가 많았는데 5일간 충분한 수건을 제공해 주었고 빨래 세탁기 등 다 괜찮았음

침대가 좀 삐걱거리는데 크게 거슬리는 정도는 아님

공간이 4인가족이 머무르기에 좁지 않고 적절했음.

침대가 움직일때마다 심하게 삐그덕 소리를 내서 숙면을 취하기 어려웠습니다.

リネン類、寝間着、歯ブラシは有料と記載があったので持参したら寝間着以外は無料で用意があった リネン類だけでもかなりの荷物になったので無料サービスになったのならその旨を記載してほしかった

地理位置不错。

设施与价位偏差太多，水壶是坏的，床腿是歪的，翻身咯吱咯吱响，一张床半高半低，卧室的门需要用力才能关紧同时要往上抬，隔音效果也差强人意。

Location was very convenient and quiet at night time. The bed was really big size( like king size bed)

The bed was noisy and gave lots of pain on shoulders and back. If the bed was good, I would like to give 8 stars for this accommodation and happy to recommend to people.

위치 좋아요. 걸어서 텐진 중심까지 10분 정도 걸려요. 레지던스 느낌이라서 장기 투숙하면 더 가성비 좋을 것 같네요

4명이 잘 수 있는 방이었는데 미닫이 문이 있던데 제대로 고정되어있지 않고 오히려 미닫이 문 한 짝이 앞으로 쏠려서 큰일 날 뻔 했습니다.

1.離赤坂地鐵站走路約10分鐘， 2.附近有24小時超市sunny,買東西吃很方便。 3.因為是無人旅館，建議提早在網路上做pre-checkin,先填寫資料跟拍照，會給QRcode, 的現場掃描就可以入住。 4.客服聯絡很熱絡，checking 網址錯誤也很快就補上。這次出國也住另外一家無人旅館，感覺都是用同一個入住系統。 5. 有簡單餐具及廚具可以煮東西，也有冰箱，微波爐。 6.電視有網路可以看youtu, netflix 等，還有投影機8：00會自己開機，很新奇。 7.有洗衣機及洗衣粉，多天入住可以清洗衣服。 8.熱水充足，洗澡有洗沐用品。 9.網路很快，連線沒問題

1..雙人床是2個單人床合併，睡覺會有聲音，右邊床的床腳看快斷裂，希望能維修一下。 2. 每人只有一份浴巾跟毛巾，多天入住需自己清洗。

เตียงต่ำไปทำให้ลุกนั่งลำบาก โดยเฉพาะผู้สูงอายุ ควรมีกระจกแต่งตัวภายนอกห้องน้ำเพื่อความสะดวกในการแต่งตัว ควรมีที่แขวนเสื้อผ้าในห้องน้ำ เพื่อแต่งตัวให้เสร็จก่อนออกจากห้องน้ำกรณีอยู่กันมากกว่า1คน

위치가 지하철에서 가깝고 중심가에서도 가까워서 편했고 주변에 편의점이랑 24시간 마트도 있어서 좋았어요 침대가 사이즈가 커서 두명이 자도 무리가 없었고 여러모로 가성비 좋았어요

다른 후기처럼 침대가 좀 삐거덕 거렸고 거울이랑 간이식탁이 없어서 아쉬웠어요

We Can’t have good sleep at all bcos the bed is very dated and the bed stands almost broken/detached with very noisy sound when u move your body. Never stay any hotel or home stay with this of bad bedding facilities. After unmanned check in the system gave us the invalid room passcode and I had to go down to check in area which is on the ground floor to check with the system and the customer service gave me another new code through the voice communication. If there is other customers around they ll have my door code as well. No way with this kind of service in Japan. I need a taxi on my check out and the system told me this is unmanned hotel and cannot attend to my request. No free drinking water. There are 4 bottles of drinking water in the room with 100yen per bottle. 2 nights stayed I pay for 100,584 yen and not even entitled for a drinking water.

Nice location with fairly sufficient facilities

Tha hotel is like an air b&b with no staff. I can contact the admin only through a tablet but he offered nothing. The address shown is too brief and make it hard to find.

The whole layout was perfect for family. Apartment is spacious enough.

We couldn’t leave the luggages before checkin and that’s the only part that I regret

Excellent size room. Biggest room for the price. The washing machine and detergent provided was great. I was able to travel light and wash clothes. Easy check in and check out process

Check in was terrible. We have experienced staying at no-man hotels many times but this time was the worst. Payment system was a big problem not to mention my booking had no shown. I was surprised when I arrived that there was no my booking. It was pretty disappointed. The bed beam under mattress were broken. The mattresses were subsided and made us got back pain when wake up. Actually this point might not be mentioned if we had some first impressions once we arrived.

Location is a bit far from station but still in walkable distance. Reception is at another side of the building. Not convenient for checkin

Clean room completes with kitchenette and washing machine. It has air-con/heater and floor fan with heater function. 2 comfortable queen beds. Water pressure is great too. You can leave your luggage at their office if you want to check in early or check out late.

Bottled water need to pay. Reception counter/office is at different location, a few blocks away. Room is a bit tight.

Good location, you can walk easily to Tenjin. The room is very big. Really good price.

The bin was small.
