Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. De fietsen werden in de tuin geplaatst. Uitgebreid en heerlijk ontvangst. Fijn dat er nog adressen bestaan waar je door mensen geholpen wordt (ipv een sleutelkastje).

Breakfast was amazing. Really good quality and cooked fresh in front of you. Great selection from continental, toast, full English, cereals the lot. Could not fault any of the breakfast. Hosts were so welcoming and had thought of every single detail, down to things we had not even considered of such as a pair of ear-plugs, fresh milk and fresh tea-bags (rather than the packaged ones). Bed was comfy and the bathroom, whilst not ensuite, was just across the landing and our own. Really clean and super shower.
Parking is a bit tricky but we actually manged to park around the corner on the main road so only 1 minute walk.

There is a bar opposite that was very noisy until 12am as we stayed on a Friday night.

Steve and Simon were very caring and excellent hosts. Breakfast was plentiful very well cooked and enjoyable. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The breakfast catered for every possible choice, including vegetarian. And a very special added bonus was the goody bag that was provided each morning. Steve also supplied little extras such as earplugs and tea, biscuits etc in the room, as well as a very useful mini fridge. I particularly liked the friendly & welcoming atmosphere, which was pitched just right, without being imposing. I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing, in my opinion, although some people might find the stairs rather steep. However, I think there might be other rooms available at ground level.

Excellent breakfast. Steep steps up to the house and indoors was the only negative but the owners help with our bags. Would stay again.

Steve and Simon are delightful hosts and as they are both chefs, you can imagine how delicious, varied and huge (!) the breakfast was.

Shared corridor to own bathroom which was an unavoidable layout in order to fit in 2 bedrooms, mine a big double, and 2 bathrooms, mine with bath and walk-in shower, plus stairs to a loft suite all on 1 level.

The hosts were great. The accomodation was spotless and comfortable. The bathroom was large and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious. Who needs to pay Southwold prices when halesworth has so much to offer?
Unfair to mention it really but a lot of stairs for someone with a dodgy knee!

Relaxed, no fuss atmosphere - well decorated and smart , spotlessly clean, comfy bed and work table + great WiFi
Mini fridge - with water & milk and very well stocked drinks tray.
Takeaway breakfast was stunning ...not just a bacon buttie - but fruit, danish, cereal bar and juice box - fabulous
Highly recommended.!

The room was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable and the bathroom was lovely too. Simon and Steve were extremely welcoming and the breakfast was first rate. We will definitely go back.

The host was amazing- very friendly and welcoming! The room was clean and cosy, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Also, the breakfast was awesome - fresh and clean!

Our host had thought of everything we might need down to the last detail. The room was very generously supplied with fresh milk, tea coffee and treats. The bathroom was the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen. Everything was of top quality.

Lovely hosts. Well thought out facilities. We were on a chilly two day cycle and the corner house was brilliant. Hot shower and miniature toblerones made us feel really welcome.
There are steep steps to access the property, just a note to anyone with bikes.

Excellent stay at the corner house. Really helpful, I had an early start so I was gutted about not having the cooked breakfast. However, I was handed a breakfast bag which was just as good! hot egg and sausage sandwich, juice, croissants, fruit! + more! Set me right up for the day! I'll be back for sure!

Fridge in the bedroom and lots of snacks, earplugs as well! Great breakfast, lot of choices and big quantity. Very nice landlords.
Stair was narrow and steep, but the landlord helped us bringing the suitcase upstairs.
