This was our first trip to the Keys and we are glad we found this place. It is a clean, well maintained property that is not too far from good places to eat and get groceries. The water behind the unit has a variety of sea creatures you might see such as dolphins, manatees, lobsters and fish. There is a nice sandy beach area near one end that is very peaceful. We swam and snorkeled in the water too, just be aware that the current is pretty strong at times so children should be accompanied by an adult who is also a good swimmer. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, everything worked, convenient Location for jet skiing snorkeling, Two restaurants, and a spa. Only minor downside is the walls are kind of thin so you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you.

The condo was perfect for our group. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and had a great view of the water from multiple decks.

This was one of our favorite places to stay! Duck Key is charming, a great place for jogging, seeing lots of fish and even spiny lobsters right in the water just steps from the back patio. We had elderly relatives with us and they had trouble with the steep stairs, but it was perfect for us.

We used this property as a base for exploring the keys for few days. The sunset view is lovely. The unit is well maintained and clean. Frank was very prompt with communication. We would stay here aagain if we are in the area

Roomy well equipped property with a beautiful location. Close enough to local life to take part but far enough away to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee overlooking the water enjoying nature.

This is a beautiful 2 story townhouse overlooking a small body of water with one of the most amazing sunset views. It is very serene, meticulously decorated and impeccably clean. It is within duck key resort with amenities close by and marathon key no more than 5 minutes away where you can get all that you need from a small town. Plenty of activities nearby, key west 1 1/2 hrs away. Do not hesitate and book now!!

Perfect villa a few feet away from the water. My wife particularly enjoyed meals on the terrace and the huge variety of marine life directly behind our villa. Octopus, parrot fish, schoolmaster snapper, mangrove snapper, lobster, crabs, porcupine fish, damsels, manatee, grunts, shrimp etc right from the rocks directly behind the villa. Thank you Frank!

Property was as expected, exactly matching with the listing. There is no control of the weather, we were not able to get out to fish. We definitely come back.

We were so lucky to come upon this property. Duck Key is perfectly located and this townhouse just a treasure. The views are spectacular and the unit is well cared for and comfortable. I would highly recommend it for family trips and other small groups.

Great property, everything works, smooth interactions with owner, unbeatable sunset view!

Great communication with the property manager and the exterior of the building is as pictured. However, the interior is not as expected; bulky, dark furniture, walls that have been patched, and fans with dust covering them. I expected higher quality for the price we paid. We visit the Keys on average of three times per year. The other disappointment with this place is the complete lack of privacy. The upstairs and downstairs decks are not separated by walls from the neighbors on either side and therefore offer no privacy. Last, although this is not in the control of the property manager, a neighbor stole my husband’s shrimp and bucket that was left in the water while we went out. The bucket was clearly in front of our space. This just added to our disappointment with the place.

Beautiful sunset, Villa was perfect and well Kept. everything was clean and working and comfortable. No issues at all. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend.

Easy to contact owner and get into property. Very nice area , across from a large resort. Unfortunately , we could not access any pools as this condo did not offer use of the hotel grounds, whereas many other renters could. Also the condo needs an interior update. The unit is small, and rather condensed. We actually were lucky that our friends cancelled as we may have been uncomfortably close. I must say that the beautiful sunsets and grounds made up for any small issues.

This was a nice property. And Mr. Romano was very prompt in getting back to us. The cleaning people might want to pay attention when cleaning the sliders. We had a great time! Thank you Mr. Romano!
